Daniella kicked the wall in frustration as she took off her hamlet. The race in Monaco ended completely different than what she expected. She started P3 and was pretty sure she was going to score another podium but an unfortunate contact with Valterri Bottas’ Marcedes cost her the podium. Even though she failed to stand on the Monaco podium she is happy to finish P4 and score points for the team.

“You did your best kid,” Christian patted her on the back.

Daniella nodded giving a small smile. “I really thought I was going to score another podium today.”

“So did we,”the team principal replied. “I think Marcedes is starting to play dirty.”

“It wasn’t Bottas’ fault, his tire punctured.”

Daniella is very well aware of the war RedBull has with Marcedes and knows it is only a matter of time before the blaming game starts and all hell break loose.

She cheered as Max, Lando and Carlos stood on their respective podiums and got handed their trophies. Even though she wanted a better result for herself she is happy that Max won the race and Lando and Carlos finally got to stand up there together. She clicked a few photos on her phone before the champagne celebration ended.

“You have to give a few interviews now,” Myra her PR reminded her.

“Ughh!” Daniella groaned. “Can’t I just go back to my hotel and sleep?”

“No ma’am,” Myra pulled the driver to the interview area. “And we also have to go out for team celebration tonight so don’t even think about going to sleep early.”

“I hate you.”

“Nonsense, you love me.”

Daniella huffed as she stood infront of her bed wearing only her bath robe. There were two dress on the bed and she can’t decide which one to wear to the team celebration tonight. Usually Myra help her with this kind of stuff but her boyfriend decided to pay her a surprise visit and Daniella don’t want to disturb the couple.

As she barely had any time left she decided to ask her elder sister Lauren for help. She quickly clicked a photo of the two dresses and send it to her sister asking “Which one: yellow or black?”.

After that without wasting anytime she starts doing her makeup and hair. When she was half way through with her makeup her phone beeped notifying her of a new message. Expecting it to be her sister with an answer she unlocked her phone but it was Lando.

“Black one definitely.”

Daniella’s face immediately became red as soon as she realized she accidentally texted Lando instead of Lauren. How can she be so stupid?

“I am so sorry. That text was meant for my sister by I accidentally sent it to you.” She texted back hoping to not create any confusion.

“Haha. No worries Ella. But seriously go with the black dress 😉”

Daniella smiled as she read the text. Dhe is happy to get an answer for her dress situation and if she ends up looking bad she can blame her friend.

“Fine but if I end up looking bad I am blaming you.”

She tossed her phone aside before finishing her hair and makeup. She decided to go with Lando’s choice and picked the black dress.
