Days traveled by, where the boys tried to adjust back to normal and go back to their old ways. Nights became unusually quiet now that there weren't any midnight moans disturbing Dabi's dreams. And their afternoons were busy going on sneaky dates, trying to avoid any sight of Shigaraki. Shigaraki, who barely got to talk to Dabi nowadays.

And here they were, Dabi meddling with Hawks's hair on the couch as they both worked in their heavy load of assignments.

"Has Shigaraki said something.. about you know"

"I'm being a bitch to him at the moment"

"That's a bit cold"

Touya sighed heavily, feeling a pang of guilt in his shoulders. Keigo noticed and decided upon himself that he should ease his stress. The blonde-haired boy crawled over to his lap and straddled his hips, his waist was quickly gripped by Dabi's pale but warm hands and they exchanged deep stares. Keigo takes his chances, knowing that he wasn't supposed to, and leans his lips towards Dabi.

A familiar feeling spikes through his face as he feels Touya slap his face away. Maybe he sounded crazy but loved every bit of that moment. Dabi's half-lidded eyes stalked on Hawks, intimidating him in a way he never imagined.

"I thought I made it clear you couldn't kiss me?"

"You've stripped me of all the good things, you're making this extremely difficult"

"Don't be fucking dramatic"

Dabi spouts at him, grabbing his jaw roughly and holding him farther from his face. The motion made Keigo whine and grunt, his grip taking control of his entire body. He got excited, waiting for his roommate's next move.

"How long do you plan on staring at me Dabi?"

"Oh, did you have something in mind?"

"No.. did you?"

The mood went shifted to being awkward, that's because Dabi realized the elephant in the room. Hawks has never had an experience with a boy, it was already a big step sleeping together and having constant physical contact. But where would they go from now? Dabi shouldn't overwhelm him, definitely not after Hawks's sudden change of heart.

Without speaking another word, Touya decided to pull him into a tight embrace. And for the first time, he could feel Keigo's heartbeat. And on top of that, his breathing became heavy, his heart beating rapidly. Hawks was obviously nervous, this whole experience was new to him, he could almost say he was embarrassed. The pale boy rubbed his back to try and soothe him, neither of them speaking. Then, he decided to break the calming silence.

"Keigo?"

"Y-Yeah?"

"Are you sure you like me?"

"Again with that question? Jeez"

Hawks understood his doubtful roommate. Hell, he didn't know how to explain it either. He guessed it was an epiphany he got when he was alone in that apartment. How at the end of the day he would just think about the boy late at night, something that wasn't normal in a regular friendship.

"You've just been attracted to girls for the longest time so.."

"I guess I can like them both"

"Is this you coming out as a bisexual birdie?"

"I wouldn't be here if I wasn't, don't ya think?"

"Shut up, I just don't wanna rush you into anything or overwhelm you"

"Don't worry about that, it can't be any rocket science I don't know of already"

Dabi chuckled at Hawks's confidence, a little more relieved at the fact that he wasn't scared to try anything new. This awakening was so sudden for both of them.

"Okay then, so let's establish the obvious here"

"And that is?"

"You're a bottom, aren't you"

"So what if I am"

He felt Keigo dig his head deeper into the other's shoulder, his body heating up. How adorable. Touya just laughed at this and continued to make circles on his back softy for a few more minutes.

"Hey Hawks?"

Silence.

"Hawks~" He cooed in his ear but still nothing.

He had fallen asleep to his touch on his back. After this he decided they should both go rest, carrying him in the same position into the bedroom.
