The drive was in silence, leaving everyone to their own thoughts. Charlotte-Mae honestly wasn't expecting anything like this to happen, she just figured she'd live the rest of her life on the streets, maybe finding someone who would be willing to give her a job, but that would be a slim chance. But with Seth and Sara, she was actually able to find out who she was and she believed them. It would explain the incidents that happen with her abilities, sometimes when her emotions spike, but not that they were there, her abilities came naturally. She could feel if something bad were to happen, like the highway or in the shack, it was just something nagging at her to get as far away as possible, as if the bad things repelled her. But she figured it was because her ability was keeping her safe.

She didn't expect to be from their home planet, but it did explain some things, and the more she thought about it, the more things didn't make sense, but they did at the same time. Charlotte-Mae couldn't remember her parents ever showing her any sort of affection, as if they didn't even know she was there, but gave her things anyway because they thought they were seeing things. She had just shown up at their house one day. It bothered her, not being able to remember anything before that, and no matter how hard she tried, nothing came up. A small sigh emitted from her nose, her eyebrows furrowing slightly as she leaned back against her seat, gaining Seth's attention,

"Are you all right, Charlotte-Mae?" He asked lowly, concern laced in his voice

". . . Why can't I remember?" She whispered, causing him to grow silent "when I looked into your eyes, they were so familiar. The plants in the shack, being there just felt so . . natural, like I had been there before"

"Because you have been there" Seth whispered "when we were children, all you would want to do was spend your time in the greenhouse, surrounded by the plants, you never wanted to leave" a small smile forming on his lips

". . . Did we ever run in a field?" She asked, looking at him "I had a dream that . ." shaking her head slightly "we were running in a field. You caught me, picked me up and spun me around before the wind took me and we started running again, Sara was there too"

"It was a memory" Sara whispered, causing the two to look at her "I remember that day well" a soft smile forming on her lips

"As do I" Seth added "your memory could be returning in the form of dreams"

"it is very much possible, Charlotte-Mae" she continued

"You know . . " Charlotte-Mae trailed off "you guys can just call me Mae"

Seth and Sara gave her a small nod, causing a soft smile to form on her lips, letting out another soft sigh through her nose as she rested her head back against the seat, her tiredness catching up to her as she closed her eyes, feeling her body beginning to relax for the first time in the last few days.

Azalea walked along a field by her home, no older than four, making sure to stay in her father's line of sight as he built a dome, that would be a greenhouse, deciding to make it specifically for her because of her manifesting abilities. He had noticed how the grass grew heathier whenever she touched it, or how the wind picked up when she ran, so he decided to build a greenhouse for her so she'd be able to properly practice and meditate. Her bare feet walked along the soft grass, her curly hair bouncing around when ever she jumped over a mud puddle, only to let out a small yelp when she was suddenly pushed. Mud splashed everywhere, some of it landing on her face, staining her white dress,

"Would you look at this" a boy said, causing Azalea to look up "the weed in the dirt. Right where she belongs"

The big who pushed her was no older than six, accompanied by another boy, who looked to be around the same age, standing at his side. Small tears formed in her eyes as she looked back down at her mud stained dress, knowing that her mother and father would be upset that she had gotten completely filthy and ruined it.

"She is weak" the other boy said "she will not fight back. We should just leave"

"We must make sure she stays in line" he replied

"Hey!" Another voice shouted, causing Azalea to look up once more "leave her alone!"

Another boy walked up to them, blonde hair with bright blue eyes, having seen the whole thing. The boy who pushed Azalea in the mud turned around, looking at him for a moment before throwing a fist his way, but a cry emitted from him when he clutched his hand, holding it close to his chest. The blonde haired boy didn't flinch, the hit having no affect on him,

"Why you little - ! " He exclaimed

He tried to punch him again, but the blonde haired boy blocked it and shoved him back, causing him to stumble back slightly, a root sprouting from the ground, catching the back of his foot, tripping him. He fell back into the mud, splashing more of it and staining his white clothes, Azalea watching as he quickly got up and ran away, the other boy following him. A hand reached out to Azalea, causing her to look up, seeing the blonde haired boy giving her a small smile, the brunette slowly reaching up, grasping his and. He pulled her up with no difficulty,

"Are you all right?" He asked softly, earning a meek nod from her "I'm Seth"

"Azalea" she replied shyly

"That is a beautiful name" he said, a warm smile forming on his lips

Seth looked at her as if she were the most beautiful thing on the planet, not caring if she was covered in mud, her stone gray eyes connecting with his bright blue,

". . . Thank you" Azalea said

"You are most welcome, Azalea" Seth replied, his smile never leaving his lips
