Appearance: Tenma has metallic blue eyes, brown hair and tanned skin.

Cool I am thinking of this OC and I could tell he is pretty handsome. Or at least I think he is just from the simple features.

- Part 1: In Part 1, he wears a blue shirt, dark blue pants and dark blue sandals. He wears his blue forehead protector on his forehead. He also wears a kunai pouch on his left leg.

A nice sweet and simple style for a great shinobi. I think you did great and it's easy to imagine on him.

- Part 2: In Part 2, while most of his appearance remains the same, he wears a full sleeved black shirt, dark green flak jacket, black pants and black boots. He also changes the color o his forehead protector to black.

Nice, he is different but not to different and the jacket adds to him growing up. I think you did good with him.

Personality: Tenma is persistent and rather nosy. He is kind and cares a lot for his teammates and family. He can be a bit sensitive at times. He tries to be happy most of the time even when he's really not. In part 1, one of his biggest fears is losing someone close to him. He can be a bit indecisive under pressure and tends to get nervous easily. He is good at encouraging others and is always willing to help. He is optimistic and stands up for what he believes in. He is friendly, caring and determined. He has a habit of training hard which can get him hurt sometimes. He never doubts others and is very trusting (sometimes too much). He is a firm believer in "innocent until proven guilty".

This is great. If I had to group him into something I would say, he is part of the cute group. His behavior is adorable and the fact that his habits hurt him makes him even more adorable cause he wants to get stronger. This shows he has great character.

He looks up to his teammates, Kyousuke because of his loyalty and confidence, Miyuki because of her check on her emotions and resourcefulness, and Midori (their sensei) because of her skill and devotion to her loved ones. Sometimes he doesn't realize his own worth and is constantly reminded of it by his team. Being a civilian kid, he is not as knowledgeable as his teammates about being a ninja.

This again adds to his character. When we think of people with family ninja members like Sasuke and Kakashi, they would tend to act different compared to ninjas that don't have ninja relatives like Sakura. She was more happy kinda like this OC while the others are more ninja ready like Sasuke and Kakashi. I love how you put that in consideration.

In Part 2, he becomes a bit more confident in himself and gets over his fear of losing the people he's close to. He is willing to stand up for himself and is better at making decisions under pressure.He also learns more about being a ninja as compared to his companions.

The way he grows over time is perfect. He learns more about being a ninja and continues to become closer. He even realized that his fear could happen and is starting to lose the fear. I think this is great as he gets older.

Battle Style: Theory is not Tenma's strong point. However, he makes up for it by his knack for ninjutsu. He knows more about genjutsu than his teammates (which is not a lot). His taijutsu is alright. His battle style is mainly focused on creating distractions and long range combat.

That's cool. He has his flaws in combat and makes up for it with his own tactics. I also like how he focuses on distractions. Not a lot of people do that and it's perfect considering the way he is.

Oh so a wind type. I think it goes great with his personality. Great work as well with only having wind. Don't be scared to put more but this is great just the way it is.

Perfect, his battle style matches his stats perfectly. Great job.

Past: Tenma is a civilian child who, despite his parents wishes, became a ninja. His sister died from a disease at the age of 4 when he was 6. Tenma's parents unconsciously started paying less attention to him ever since he joined the academy. This made him think that they were disappointed in him and thought about quitting when Kyousuke asked him if he was simply going to give up. Due to his words, Tenma decided to continue and tried to befriend him. After a lot of persistence, Kyousuke decided to become his friend. The blue haired boy became a sort of a teacher to him and taught him more about ninjas.

So that is what happened to his sister? Great job using something like a disease instead of getting killed because in Naruto you can get sick. Also his personality goes great with the way he acts in this part of his past and the way he is persistent towards Kyuosuke shows his happy and somewhat stubborn side. Good job.

When Miyuki's friendship with Sakura and Ino was torn, he felt bad for her but didn't do anything because Kyousuke said that it wasn't any of their business. Later, he made Kyousuke become friends with Miyuki. Due to his friendly nature, he interacted with Naruto a bit as well. e admired Naruto for his never give up attitude and Choji because of his friendliness (those two were friends in the academy). He also interacted with Shino from time to time.

Great job because the rookie 9 are in the acedemy so acting like they don't exist would be unprofessional. Also like how he used his friendly nature to help others and how you had him interact with the more minor characters in Naruto like Shino. Great way of doing this.

Relationship: I don't know but I'd probably pair him with a civilian OC.

Family Traits: The only noticeable trait his family has is the metallic blue eyes color.

Nice he has family traits like how real families have. Great job.
