Appearance: dark hair, tan skin, black circle marking on chin, black haori. Gray kimono blouse, black obi, black pants tucked into calf-high Shinobi sandals , hitaiate dyed black, long sleeve fishnet shirt under blouse

This is a nice and simple outfit that you described greatly.

Personality: they don’t like contact much. Not very trusting and easily suspicous due to being raised in the red-light district of Konoha. Few allies, but loyal to them.

Thanks for the gist, I got a great idea of her personality now.

Battle: they have good chakra control, but not to the point of being a medic. On team seven they are the Genjutsu specialist and their second field of expertise. They lack ninjitsu, but make up for it with this tan to. Didn’t learn to use a tanto until they passed the Chunin exams, when they were fourteen. Very fast and nimble, and are somewhat a stealth expert.

Oh a genjutsu specialist huh? Nice I barely see those.

Past: grew up as an akasenko. They had a sort of group they hung out with, but a team least half died from starvation or getting in fights they couldn’t win. Kai was one of the ones who survived, and trained hard to be a ninja. They were mad about how Konoha dealt with many situations and wanted to change it. And then they met Koharu, the councilwoman. Koharu saw potential and began to train Kai. Kai graduated the same year as Team Gai but in a different class. They were, however friends/training partners with Tenten.

Nice and the fact that you were able to give me the important parts of the past without spoilers ti the story is great. Good job.

Relationships with characters:

Tenten: they are pretty close, but wont become, like, best friends until they’re sent out on a mission together. May end up together?

If so, I say go for it. It's your story.

Sakura: Kai wanted to help Sakura become a great Kunoichi, because Kai thought Sakura was a lot like an akasenko they had been friends with. Sisterly relationship.

Nice, it's good to see a sisterly relationship with a canon character.

Final Analysis- This OC is really good and I got the gist of them with the inform I was provided. I understand that you don't want to put a lot down due to the fact that they will end up in a story so I look forward to reading that book when it comes out.
