OC Kekkei Genkai 1 (Michibu)

This request was very different and I thought it was interesting. Instead of a OC or a Clan I review the entire Kekkei Genkai. This Kekkei Genkai is by BlueSapphire718 I hope you like it.

Cool, I would love to read it.

Kekkei Genkai of the Gesen Clan:

Name:
Michibu

Nice name

Meaning of Name:
The Michibu means “Copy Within View”.

Kanji:
見千部

Bu - 部 (Copy)
Chi - 千 (Within)
Mi - 見 (View)

This is for all the above, cool, it's all nice and gives the name even more meaning.

Brief Summary of what it is:
The Kekkei Genkai, Michibu (見千部;

Cool

Literal meaning: Copy Within View), is the dōjutsu of the Gesen Clan. It is a dōjutsu that can copy multiple jutsus and techniques by “fully experiencing” a particular jutsu or techniques. It cannot copy kekkei genkai Techniques or Jutsu.

Wait wait wait, you just said it can copy multiple jutsus. Now your saying it can't copy jutsus? Which one is it?

Looks:
Michibu –
The Michibu has an outline of a circle with a single dot in it. The colours varies with dark grey on white eyes and white on dark grey eyes.

Cool, it has that look that makes you imagine it on a OC or character.

Michibu Kuon –
The Michibu Kuon has an outline of a circle, along with nine tiny circles inside, hence the name “Kuon”(Meaning “nine sounds”). The colours varies with dark grey on white eyes and white on dark grey eyes.

That's cool, it's also good that the second stage looks similar to the first one.

Awakening:
How a member of the Gesen Clan would awaken the Michibu, was by having a large amount of concentration or belief of something while training constantly with techniques unique to the Gesen Clan would awaken.

That's a nice way to unlock it. It makes you want to unlock and believe to unlock it.

For one case, Uzumaki-Gesen Natsuki placed a large amount of belief during her training that she would surpass her parents and her half-sister, resulting in awakening her dōjutsu when she was attacked by her father’s clone during a mock battle.

Nice, but it also doesn't make sense on how she has it. Do all members have the Michibu or is it only full blooded members and she happens to inherit it? If so how?

Second Awakening:
The Michibu can be evolved to the Michibu Kuon (見千部九音; Literal

Nice

Meaning: Copy within View with Nine Sounds). It is activated when the user is under an amount of the desire to protect and/or love for someone they know as a friend, family member, or lover. Only Chihiro and Natsuki had activated this.

Cool, so the conditions for unlocking this one is more dire than the last. Good.

In one of the two cases, Gesen Chihiro activated the Michibu Kuon by sacrificing herself for her swore brother, as she was trying to make him see that she will time and time again protect him, thus activating the Michibu Kuon.

That's great and it shows how it was unlocked. However, is there a certain amount of love and some type of way for the Michibu Kuon to see if the love is fake or real? That's just a question I would like to be answered.

In the another case, Natsuki had activated the Michibu Kuon when he was facing Aburame Mushima after he had hurt Araya Kazuo. The desire to protect Kazuo and love for him stirred inside Natsuki as she battled Mushima, and had activated the final awakening of the Michibu.

I'm still wondering how she has it. The story for it is good. I just would like to know how she would got it.

Abilities:
The Michibu can copy ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, nature transformations and several other techniques and jutsu to its’ full potential, being copied in perfect accuracy. For example, if a Gesen copies a Katon jutsu or a genjutsu, he or she can perform it with deadly accuracy, even if it is not their own speciality or nature transformation.

Ok I get it. So they can copy things like Sage mode and fire ball jutsu but wouln't be able to copy the Byakugan. Please tell me if this is right.

The Michibu Kuon has the same abilities as its’ previous form, but however, it only extends the amount of jutsu and techniques that can be copied and extends your chakra reserves.

Cool, but now I have a question what is it's weaknesses and flaws? We will get to that later.

As stated before, it cannot copy other kekkei genkai Jutsu, Techniques or abilities.

By not copy abilities do you mean it can't copy 64 palm? If not than what does it mean? I'm thinking it won't be able to copy majority of the jutsus used by the Naruto group for they all use jutsus that retain to their clan. Also can it copy things like Gaara's sand? It isn't a kekkei genkai so can it? Personally I would hope not but I want to know what you say.

Limitations:
The Michibu may be powerful, but it has several setbacks to it. A user of this dōjutsu can only copy jutsu and techniques to a certain limit, most Gesen Clan members going up to around 30-70 copied techniques. However, to copy a jutsu or technique, they must “fully experience it”. How one would do it is to take most of the attack or blunt of a jutsu or technique, preferred by several members of the Clan.

Ok, this isn't what I mean by flaws and weaknesses it's just setbacks. All jutsus have them. They are good but they rise flags. For instance didn't you have a character that copied over a thousand jutsus. How can that be if the set back is 70 which is no where close to 1000? That need answers.

{An example would be Gesen Takao facing a Suiton user. If he wants to copy a jutsu from the Suiton user, he would wait, activating the Michibu all the same, until the user uses a Suiton jutsu and Takao would just allow the attack happen to him. It would injure him (maybe severely, depending on how strong the jutsu is, or even kill him), yes, but it would allow him to be able to copy the jutsu easily.

Ok, that clears up some of the one question I had. But it's great nevertheless.

Medical jutsu and taijutsu is a little different. A famous Gesen medical nin, Gesen Rinou, has copied several techniques of this particular jutsu, by activating her eyes and allowing the medics to heal her. This also counts as taking the attack of it, allowing her to copy it easily. Taijutsu is copied by experiencing it as well.

Ok, for the medical side that is perfect because yes you would need to be healed in order to know how you got healed. Good job. Same with taijutsu.

The Michibu Kuon only extends the limit of how many jutsu and techniques you can copy a little.}

Ok, so what's the new number?

Another setback is trying to copy more jutsu than your limit. If a Gesen wants to copy another technique, they must let go of one jutsu or technique that they copied before as a price to pay to learn a new one.

So does that mean that the person who copied 1,000 jutsus only copied them and that's why he's famous? He only copied them but didn't actually have 95% of them that he could use? Or is it something else?

{Gesen Chihiro lost more jutsu and techniques than she gained. In order to gain a stronger jutsu or technique, she “loses” another technique by forgetting most of the hand seals to a particular jutsu or technique, learning a brand new technique (and its’ hand seals) in its’ stead. No Gesen knows which Jutsu or technique they will forget.}

But most hand seals for jutsus are around the same and many use at least one of the same as many other jutsus so how would that work?

Another is the elemental affinities, or nature transformations. If a Gesen Clan member’s affinities matches the jutsu or techniques’ affinity, it would be much stronger than not matching elements.

That's actually a very good analogy. The fact that already having the affinity makes it stronger if you copy the jutsu of that affinity is a great idea. I hope that made sense.

{Gesen Takumi is one case on this setback. His nature transformations is Doton and Katon, thus making his copied jutsu and techniques of those particular elements much stronger. If he copies a Suiton, Raiton, or Fuuton jutsu, it would be much weaker, considering that those are not his nature transformations.}

Nice, and it puts it into perspective.

One last setback would be chakra. Most jutsu and techniques (not all) uses chakra when being performed, which makes most Gesen Clan members lose their chakra if they perform a high-ranking jutsu or technique.

Right, that goes for all the other ninjas as well. So would they use more chakra than the regular person? Or not?

{An example of this would be Gesen Ryūchi. He uses high-ranking jutsu against his opponents, making him lose the chakra necessary for that particular jutsu.

Ok, but like above, does he use more chakra sense he copied it. That would actually make for a great flaw.

However, in Takao and Natsuki’s case, they have an abnormal amount of chakra (Due to Takao’s parents of being chakra powerhouses and Natsuki being half Uzumaki and activating the Michibu Kuon), while, yes, using high-ranking jutsu or techniques makes them lose the chakra necessary, but they don’t tire out as easily when steadily losing their chakra.

Ok, but the way Natsuki and Takao are and how most things are going for them makes them sound slightly OP. It is obvious that they would have this because if their roots but what are some weaknesses that these characters have?

Having the Michibu Kuon just extends your chakra reserves by a small percentage.}

Ok so what's the percentage? Or the new number?

Known Wielders:
Gesen Takao
Gesen Chihiro
Gesen Ryūchi
Gesen Rinou
Gesen Takumi
Uzumaki-Gesen Natsuki

Ok, and so far those are the only ones I know of as well. Cool.

Final Analysis- This Kekkei Genkai has a lot of holes with the people who use it more than itself. However, there are some things about the Kekkei Genkai, one is flaws. Setbacks aren't flaws or weaknesses, they just act as a gauge, so what are flaws that this Kekkei Genkai have? There are many ideas for this such as maybe blindness after use, uncontrollable bleeding, maybe even making the body feel weak which effects the user. Regardless this Kekkei Genkai needs flaws for it has to many strengths with no consequences. For my OC's Kekkei Genkai I too have stages but I have 3 of the them. The higher the stage, the worse the consequence and that's what I think should also apply here. Or else it would be considered OP especially if it gets better and stronger in it's second stage but doesn't have anything to recoil on. Other than that mostly this Kekkei Genkai is really good, just some questions need to be answered and that's pretty much it. Thank you so much for letting me review your Kekkei Genkai, it was a honor.
