Name: Uzumaki Kagami

Oh so her name is Kagami nice.

Age: 13 (part 1) 16 (part 2) Basically same age as the rookie nine.

Nice, I was about to say the same thing anyway.

Relatives: Uzumaki Kushina (mother, deceased)
Namikaze Minato (father,deceased) Uzumaki Naruto (brother, alive)

Nice and thanks for the love status and relation to each.

Appearance: red hair to armpits, whisker marks, pale skin, heart shaped face, purple-gray eyes. She wears a dark blue sleeveless w-neck with Uzumaki symbol. Mesh shirt underneath (reaches a bit below the bicep). Black pants with shuriken holster on right leg. Black sandals, blue headband around neck.

A cute outfit that I could easily imagine in my head, actually I can imagine her whole body in my head, I would like to know where she got the purple-gray eyes from but other than that she is fine.

PART 1
Red hair reaches to elbows. Unzipped Chuunin vest. Same clothes but with Chuunin vest. Face is narrower.

(Naruto the past technically isn’t canon because of AU so)

Personality: She’s actually pretty quiet, and an average student. She doesn’t talk to much of her classmates, and is shy and awkward to a degree. She has social phobia, and hates second hand embarrassment. 

Oh, this is interesting. The fact that she has a phobia also works greatly with her personality.

Battle: She’s not talented in Genjutsu, can only dispel it. Took on fuinjutsu after the Mizuki incident.
Has the Uzumaki chains (generic, but she doesn’t know the Hiraishin or Rasengan)

Nice, the fact that gave her one thing and not all three shows that you didn't want to make her op or anything. Great job.

She has a major affinity towards water, minor towards lightning.
Her taijutsu style relies on battle tactics and speed. Has a open guard, because she’s fast.

Great, short, sweet, and to the point. Amazing.

Past: She’s had a relatively normal childhood, except for the fact that she’s the jinchuriki’s sister.
She usually runs the grocery errands because she knows Naruto will only buy Ramen.
She’s placed on an all female team with a male Genin Sensei at age twelve. They pass.
Nothing else can be said.

Very interesting and the fact that you had funny moments like her running the errads because Naruto would buy ramen is a cute touch.

Relationships with characters:
NO ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH CANON CHARACTERS
Naruto: sibling bond, enough said.
Sakura: sort of a sister bond same thing with Ino and Hinata.

Very nice, and I assume that instead if a canon character she falls for a another OC. That's just what I'm assuming.

Final Analysis- There is really nothing to say, this OC is great. It has little detail but enough to give the impression. The only thing I wish to know is where did the purple-gray eye color come from. Other than that this OC is perfect and is ready for a story. Thank you for letting me review your OC, it was a honor.
