This is the 5th one in rapid fire mode. I can not believe how much I did. This is great. Anyway let's keep this short. This one is also from NWO_FullMetal so I hope you all like it. Now on with the OC.

Name: Shizuo Kōsaka 

A very mature sounding name. Nice.

Age: He's 11-23in 0.5 In Part 1 he's 24. and in Part 2 he's 29-30. Part 3: He's 49. He's 5 years older than Akashi. 

Oh a OC that is even older than Akashi. Perfect.

Name Information: According to BehindTheName Shizuo means "Peaceful Hero"  As for Kōsaka I couldn't find much information on this name. Although an anime character with this name is Shigure Kōsaka from History's Strongest Disciple.

It's ok it's a great translation.

Kōsaka Clan Details: The Kōsaka originated from the land of wind. The Kosaka clan doesn't have any Genjutsu or Ninjutsu capabilities although the members of the Kōsaka clan do have exceptional skills in Taijutsu and weaponry since it's their only way they can fight. 

A very unique clan. I love how it's a clan that all have the same problem and focus on the same thing. It makes it much different. 

During the first and second shinobi wars, they developed various weapons for combat. Kunai knives, swords, bow and arrows, staffs, etc; 

Oh and they made the world's weapons. That makes it better and perfect. Not to mention it goes great with the clan since they are masters of weaponry.

Family: Shina Kōsaka (Mother), Deceased, Hisaya Matsu (Father),  Alive, Kayo Matsu (Older Sister) Alive.

It may not be a technique that only his clan can develop, but he does have a secret technique that he uses. He's capable of teaching it to others outside of his clan, but they must be deemed worthy. (He doesn't start teaching people until part 2. 

Cool, it also shows what kind of person he is. The fact that he has to deem them worthy first shows his character.

 Odi No Me. オディの目 (Eye Of Odin)

What is odi no me?: is a dormant sixth sense that many people can possess. Though each average human holds the potential to utilize it through intense and very long training. Those who possess the gift are able to instinctively sense how people and objects relate to them, which manifests as a colored glow, much like an aura. Red indicates enemies or spilled blood, blue indicates allies, white indicates sources of information, and gold indicates targets or objects of interest (First learns this at 10, which means he already has it when he's introduced, though he's just barely getting the hang of it, he's only been training with it for six months at this point)  

Nice, it seems like a very strong move so I'm glad you added needs intense training. However, I would also recommend a consequence in using this move. Only to add to it.

When an individual masters Odi no me, the ability can evolve to the more advanced level of Odi No Me. This stage heightens all the senses of its user, allowing them to detect the heartbeat of a target in the area, or even foresee a target's path. Some individuals also developed exotic variations of the gift; one application allowing its wielder to peer into the memories of their target upon killing them while another one allowed a gifted individual to become a kind of lie detector, knowing when someone was lying or telling the truth to them. (HE DOES NOT LEARN THIS UNTIL END OF PART 1.) (MASTERS IT IN PART 2 AT THE AGE OF 30)

This is amazing and like I said before it's great that he masters this at 30 because that means he had 20 years of intense training. However, like I said a consequence would also be good with this move. It is a great move though.

(The fact that he doesn't master it until he's 30 is more than fair lol)

Thank you for putting the translation to the side. For I did not know what Livid was so thank you. Also great work, I always encourage diversity in making OCs because like my family always says. There is more than one race in the world.

Clothing Section: 

Primary Color Combination: Black, gray and red. 

Secondary: Many different combos (I wanna have a little fun with this character's color combos just a little bit

That's great. Always have fun with your characters. That's what makes them fun and interesting.

When he's introduced he's seen wearing a pair of blue, baggy pants with a stripe pattern. He wore a black tank top and black sandals as an attempt to fit in with the villagers of Kirigakure. (What is he doing in Kiri? Read and find out. I'm introducing him in the upcoming chapter.) His clothing changes from time to time depending on if he has a mission or if he's at home. So his clothing style usually varies depending on what his missions are and where they're at. 

That is perfect. I also like how he is somewhat laid back with his clothing style. You did really good with him.

The Kōsaka clan is traditionally seen wearing long-sleeved fishnet undershirts with gray short-sleeved shirts over them. When he's home in the land of wind he's often seen wearing this with a red sleeveless shirt with a red hood.  He often wears his hood down, on the bottom he wears black and baggy pants with red ninja boots. 

It's nice to see he wears what his clan wears but also his own style. Good job.

Weapon of Choice: Sword (primarily) Staff (secondary) 

Great job with the sword and the staff. I use a staff for my OC as well and it is a underrated weapon. Great job with it.

Personality: He's very soft spoken and very quiet most of the time. He spends his spare time meditating and playing with his pet mouse Tōchūmaru. Tōchūmaru usually likes to cause mischief and sneak food from other people as well as steal small personal belongings. The drawback to owning him is that Shizuo often has to deal with the people his actions affect. Tochumaru doesn't mean any harm, but once he's attached to something he doesn't want to give it up. 

That is adorable. I also like how you added a pet and a very unusual one at that. I think it's Perfect. Also a good background on Tochumaru. It shows what Shizuo has to deal with.

Shizuo is usually quite calm and collected, but when he's pissed off fair warning he will NOT hesitate to kill you. Shizuo's personality becomes more lively as he gets older and the more time he spends with people outside of his home. 

That's great and I know I will learn more as I read your story but when he is pissed at a civilian or a ally ninja does he kill them as well? Of course it is a flaw which is good but does he have the will power to hold back?

You'll really see his personality evolve throughout the story. I want to have a lot of room for development. So if he starts out kind of a bland character, he could very well turn into something extraordinary. The potential is there.

Of course. All characters have potential, now it's up to the writer to unleash it correctly.

Home life: Shizuo was raised in a monastery (a community of monks.) just outside of Suna. Shizuo is known across the land of wind as "The Red Slash" he's known for his mastery of weapons and taijutsu skills. (once the story gets  in part 2 anyway) 

Thanks I would love to see how he got that name in the story. I can't wait to read it. I also encourage anyone else to do the same.

He often finds himself up against your average bandits, thieves, and common criminals and can easily defeat them. However, when it comes to fighting another ninja he has to think on his feet. Since he has no talent or capabilities of ninjutsu or genjutsu he's at a huge disadvantage against them. He has to think strategically and outsmart his enemies in order to survive.

This is great in the fact that he does have a disadvantage and he knows that. The way he has to think adds to his character.

Final Analysis- This OC has tons of potential and a couple of unanswered questions that I do believe will be in his story so I won't stress about it too much. The only questions that need answering is the basic ones that I asked. The others could possibly be answered in his story. It was a honor do his team and him.
