dear diary,

this is your condescending owner— kawaguchi yurina. and yeah this might be the 50th page were i say how much i hate xiaoting and wanted peace in my life. it seems like peace itself doesn't want me. that asshole ghosted me after a few months, well, i did ghost her first but— for a reason. i thought she would disappear, i thought i wouldn't see her again, but that's what i thought, yet here she is in the same university as i am, attractive and hot as always. diary, what should i do? she walked towards me and invited my friends in a party, greeted me and smiled at me. god, wherever you are please give me a sign, a sign whether if i should fall for it or no, and i promise this would be the last time, last time i would feel sparks for her.

and yes, i said that i am not talking to her again, because i have my own priorities and she doesn't seem to have me as HER priority, embarrassing right? but why should i say no when she's there, looking so good as always? maybe it's just me, but i would give this another shot.

— pretty yurina.

as soon as yurina closed her diary, she glanced up and the wind blows outside, a flyer flew over the glass pane of where she was sitting at the cafe, there was something written on it in capital letters and thick font.

"NEVER GIVE UP! GIVE IT ONE MORE TRY!"

yurina squealed, raising her diary and using it to cover her silent screams of happiness.

was she a fool? or was this the sign given by god? of course yurina was a fool, fool for love that is.

"god what did i do to get this type of treatment?" yurina sighed dreamily as she thinks about how maybe this is the sign she's been waiting for, maybe this was the right time and chance for her to go for it, better than how she did last time.

are we meant to be? yurina thought, as she finished her piece of cake and stood up to leave the cafe after packing up her belongings, and as soon as she stepped out of the cafe, droplets of rain started pouring out making her flinch from annoyance.

"not now." yurina grumbled when she realized she did not bring any umbrella with her. she took some steps back to where she won't get wet, sighing tiredly as she thinks of a way to get home before it gets late.

while yurina was in deep thought, she didn't notice the car that had stopped in front of her, not until she was jolted back to reality by the horns.

"a-ah! what was that?" yurina whispered and took some steps back. the window of the car opened revealing non other than the owner itself.

shen xiaoting.

yurina blushed, like blushed as red as a riped tomato.

"hey, you alright?" as smooth as always xiaoting inquired, leaning over the window to check on yurina.

yurina nodded, unsure of what to do, it was already 5pm and she needed to get home soon as possible, the sky was dark and it was raining hard.

"yes, i am." yet, xiaoting didn't look convinced, xiaoting looked left to right to check on something before smiling to yurina. "can i give you a ride home?" she inquired. yurina's face heated up, unable to speak.

god! what is this?!

xiaoting lets out a chuckle as she saw the obvious hesitation on yurina's pretty face. "hey don't worry, i'll just take you to your condominium, and that's it, it's getting dark and it'll be hard for you to commute alone." xiaoting stated, and she had a point, yurina would rather get in this situation than go home wet from rain.

yurina nodded, smiling back towards xiaoting. "sure!"

was this all a dream?

and as soon as she sat at the seat and buckled up. everything felt like it stopped and the only thing she could feel and smell was xiaoting.

god, i'm so crazy.

this isn't even good anymore.
