You believed me

Zhang hao third person POV

"Gyuvin you're giving them the wrong idea. Don't make them think weird things about me!"

Zhang hao huffed as Hanbin eyed the older boy that sat back down beside him, Zhang hao immediately breaking eye contact as soon as their eyes met, staring at the ground as everyone continued to watch him amused. He didn't even care that the others now knew his sexuality as it wasn't like it was hidden anyway. His sexuality had basically been assumed since they found out about his 'hetrophobic' post from years ago, some of the Chinese contestants even calling him, 'their favourite hetrophobe', aware of the meaning of his adjacent sleeves, something that had quickly spread between most of the trainees.

"For fuck sake Gyuvin, at least clear things up. They don't even believe me"

Zhang hao whined as he noticed everyone's eyes were still on him, though unable to stay properly mad at Gyuvin as he let his body fall back onto the grass, trying to calm down his already rapidly pumping heart beat. He heard Gyuvin begin to frantically speak, the younger realising he had frustrated Zhang hao and although he knew deep down that Zhang hao couldn't stay mad at them, he was still too sacred to find out what that would mean for him. Zhang hao sighed loudly and closed his eyes, resting his head to the side as he zoned out what the others were saying. Only hearing a mix of laughs and chatters as the game subsided and the began to chat as normal once more.

After a few minutes, Zhang hao heard a small thump come from beside him, his eyes flickering open to see Hanbin who now laid down next to him, body turned to face the older as he used his elbow to hold up his weight.

"I believe you hyung, don't worry"

Hanbin spoke quietly before Zhang hao childishly sulked, pursing his lips and placing his hands on his cheeks to try and calm them down. He was still mortified over the whole situation and the last thing he wanted to do was talk to Hanbin about it right now.

"You're just saying that"

Zhang hao whined defeatedly, turning his body so that he laid on his back once more and Hanbin was no longer in his line of sight. He felt Hanbin's hand on his shoulder as it gently trailed down his arm and to his hand holding it softly. Zhang hao shivering at every little brush of the other's fingers as he did so.

"I'm not but even if I was, who cares it's none of my business"

Hanbin said honestly, squeezing Zhang hao's hand gently before he pushed himself back up with his free arm still holding Zhang hao's with the other. He gently tugged at Zhang hao's hand, attempting to get the older to sit back up. Once the other begrudgingly did, Hanbin chuckled and withdrew their hands. Zhang hao missed the contact immediately as he finally faced Hanbin once more, withholding the urge to reach out and intertwine their fingers again.

"But even so, considering I'm your favourite you'll tell me later right?"

Hanbin teased in a nonchalant tone that only made Zhang hao's stomach turn, before he reached forward to grab some more food. Zhang hao rolled his eyes, shoving Hanbin lightly. Was Hanbin even his favourite? He wasn't too sure.

"Who said you're my favourite?"

Zhang hao mumbled, not fully denying or agreeing to what Hanbin had said. As Hanbin bit into the cookie he had grabbed, smiling sweetly at Zhang hao before innocently pointing at Ricky, like a child blaming their friend for stealing a toy from the toy box. Zhang hao nibbled on his lip in thought before looking over at Ricky, who stared at the two confused as to why he was being pointed at.

"Ricky are you serious? Are you three actually trying to make my life miserable?"

Zhang hao inquired jokingly as he stood up, treading around the picnic blanket and over to the other side, where his three Yuehua teammates sat. Without saying anything he pushed Ricky to the ground beginning to tickle him as the younger boy broke into laugher, more than the rest of the group had seen before. Zhang hao unaware of the fond looks he received from Hanbin, admiring their close relationship and how Zhang hao giggled in response to every laugh that escaped Ricky's mouth.

Zhang hao was only stopped when he was forced to by Yujin and Gyuvin, who had teamed up against him, tickling Zhang hao under the armpit and causing him to roll off of Ricky. Once he did, Zhang hao had sat up, his white shirt now stained green by the grass, his hair disheveled and a wide smile adorning his lips.

"Hao hyung I have a spare shirt I brought in the car"

Hanbin said sweetly as he held out a hand for Zhang hao, the older quickly standing up and holding onto Hanbin's hand letting him drag him to the unattended car.

I'm ZB1 content deprived so I've resulted to posting multiple of these chapters today. I also hope you don't mind that I'm putting a lot of focus into their other friendship. Hopefully it doesn't take away from it too much!

This is also kinda lacking in quality so don't be too mean please-
