Give Her Hell

//LEGENDS OF TOMORROW\\

//GIVE HER HELL\\

"That's your younger self?" Erin asks over the coms while a young boy is being led towards the group in the middle.

The Legends were now gathered at an abandon Time Master's Outpost where they are to meet the Pilgrim.

Erin stands hidden behind a big white structure while watching Rip and Firestorm with a young boy being led towards them.

It was the boy who had tried to steal food off the plate back when they were with Rip's mother.

Erin knew something had seemed familiar about the boy and now she can see the resemblance.

Rip nods discreetly to Erin's earlier question and his mother then approaches. "I see you got my messages."

Rip's mother scowls, "Yes but I do not approve of what your planning."

"I am confident in my plan, mother." Rip argues back.

"You better hope so." She says before turning to look at the young boy, "Give her hell." She fist bumps him before seeing the Pilgrim and walking away with a disgusted look.

The three turn to face the Pilgrim who is standing powerful but looking impatient.

"Where is the rest of your team." She scowls.

Cooley, Rip replies "They're around."

She checks her surroundings and a spark of anxiety makes itself known in Erin as she imagines the Pilgrim spotting her and her teammates.

The Pilgrim doesn't put much effort into looking around, thankfully.

Erin shifts as quietly as she can and remains in her hiding place waiting on Ray's signal.

"Where's my dad?" Jax ask's her.

The Pilgrim simply shrugs, "On board my ship, along with the others. All in perfect condition as long as your captain honours our deal."

"You'd murder a child?" Jax asks in disbelief.

"I'd murder as many children as it takes to complete my mission." Erin scoffs at the Pilgrims words.

Their Captain then proceeds to tell her about the consequences of killing a Time Master, to which the Pilgrim replies that she doesn't care.

The Pilgrim's finally had enough, "That's enough." She tells them.

"I'll take the boy." She motions to the younger Rip.

"Before you do that, we don't believe that my teammates loved ones are on your ship." Rip halts her.

She rolls her eyes but complies, "A show of good faith then." She gives a fake smile as she states, "A prisoner exchange, you send the boy and I'll send the dad. Once I have the future Captain Hunter in my possession, then I'll release the rest."

Rip merely nods and Jax's dad appears beside the Pilgrim.

"What the hell is going on?" He looks around confused.

"You don't need to know, just walk." The time assassin sneers.

Rip says something to the boy before ushering him forward.

As the two cross paths in the middle Sara speaks up over the coms.

"Once Jax's dad is in the clear, we'll advance. We wait for Rays cue and then go."

Erin nods her head even though she's alone and knows that no one can see her action.

"I'm in position." Ray tells them.

The little boy says something, making the Pilgrim snarl at him.

Suddenly Ray enlargens beside the boy, uppercutting the Pilgrim.

"I guess that's our cue." Erin mumbles more to herself than the others.

The team all runs out to attack the Pilgrim.

Sara is tasked with grabbing younger Rip and getting him away from all the heavy fire.

Ray sends a blast towards the Pilgrim, but she stops his attack and snarls, "Fool me once."

The rest of the team begins to fire. Sara runs and guides the young boy out of there.

Firestorms flies up and sends a nuclear blast towards the time assassin, to which she stops as well.

Rip fires his laser gun but is frozen in place by the Pilgrim as well.

Erin starts to see a pattern, each person that goes to attack is frozen in place leaving them all vulnerable.

When the Pilgrim is occupied with Kendra, Erin slowly slips back into the shadows and stays hidden.

Soon the entire team (except for Erin) is frozen in place as the Pilgrim spins around herself keeping them in place.

Erin notices the young Rip standing near with a knife in his hand. The boy isn't frozen and is advancing on the assassin.

As the Pilgrim spins around Erin begins to realize she'll come to face the boy soon enough.

Out of pure instinct, Erin runs silently from her hiding spot, wrapping one hand around young young Rip's waist and another around his mouth incase he screams.

She drags him back towards her hiding place but not without a fight.

The boy doesn't scream but instead swings the knife behind him.

Erin avoids each swing of the knife, only managing to be nicked on the side of her thigh.

She waivers in her step a bit but manages to keep a steady pace and avoid being seen by the Pilgrim.

She throws the boys back against the large white box known as her hiding place and kicks the knife out of his hand. She catches it before it clangs to the ground and forces the boy to look at her.

"Hey, hey," she whispers. "remember me? Calm down now, i'm on your side."

The boy nods and stops fighting.

Erin hands the knife back to the boy but puts her hand up telling the boy to stay.

Erin checks her gun. Knowing she wouldn't be able to shift and attack, Erin had convinced Rip to give her a futuristic gun to use.

Panic sets in Erin's chest as she hears the Pilgrim talk once more.

"I was willing to proceed in good faith, now you'll watch those closes to you die."

Erin peers over the side to see that The Pilgrim's back is towards her.

The Pilgrim throws her hands out sending Erin's teammates flying towards the wall.

Seeing this as a distraction Erin steps out from her hiding place and sends a bullet in the Pilgrim's shoulder blade.

The Pilgrim cries out in pain and Erin scraps her gun, dropping it to run towards her enemy.

The Pilgrim turns around to face the origin point of the shot and is met with a punch square to the jaw.

She stumbles but quickly regains her footing.

Erin moves to send another punch to her jaw but the Pilgrims catches her fist this time.

Erin fails at hiding her surprised expression.

The Pilgrim twists her fist and Erin lets out a cry of pain and despite her wishes her knee gives out and Erin ends up on both knees in front of the Pilgrim.

Erin's enemy lets go of her fist when Erin sweeps her feet out from under her and the Pilgrim ends up on her back.

Erin notices movement against the wall out of the corner of her eye but pays no attention to it as her and the Pilgrim are both back on their feet.

The Pilgrim swings her fist to which Erin blocks wth her forearm. Now it's Erin's turn to send a quick punch, which is also blocked.

But Erin doesn't give up just yet, she kicks out the Pilgrim's knee but the woman is back on her feet within a split second.

The Pilgrim twists her one hand so that she is grabbing onto Erin's forearm and before Erin can react the Pilgrim is flipping her over her shoulder and Erin is on the ground laying on her back.

Something shiny is in the Pilgrims hand now and it's crashing down towards Erin.

Instinctively Erin throws her hand up to protect herself and a sharp searing pain spreads through her arm within a second.

She lets out a scream and soon realizes that a knife punctured through her hand, in at her palm and out through her backhand.

She throws her other hand towards the Pilgrim and catches her face, before kicking her in the stomach and sending her backwards.

Erin gasps as she yanks the knife from her hand and hurls it towards the Pilgrim who dodges it at the last minute.

She hears the knife hit the wall and fall to the floor and Erin peers at the blood trailing from her throbbing hand onto the pure white floor.

And now she's pissed.

Her eyes flash a violent dark green and one can swear that a growl can be heard from deep in her throat.

"Hm, interesting." The Pilgrim states simply as she notices the change in Erin's eyes.

Erin responds with nothing but a low, deep growl and charges at her enemy.

She covers the 12 feet in between them within half a millisecond and jumps, her foot meeting the Pilgrim's chest and sending her even further back.

Somehow the Pilgrim lands on her feet, but this action only angers Erin more and before she knows it she is in her complete panther state. Her black coat covers her body and her vivid green eyes flash when her big sharp teeth flash as well.

Erin begins to run towards her target now. And that's all the woman is to her now; a target.

Her vision is blurring, only seeing the figure of the woman she knows she has to kill.

If Erin's vision wasn't so blurry she would be able to see the smirk on the Pilgrim's face, almost as if she was expecting something like this to happen.

She reaches for something in her back pocket but never pulls it out. Instead, a long white staff strikes her across the back of the head and she falls unconscious to the floor.

A certain White Canary stands above her with her bo-staff tucked under her arm.

The unconscious form of the Pilgrim doesn't seem to stop Erin though.

All she can still see is blurs, only figures of people.

She jumps at the fallen figure, seeing easy pray, and goes straight for the weak spot of any creature; the neck.

She opens her mouth and chomps down, sinking her teeth into the flesh of the figure and immediately tasting blood.

She waits until she tastes enough blood to ensure her prey is dead, giving her mouth a quick shake to make sure before letting go.

She notices movement in the corner of her eye and her head snaps up.

What Erin can't realize is that her love, Sara, is trying to talk her down, make her calm and shift back.

Although what Erin see's is not Sara.

The figure standing before her forms a face, it forms the face of a man with stubble across his chin, messy brown hair stopping above his ears and green eyes that flash with an all too familiar anger.

Her father.

She lunges at the man, her claws landing on his shoulders and pushing him to the ground.

He doesn't seem to push her off, or maybe he's trying and he's just too weak.

She scowls at him but the action ends up coming from her mouth as a growl.

He's a coward, a coward that caused her so much pain. Now it's time she returns the favour.

She bares her teeth, wanting to show him her powers before she causes him pain. Her neck swings down and her head nears his open neck.

Her vision floods with white.

A/N And so there's the end!

Not of the book of course, just the chapter.

I hope all of you liked the fight scene, I worked hard to include much more of Erin and decided to take a path of my own.

I'm making plans to take this book my own way, but don't worry I won't stray too far from the plot.

Anyways that's it, i hope you all enjoyed the chapter and I'll hopefully update soon!
