I Love Rock 'n' Roll (Tony Stark x reader)

(a/n: A request from a follower on Tumblr. Based on the song "I Love Rock and Roll" by Joan Jett.)

You sat with your best friend, sipping your (f/d) and eyeing the crowd. "Don't look now, but someone is staring," your friend told you, discreetly gesturing over to where the music was playing. You met the eyes of brunette with dark eyes. He was watching you intently and there was no mistaking it. As you turned your head away, your favorite song started playing.

I saw him dancin' there by the record machine
I knew he must a been about seventeen
The beat was goin' strong
Playin' my favorite song
An' I could tell it wouldn't be long
Till he was with me, yeah me,
An' I could tell it wouldn't be long
Till he was with me, yeah me, singin'

I love rock n' roll
So put another dime in the jukebox, baby
I love rock n' roll
So come an' take your time an' dance with me

You couldn't help but to start dancing in your seat and met the man's gaze again. He smiled at you. "Go get 'im," your friend encouraged, so you got up from your seat and made your way over. "Hey there, good looking," he said with a toothy grin, "You got a name to go with that pretty face of yours?" You rolled your eyes. This guy seriously thought you were going to swoon. "Y/N. And yours?" He offered his hand. "Doesn't matter. What do you say we get out of here and go somewhere a bit more quiet?" You shook your head and said, "Dance with me first, Doesn't matter."

He smiled so I got up and' asked for his name
That don't matter, he said,
'Cause it's all the same
Said can I take you home where we can be alone
An' next we were movin' on
He was with me, yeah me
Next we were movin' on
He was with me, yeah me singin'

I love rock n' roll
So put another dime in the jukebox, baby
I love rock n' roll
So come an' take your time an' dance with me

He let you lead him onto the dance floor and told his name. Tony. Dance after dance, he held you as close as possible. You knew exactly what he was trying to do. The question was, were you going to let him? You didn't have one-night stands often, but after seeing Tony's dance moves and listening to his pick-up lines, you were sorely tempted. After about the fifth dance, Tony brought his mouth to your ear and whispered, "Let's get out of here." This time, you nodded without hesitation. After all, what goes better with rock and roll?

Said can I take you home where we can be alone
Next we're movin' on
He was with me, yeah me
And we'll be movin' on
An' singin' that same old song
Yeah with me, singin'

I love rock n' roll
So put another dime in the jukebox, baby
I love rock n' roll
So come an' take your time an' dance with me
