(Eyeth Part 3)

So, this is after summer ends.

Seth walked into school, his bag hanging over his shoulder. Despite all the shit the camp put him through, he hadn't changed much. Maybe he doubted himself a bit, but everytime he thought about Eyeless, everything washed away. He noticed his ex girlfriend, Alice, staring at him lustfully. Or, was it behind him?

He turned around and his jaw slacked. He was staring at Eyeless. The short gay kid, who got flustered really easily, was no longer short, in fact he was taller than Seth, and was flirting with Dust, who was laughing happily. Eyeless must have felt eyes burning holes through, because he turned his head and caught sight of Seth.

Seth flushed, looking off to the side. Eyeless nudged Dust, pointing at Seth with hope. Dust nodded, a smirk on his face. Eyeless threw his bag over his shoulder and walked over to him. Seth barely glanced up, his face heating up even more. Eyeless cleared his throat.

"Hey..." Eyeless voice was deep, and seductive. It made Seth's soul flutter at how he sounded Seth straightened his shoulders and looked up at him.

"Hey." He stuttered. Eyeless smiled, and grabbing his hand, intertwining their fingers. He raised it to his mouth and kissed his back palm softly.

"Been a while, sweetheart." Eyeless whispered softly. Seth became even more flustered. Eyeless turned back to Dust and spoke in a different language. Dust gave him a thumbs up and responded in the same language. Eyeless laughed and nodded at him." What class do you have first?"

"Uh, chemistry." Seth said, staring at their hands. Eyeless followed his gaze. He smiled at Seth.

"Yeah, I like the feeling, too." Eyeless said, before pulling him to the classroom.

It was the end of the day; Seth walked with Eyeless side-by-side, listening to him as he told him about his summer." You should've seen my mother's face. She almost killed her."

"Eyeless?" Seth asked, stopping suddenly. Eyeless turned back to face him, his hands in pockets.

"Yeah, babe?" Eyeless asked, raising an eyebrow at his blushing face.

"Do... Do you still love me?" Seth asked, tears at the corners of his eyes. Eyeless walked back to him, wrapping his arms around him and pulling him into his chest. Seth buried his face into Eyeless's chest.

"I'd love you, even if you hated me." Eyeless mumbled, nuzzling him lovingly. Seth looked up at him. Eyeless leaned down, softly pressing their lips together. Seth kissed back, smiling happily into it. Eyeless smiled back.

"Seth! What are you doing?!" They separated and turned to see Seth's mother standing there with the family dog, his father standing beside them. Eyeless looked back at Seth. Seth gripped his shirt.

"Don't let go of me." Seth whispered in fear, his knees buckling beneath him.

"I would never." Eyeless said, holding him closer with a tighter grip. Seth let out a shakey breath.

"Mom..." Seth spoke. He cleared his throat." I want to move in with Dad."

"I'm right-"

"I meant my birth dad. The one that left mom for another man." Seth cut off his step-dad. His mother looked horrified. Eyeless tried not to laugh.

"I thought that bible camp would fix you..." His mother said, tears falling down her face. Eyeless growled defensively.

"Fix him? Fix him?! He's perfect just the way he is!" Eyeless snapped angrily." If anyone needs to be 'fixed', it's you."

"Excuse me?!" His mother shouted in an offended tone.

"Seth, you're living with me and my mothers until your dads can take you." Eyeless hissed. Seth smiled at him. Eyeless picked him up bridal style and raced down to his house, putting him down on the steps. He pushed open the door.

"Eyeless, dear, welcome home!" His mother said, kissing his cheeks. She looked at Seth." Oh, is this the gentleman you kept talking about over summer?"

"MOM!" Eyeless yelled, his face bright with a blush. Seth laughed and slipped his hands into Eyeless's.

"Yeah, I guess I am. My name is Seth." He said, smiling with a light blush.

"Mom, uh, he needs to stay with his. His parents aren't exactly...accepting." Eyeless told her.

"Oh, why? I mean- wait... HUNNY! WHAT YEAR IS IT AGAIN?!" Eyeless's mother screamed upstairs as she let her son and future son-in-law in the house.

"IT'S ****!" His mom yelled back.

"THANKS! I mean, it's ****, who the fuck isn't gay?" She said." And, homophobic people are satistically more likely to be gay, anyway."

"Yeah, my dad was. And then he left my mom for a man. My, uh, godfather." Seth nervously chuckled.

"So? I'm Eyeless's adopted mother. His mom if his godmother. His father is in prison and his mother is in the middle of a custody battle for a kid that isn't even hers." She scoffed." Get on our level, newbie."

Seth couldn't help but laugh. Eyeless rolled his 'eyes', smiling softly at Seth.

"So, about him staying..."

"Of course I'm gonna let my future son-in-law stay!"

"MOM!"
