Name: Niko Hasegawa

Nice name

Name meaning: 'Niko' means red child, and Hasegawa means long river valley, but it bears no importance, it's just her last name.

Ok, it's a pretty name.

Oh so she is the Konohamaru's group age.

Gender: Female

Cool

Appearance: Niko has short dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. She's quite pale and incredibly skinny, as she's really poor and doesn't eat much. She has really small hands and feet.

Oh ok, poor girl.

Clothing: She wears loose dresses all year round, scarfs in the winter, and if it's really cold she'll wear a dirty leather jacket. However, if she needs to be really sporty, she'll borrow a friend's clothing.

Ok.

Personality: Niko is very awkward. Growing up, her family wasn't always there, so she never really got the love or kindness a child should have. She always tried desperately to make friends, but can't keep conversations rolling and always says the wrong things at the wrong time. So she got lonely and reserved.

Awww poor girl. However, she is very different from other OCs, she has a different vibe to her. From her I can feel her loneliness as I read her personality.

Past: Niko was born into a poor family in the land of waves. So from a young age, she had to learn to survive on her own. Her mother was from the hidden leaf village, but left because her now husband couldn't come. She taught her children ninjutsu, chakras, etc. She lived with her family until she was 7, when she decided to run away with her big brother, who vanished when she was 8. When team 7 visited the land of the waves, she became interested in Sakura, and followed her around everywhere secretly.

Oh ok, but why did she decide to run away? Also how did she run away with her brother if her brother vanished when she was 8? Other than that it's ok. Her following Sakura around in secret like Konohamaru to Naruto is adorable.

When team 7 was learning about chakra control by climbing up trees, Niko would stay up all night and skip school to work on her chakras in case Sakura would be impressed if she came by. Kakashi caught her, and decided she would stay by his side until he could find her family. Later, she told him that she didn't have a family and he left her. But Niko wasn't having none of that and followed them anyways, avoiding danger on the way back. Kakashi, again, found her, and she got adopted and enrolled in the ninja academy.

Oh ok, that's pretty cool but who adopted her? That's all I want to know.

Mother (Mayu Hasegawa), Father (Hiro Hasegawa), older brother (Hiroto Hasegawa)

Cool

Battle: Niko likes to use her shy and timid appearance to fool enemys into thinking she will be easy prey. She doesn't really like being offensive, so usually sets traps and masters defensive techniques instead of learning more offensive battle strategies.

Oh so she quite the strategist. Nice.

Relationship with characters:

Sasuke: Sasuke sees her as a nuisance of a little girl. He thinks she's too quiet, but does have a bit of admiration for her determination. They are not friends, but acknowledge eachother's existence.

Ok

Naruto: Naruto sees her as an adorable little child, and they are friends.

I can see Naruto calling her adorable.

Sakura: Sakura thinks she's ok. they aren't friends, but Niko wants to be.

Cute.

I know I have a lot to work on!

Not really she is actually a pretty good character.

Final Analysis- This OC is really good and don't have anything wrong with her. While reading her I felt something about her. Her appearance and her personality go perfectly together and her battle goes great as well. The only thing I have to say is her past. There are questions that I asked that need answers. Other than that, this OC is amazing. Thank you for letting me review her, it was a honor.
