Hawks looks back down at you. You meet his gaze, knowing that that Nomu is more dangerous than the ones you've seen. You have hope that Endeavor is going to be all right and he'll take down the Nomu too. You also have a feeling that Hawks is going to help Endeavor too, but Hawks can't really do much against power based Quirks.

"Baby, you better come out alive," you said, fear lacing in your voice as you hugged Hawks tightly. "If you die, I'm killing you."

Hawks pressed a kiss against your lips. "I'm not planning on dying, [Name]."

With that, you felt a tug on your clothes that helped you out of the broken window and towards the ground. You wished you could help Hawks and Endeavor, but you have to watch Naofumi and you aren't strong enough to take that Nomu down either.

The red feather that moved you out of harm's way, brushed against your cheek and Naofumi tried to grab it. You wanted to hold onto that feather, to know that Hawks is going to be all right, but you know that Hawks is going to need all of his feathers for this battle and to save the people in that building too.

With a grim look on your face, you watched the whole battle, hearing that one kid with the pink hair assure the public that Endeavor is still fighting even if we can't see him. The battle made you keep your mouth shut with a racing heartbeat in your chest. You wonder if Todoroki is watching the fight although you don't know their relationship.

You ran to where Endeavor fell to with his fist raised high and you felt relief as you hurried towards the Number One as Hawks also is at Endeavor's side. Hawks helped Endeavor sit forward and Hawks gives you a carefree smile as you jump into Hawks's arms.

"I can't believe you actually used the same pose as All Might," Hawks commented, his arm going around your shoulders.

You noticed that Hawks doesn't have any feathers left. "Hawks, your feathers..."

"I'll be all right," Hawks said. Naofumi coos at him, his tiny hands reaching out to Hawks. "I can't hold you, bud. Sorry."

"No... I used the other arm... His was his left," Endeavor said, breathing hard and heavy. You look at him in concern.

"Whatever, sane difference!" Hawks said in a light tone. He hands a towel to Endeavor. "Anyway, thank you... for winning!"

You could see the scar that's gonna form on Endeavor's face. "...I give it 0 points. I got off to a pretty horrible 'start'."

"Sorry, but even so, this will surely... definitely be huge!" Hawks assured. "First things first though, we have to do something about your injuries, and stop the bleeding." Hawks looks at you. "Babe, call for some help."

You nodded your head, taking out your phone.

"...I can't move an inch at all and—" Endeavor commented, but he stopped his sentence.

"Hold up for juuust a minute," a familiar voice cut through. You look ahead, your eyes widening at the sight of Dabi as he walks towards you and the others. "A lot of things went beyond my expectations... But well, let's do things in order. It's nice to meet you, I guess, Endeavor."

You're frozen, staring at Dabi with wide eyed as Hawks and Endeavor are shocked to see him as well. You didn't think Dabi would come out of his way to come here.

"I caught wind that you were here y'see," Dabi said.

Smoke rises from Endeavor's body. "...You are the one who murdered Snatch, or so I hear."

"The League of Villains, Dabi," you mumbled.

As those words left your mouth, Dabi's hand engulfed in bright, blue flames. Then those flames surrounded you, himself, Hawks, and Endeavor, making sure those wouldn't get in his way. You shielded Naofumi from the flames, feeling the intensity from them as Hawks wraps his arms around you to shield you and Naofumi.

You couldn't possibly fight Dabi. His flames are too strong and he could literally burn you to death if he wants. You know that Hawks and Endeavor are both weak and you couldn't possibly fight the flame Quirk user villain with Naofumi with you either.

"Sna—Who? Doesn't ring a bell," Dabi said, a smirk widening on his face. "More importantly, let's have a chat. Opportunities like this don't come so often."

You heard a groan next to you and you looked to see Endeavor trying to move. Hawks goes to his side immediately while you looked back towards Dabi. You kept shielding Naofumi from the harsh flames surrounding them.

"No, you need to rest! I'll take care of him," Hawks said. "I only have these puny feathers, but at the very least I can stall time."

You unclipped Naofumi from you quickly and handed Naofumi who's inside the baby carrier to Hawks. You give Hawks a smile while he looks at you in astonishment.

"I'll take care of him," you said, Hawks taking Naofumi from you. Your son lets out happy coo, burying his face in Hawks's chest.

"Hey, gimme a break would you? I just came back to collect that Nomu," Dabi said, gesturing to the Nomu with his finger. "I mean, there's no way I could win against two top heroes and his girlfriend!"

Your body tensed up, seeing Dabi charge forward with his hands blazing blue fire. You stopped yourself before you could move, looking up and seeing something coming towards the ground. That something is the Number Five Hero and she lands on the ground, creating cracks in the cement as she lands between Dabi and you.

"I saw the news and 'hopped' right over!" She said, a smirk on her lips as she looks at Dabi. "Looks like things are really heating up here, eh, Endeavor, Hawks, and Hawks's woman!" You blushed at being called that. "You're one of the League of Villains bastards, ain'tcha! I'll kick you to kingdom come!"

"Miruko...? Man, just when things were getting good," Dabi let out a sigh. He looks up. "A little help, Ujiko?" Your eyes widen, watching black liquid explode from Dabi's mouth. "Catch ya later, Mister No. 1 hero. I'm sure we'll have another chance to talk. But until then... Break a leg out there! Don't go kickin' the bucket yet. Todoroki Enji!"

Miruko charges forward. "How about you talk right now!"

Unfortunately, Dabi disappeared once that black liquid was gone. Miruko wasn't able to land a hit on Dabi as you looked at the spot he was stood at. You looked to Hawks, tears swelling in your eyes as you saw him hold Naofumi with one arm and you fell into your boyfriend's arms as you cupped Naofumi's cheek. You just realize how much danger you could have put Naofumi in and you didn't mean too. Although, Naofumi didn't cry at all because he has his father and mother with him.

"That was different from what we discussed," Hawks hissed, holding a long feather blade to Dabi.

Dabi smiled. "Is that so?"

Hawks puts a hand in his pocket, still holding the feathered blade at Dabi9. "I was hoping we'd get along better than this, Dabi."

"Oh, I thought you only had puny feathers left," Dabi said, remembering Hawks's words from earlier in the day. "You also kept something from us too. You having a son?"

"Well, I can't exactly meet with a liar unarmed," Hawks stated, narrowing his eyes at Dabi. "Besides, the plan was for tomorrow at the factory on the coast, not in the middle of the damn city where my girlfriend and son are. Not to mention that Nomu. It was on a completely different level from the ones we've seen so far. I'd prefer you to tell me about those things in advance."

"Did you think to tell us about you having a son in advance? He looks older than 2 months old, I changed my mind," Dabi simply stated, his smirk widening. "Did I forget to mention it would be a test of the Nomu's abilities? My bad. But I wasn't the only one who acted outside of the plan now was I? You said you'd 'send some random strong guy,' but sending the No. 1 hero doesn't exactly make for a good test. Did that ever occur to you?"

"Leave him out of this," Hawks growled. Hawks has that glare plastered on his face still before, wanting to change the topic. "Well hey, it did some serious damage to the No. 1. You should be happy. I haven't broken my promise. You're the only one who went back on his word."

"But it's even more unreasonable for you to think that I'd just trust the No. 2 hero right off the bat," Dabi said, amused at seeing Hawks's angry face. "So this was also a test to see if you were trustworthy." Dabi tilts his head. "Why exactly did today's little event get resolved with zero deceased? It's hard to believe someone who sympathized with our cause and requested to cooperate with us would act in such a way."

"I've got to keep up appearances on my end. I can't afford to lose the faith that's been placed in me as a hero," Hawks clarified, still holding the feathered blade close to Dabi. "The more confidence everyone has in me, the more valuable information I'll receive. And that information is beneficial for you all. You should really be looking at the big picture here." Hawks and Dabi turned around, their backs facing each other. "Everything I do, I do for the League, Dabi."

"Well... I still won't let you meet the boss for the time being, but.. I'll contact you again, Hawks," Dabi said, walking away from Hawks.

Hawks just stands there, listening to Dabi's footsteps grow distant. He didn't like keeping the information from [Name] about the fact that he's also working for the League too. He wished he didn't have to do this, but he knows he's the only one that could get his hands dirty. Hawks didn't like seeing the fear in [Name]'s eyes either nor the fact that Endeavor is badly beaten up too. Or the fact that Naofumi was put into a situation like that too. It made his blood boil.
