Name: Tsukiko Miyuki (Tsuki- Moon| Ko- Child| Miyuki- Snow)

That's a pretty name but it's also kind of generic. About 15% of the Naruto OCs I reviewed has that name if not parts of it that has snow, moon, or child. It's still a cute name though.

Age- 13 (Part 1), 17 (Part 2), 20 (The Last), Lastly 33 (Boruto)

Nice, so she's the age of the Naruto group.

Family: Setsumi Miyuki (Mother) Akemi Uchiha (Father- Deceased) (Tsukiko's mom did not want anyone to know that she was an Uchiha so she used her last name) 

Ok, thanks for the life status and roles of the family, also thanks for the reason why her mother's last name was different.

Sexuality: Straight

Love Interest- Sasuke Uchiha (Part 1- She was a fangirl) Part 2- Nobody

Oh ok, that's cool, I can't wait to see how they end up together.

Appearance- Tsukiko has snow white hair that has small hints of black/ her hair is wavy other than the Uchiha straight. Her hair is in two low buns. Onyx colored eye's, very pale compared to other people but her skin tone is always compared to an Uchiha. Her nose is a light shade of pink so Is her cheeks, and ears, giving her the nickname Rudolph. 

Nice and I like how you gave her the nickname when marvel is involved because they know what Christmas is which Naruto doesn't. So it makes sense that she has the nickname.

Part 1: Her hair is put into two low buns, she continues this hairstyle until she realizes this takes too much time. Wears a long eggplant colored scarf around their neck since she's always cold and needs warmth, and a black long sleeve shirt underneath a pastel purple crop-top, white ninja shorts with fisher net underneath with black ninja sandals, (Always complains that her legs are cold even though she wears this outfit basically everyday.)

This is a nice outfit and the fact that she is a hypocrite with her own outfit is a nice touch that gives her more personality.

Part 2- Taken out the two buns and replaced It with very, very, short hair that's one inch below her ear but it curves up slightly, has light pink lips, red nose, ears, and nose. The old outfit was thrown out the widow with a new red kimono littered with flower designs, and a white fluff around the collar. Has a big red bow behind her back that ties around her waist. Light brown traditional sandals and a white umbrella. 

This is also a cute outfit that shows her transition from Naruto to shippuden. The umbrella is also a nice touch if it has some value to it.

Personality Part 1- Loud and obsessive, wants what she wants and will do anything to get it. Bratty, and a huge flirt and blushing mess next to 'Sasuke-kun!', can't stand criticism. 

Sounds like every teenage female brat that doesn't know nothing but the phone they value more than their family. I could think of 100 people I can name with this personality right now. Plus everyone meets at least one person like this.

Personality Part 2- Charming, and flirty. Sweet-talks, acts kind and friendly until she has to kill you,, also seduced Tony Stark successfully. 

So she changes a bit and goes after tony stark instead of Sasuke? Isn't that quite a jump in age?

Likes- Any plant that can survive the winter, fluffy coats (part 2), Sasuke (Part 1)attractive males and or females(Part 2) , spiders such as black widows, wolf spiders, and her special creation the winter soldier(Part 2). (Didn't expect that did ya!? ;D) 

That was a good one, I did not expect that. Now when it comes to her likes these are really good showing part 1 from part 2.

Dislikes- Hot weather(Sunny Days- Part 2), anybody next to Sasuke-kun, dogs or Kiba, taijutsu, and spicy foods

Ok, so I'm guessing she's more of a ninjutsu or genjutsu person than.

Team- Aoi Sho (Sensei), Ryoichi Takehiko, and Goro Ken'ichi 

Nice

Team Relationships- Aoi Sho- They are not friends nor enemies but are on a neutral relationship.
Ryoichi Takehiko- She absolutely hates Ryoichi, she would kill her if she had the chance. (Which In the future she does).
Goro Ken'ichi- They are comfort buddies, looking for each other for guidance or money if the other needs help or reinsurance. 

This is a interesting team dynamic but a very good one at that. This relationship allows more conflict and problems to happen which can give her story more depth.

Konoha Relationship- Tsukiko loved the village for quite the time until she turned 16, her mother was dead, Goro was dead after the chunin exams when the sand and sound attacked. So, she left the village, thinking it was cursed.

This is pretty good but no one noticed she left or went after her? They just let her leave and didn't label her a rogue or anything? These are just some questions that need answers.

Clan Symbol- Uchiha fan and a snowflake In the middle. 

Wait but if she is of the uchiba clan than she should have the original symbol. If it was her own clan than that would be different but because she is part of the uchiha clan she should have their symbol like all the other uchihas.

Clan Techniques- (All typical Uchiha techniques.),
Miyuki- Raining iron snow: Raining iron snow is a technique Tsukiko made herself after part 1, her umbrella holds a key roll In this ninjutsu, blocking the iron like snow from damaging her but her opponent (Takes up half of her chakra).
Cold Touch (Made by her)- After seducing the target she will kiss them with her extremely freezing lips, actually freezing them in the process but was unlucky with Kakashi and Stark. (Just not killing them)
Winter dance- Tsukiko will dance with her umbrella, leaving a trail of snow behind her until she finally reaches the target and kills them with one quick slash with her umbrella. 

These are pretty good but how did Kakshi and even Tony stark get seduced by her. A better example would be heroes and ninjas who would fall for that which isn't these two. Both are smart, older men so they wouldn't fall for the seduction of a 16 year old sense they have more experience in general. The last attack with the umbrella seems very standard to be considered a special attack. I would suggest adding more to that attack like maybe when the snow falls it freezes the opponents and she uses her umbrella to break them. That way they are still and it's more of a special move. It's just a suggestion though.

Weapon of choice- Umbrella 

Nice

Fighting stlye- Swift and quick but she can quickly change to slow and steady for her special dance, quick for the umbrella to kill her target quickly without making much noise, and steady for enjoying every single moment. Her weakest point is taijutsu, her second weakest is ninjutsu her strongest is ninjutsu with her clan techniques.

This is good but wouldn't that mean that she is strong in kenjutsu sense she is fighting with a weapon? Plus with the uchiha clan you have more fire based attacks so wouldn't that conflict with her snow which we don't even know where she got it from? While reviewing it never saw where she learned her ice and snow moves or where she got it to begin with.

Final Analysis- This OC has a couple flaws but not much to fix, just some explaining. One thing is the clan symbol. We know that she is part of the uchiha clan so the symbol should be of the uchiha clan and not a made up one. The next thing is her moves. They are pretty good but her winter dance needs more than just she can't be seen and a quick swipe. With special moves like these she could have more and it's not really special if she just does one thing and that's it. The next is the people she seduced which is Kakashi and Tony stark. These men are true geniuses with tons of battle experience and has been attempted at being seduced before which didn't work so how could it work now? I would suggest other people to seduce like Hawkeye and Kiba or Suigetsu. Another thing is how come she wasn't labeled a rogue ninja after she left? They would have to figure out that she left sooner or later so how come she isn't labeled a rogue or a criminal? The last thing is how did she even get these snow and ice powers or jutsus. It doesn't say her chakra infinites or if she even have powers so I'm curious to where this all came from In the first place because so far it came from no where because the Uchihas don't have ice or snow so that needs to be explained. Other than that there are a few questions that need to be answered and that's it. Thank you so much for letting me review your Marvel Naruto OC. It was a honor.
