Amity's POV:

I woke up for work seeing Luz just woke up. "Morning Ams," She yawned. "Morning Luz." I got up and pulled Luz up from bed. "Work now...I'll go and make breakfast," she said. I grabbed my towel and went to the bathroom. About 5 minutes, I smelled something good coming from the outside. I finished up taking a bath and put on my clothes. I saw Luz was in the kitchen and I gave her a peck on the cheek which surprised her a little. "Oh, hey Ams. Pancakes?" I smiled at her and she gave me a plate. "I'm gonna take a bath now."

It was 5:56 while I was eating. As I was finishing up, Boscha came in. "Hey Amity. Had fun yesterday?" She asked. "Where were you?" I questioned. "I was at Skara's. I left the 2 of you here and so I slept at Skara's dorm." She yawned and entered her room. Luz bot out the bathroom and into my room to put on clothes. She came out a few minutes later to join me for breakfast. She sat across me and then I received a call from my mother.

Odalia: Good Morning, Mittens. I hope you had fun last night.
Amity: Morning Mother and what do you mean by that?
Odalia: (Laughing) Well I heard you got interrupted yesterday.
Amity: I don't know what you mean by that.
Odalia: Oh c'mon Mittens don't think I didn't know what you were doing with Luz.
Amity: Did Boscha tell you?
Odalia: I won't tell you who but all I know is that you didn't lock the door like I advised you to when you are doing it.
Amity: Oh c'mon mom. Luz is here I don't want to be reminded about last night or I'll feel stupid in front of her.
(muffled speaking)
Odalia: Your father wants to talk to you.
Alador: Hello? Mittens.
Amity: Hey dad. Look about last night-
Alador: It's ok Mittens. Your mother did the same mistake except we were kissing.
Amity: Ew dad, you don't have to tell me.
Alador: Alright alright. Ok the main reason I wanted to talk to you is because me and your mother won't be back for awhile again. So we wanted to say our goodbyes to you.
Amity: Oh? What time are you guys leaving?
Alador: We're leaving now. Goodbye Mittens. Now don't forget to lock the door.
Amity: Dad!
Odalia: Ok goodbye now mittens we'll see you next times.
Amity: Goodbye mother and father.

"So what was that all about?" Luz said behind me. "Oh it was nothing. Now let's go or we'll be late for work." I dragged Luz out of the dorm and we walked to the cafe. Arriving around 6:24 we saw King sitting down in the cafe. We entered the cafe with the sound of the bell ringing. "Morning King." He looked at us and answered, "Morning you lovebirds. So how's it going between you two ?" He asked. "It's going great." I went to the counter and put on my apron.

Time skip: Lunch

It was lunch and we were sitting at our usual seat in the cafeteria. Boscha was walking over with the others laughing about something. When they sat down I could tell Boscha said something about us. "So I heard someone interrupted you guys yesterday?" Gus teased. "Gus c'mon they didn't do anything. Amity said it herself...denying the truth," Hunter joked. I rolled my eyes at the two of them. "Ok that's enough with this. Hunter you've been in a relationship longer than me and yet your still scared to make the first move and Gus you're still single so I get you're jealous about us having a relationship," Luz scolded. The both of them stopped laughing and kept quiet.

Willow and Boscha were just laughing at them. "Where's Skara?" I asked. "Oh, she's in the bathroom." I nodded my head. Then the bell rang and we cleaned up our table and went to class. It was Biology now and our exams are a few weeks away so I was taking notes. Class after class and finally it was the end of school. I went to my dorm to rest before I went to work. Boscha said she was going out for a bit. About 30 minutes, someone knocked on my door, it was Luz.

"Hey Luz what's up?" I asked.

"Oh nothing just wanted to hangout with my girlfriend," she flirted. I just smiled and brought her in. "So is Boscha here? I don't want her interrupting us again," She said. "Nope she left half an hour ago so she won't be her to disturb us." She smiled at me and I locked the door. "So what do you wanna do?" I asked. "Well...I wanted to continue last night's game before work," She smirked. I felt my face flush red so I just smiled. There we were doing it again but against the wall.

When we pulled away, I looked at the time and saw it was 4:24. "Shit. Luz, we did it a little to long and we're gonna be late." We fixed ourselves and ran down the hallway all the way to the cafe reaching there right on time. "You guys are right on time. What's keeping you guys away?" Hooty asked. "We got a little distracted," Luz huffed. "Oh with what?" Hooty winked. "Hooty don't bother the lovebirds will you?" King said from the back.

We worked as usual, goofing around, King and Hooty fighting every few minutes. We cleaned up the cafe before leaving. While me and Luz were walking back Luz got a phone call. "Hello?" She said. After a few minutes she yelled, "Fuck off," and hung up. "What was it?" I asked. "It's nothing." We went to the dorm and started talking. Then our fun came to an end when someone broke the door down. We jumped from our seats and saw it was Amber and some other guys behind her.

"I said fuck off," Luz yelled. She just started laughing hysterically. "Boys, get her." The guys then charged against us and grabbed me by the arm. Luz kicked them off from grabbing her but one of them grabbed her and the other punched her in the stomach. "Argh," she yelled. She then walked over to me. "Hmm...let's see what we have here, Amity Blight." She grabbed my face and looked at me. "Well, I guess you're pretty much worthless to me." Luz then broke free and punch the guy in the face. She quickly grabbed me and pulled out of the dorm.

"Get them," we heard Amber yelled. We were running down the hallways and out of the school. We hid at the park nearby so she would't find us. She held me close to her and I could hear her heartbeat racing and her panting. About 10 minutes we didn't see any sign of them so we got out of our hiding spot to go back to the school. She or any of the guy was seen at school. By the time we reach the dorm we sat down in exhaustion. "I'm tired."

As we were siting down my phone rang. It was Boscha so I picked it up.

Amity: What do you want Boscha?
Amber: This isn't Boscha my dear.
Amity: What the fuck did you do with Boscha?
Amber: Gym, 10 minutes or all your friends will never be seen again.

I heard muffled voice in the background the followed by Boscha's scream. "You bitch let us go." The call was then ended and quickly called Luz. "We gotta go she got the others in the gym." Without saying a word we quickly ran to the gym and we saw everyone there. "Oh look, the little birds came," she said. "Let them go, Amber," Luz yelled. "Why? This is the only way I can get your attention." I was raging mad her and when I looked at them I saw she did a number on them.

"What do you actually want from us? Can you just leave everyone be?" Luz yelled. "Us? No, it's you, always has been." And with that she pulled out a gun and shot Luz. Bang. "Luz!" She was holding the place she was shot and started spitting out blood she then collapsed to the ground. I picked her up and laid her on my lap. "Luz, talk to me please." She looked at me and put a hand on me. "Amity, I'm sorry you have to go through this because of me. I'll always love you but I don't think I'll be here for you anymore," she mumbled as there was more blood coming out of her mouth. "Luz, no! Don't leave me." The last thing I saw her do was give me a weak smile and with that...

She was gone...
