I was pissed the fuck off as I slithered as fast as possible down the stairs and when I got down I looked around.  

Suddenly something came out from behind the corner. 

Well... I have very good fight or flight reflexes,  and I am always a fight.

The thing that I realized was a goopy octopus skeleton was now on the floor with a crack in his skull.  

Damn I'm strong

wait

shit!

I looked at the skeleton on the floor and suddenly thought

Is he dead?

He's not moving

Shit I killed him

This won't look good on my record

Fuuuuuck

Wait

 He's still breathing

Can skeletons breath? 

This is confusing

I mean he has magic so technically-

Why am I thinking about this

I should be trying to help mr.octopus over there

But like-

NO 

FOCUS

HE COULD BE DEAD

But wouldn't he be dust?

I-good point

But I should really help him now

I snapped out of my trance and slithered over to the skeleton. I picked him up and set him on the couch.

After snooping around I found a medical kit and patched him up.

When I finished patching him up he suddenly sat up and one of his tentacles grabbed my tail and held me up in the air. Which is quite impressive because my tail is quite slippery. 

Wait I'm getting sidetracked again

After I got back my senses I yelled at him and thrashed around till he let go.

When we got the situation figured out,  I slapped him for kidnapping me and then he asked if I wanted to stay with him, me being the stupid thing I am, said yes. So for the past couple of months I've been living with him. I  I learned his name is Nightmare,  ironic isn't it?

Time skip- you've been living with him for a year

Today Nightmare asked if we could talk. 

I said yes, giving him a worried look. He took me onto the rooftop, where there was a star gazing spot.

At midnight he sat up and looked at me. I was in my normal form so I sat cross legged and looke at him.

He leaned closer...and closer....and closer

Until his teeth(?) finally met my lips.

The kiss was so soft

After we parted he asked me if I would be his girl/boyfriend. I said yes and jumped into his arms.

The rest of the night was spent cuddling and watching the stars...
