Family: Kotone Tachibana (mother, dead), Kouichi Tachibana (father, dead), Mei Misaki (cousin, dead), Jiro Akiyama (cousin, love interest), Shu Fujimoto (cousin)

Appearance: Kanade has straight, white hair with a tint of blue in it, although it can easily be mistaken for silver. She has one ruby eyes and one forest green. She keeps the latter covered with a white eye patch. Her skin complexion is pale and refuses to gain color, like the rest of the Akiyama clan which is her mother's clan. It has been noted by some that she has a doll-like appearance and has been called pretty by many.

Nice, I don't know what's going on with the mis colored eyes but I'm sure I'll find out.

In part 1, she keeps her long hair open, even though she knows that it can cause hindrance in battle. She wears a long-sleeved, black shirt with a purple vest over it. Along with this, she wears navy blue pants with a kunai pouch a bit above her left knee and long, black ninja boots which reach her thighs. She wears her forehead protector around her neck, like Hinata. In part 1, she is the tallest of her cousins. Her body is well-maintained, not too fragile looking and not too muscular. She is a bit under developed for her age.

Nice, and the outfit is very well described in great detail. Good job.

In part 2, her hair grows a bit longer which she now ties into an elegant bun kept in place with a pair of senbons, leaving two chin-length strands down which frame her face. She wears a light purple hooded-jacket over a half-sleeved, black shirt, black pants and the same black boots. She changes the color of her forehead protector from navy blue to white which she now wears on her head like a hairband (like Sakura). Her muscles are more toned now because of training.

Ok, it's a very nice outfit and has a great resemblance to her pre shippudden look.

In The Last, Kanade has cut her hair to chin-length and has changed her eye patch from white to black. She once again wears her forehead protector around her neck and has changed the color to black to match her Jonin outfit's color scheme. She wears a full-sleeved black shirt with a black shirt with a black flak jacket, black pants and shorter black boots. While she has lost her doll-like appearance, she is still considered pretty which often leads people to underestimate her and target her.

This is a nice outfit but looks could be deceiving regardless if she's pretty or not, not to mention many people in Natuto are targets without having looks, it could be for skill, strength, specialty, or anything. So being pretty shouldn't make her a target.

(I really hope it doesn't seem Mary Sue-ish because there are pretty people in the world too.)

No one in Naruto is ugly and being pretty is about perspective. So you may think Kanada is pretty but the person next door could think she's ugly. It's all about perspective.

Personality: Kanade can be described as fun-loving and out-going. She is always looking at the bright side of things and can turn even the most boring tasks into fun activities. She can be a bit childish and non-serious at times. She loves to annoy people, although she knows her limits. This usually applies to Sasuke and, by extension, his fangirls, sometimes by pretending to be extremely clingy and having no regard for personal space and other times by chatting away with him when he just wants her to shut up. Her cousins know that she just does it for fun and while they tell her to cut it out, they secretly enjoy it a lot.

Nice, this is good and all but didn't it say in Jiro's description of her that she will fuss at them? That doesn't sound like the case if everything is lollipops and rainbows for her.

Kanade cares a lot for her friends and family and gets extremely protective over them. She can rip a person to shreds when they harm them or even try to. Her main motivation comes from her desire to protect the people she loves.

This is the biggest cliche. "Once someone hurts her/his family they could and would rip them shreds, destroy, get angry, etc." I can't remember how many OCs I seen with this cliche but I can tell you for sure that it's in the triple digits.

Kanade has been described as annoying by Sasuke and troublesome by Shikamaru. She has no hesitation in voicing her opinion and point out anything she feels is wrong. She is hard working but also knows her limits.

Ok, and given her personality I can see why they call her that. But I can also see her being called fun and awesome by Naruto and Lee.

Kanade is mischievous and often assists Naruto in executing pranks. She can be pretty crafty and loves to tweak jutsus and techniques to suit herself. She fusses a lot over her teammates and friends, nagging them about eating properly, taking care of themselves etc.Despite all of this, Kanade can be seen as the most mature of her teammates in a sense that she knows when to let things go and when to be serious. She knows exactly when to push someone and when to leave them alone. Kanade is extremely skilled in reading people and observing the things around her, knowing exactly how to tick others off. She can be pretty sarcastic and sassy with her enemies, which her teammates use as distractions, and with Jiro's shadow, Minotaur. The two of them could spend an entire day exchanging insults.

Wait so she's described as the most immature but is the most mature on the team? It just doesn't make sense. If anything Jiro or even Shu seems more mature than her.

Despite all of this, Kanade is a pretty sensible person when she wants to be. She can be pretty serious and soft-spoken at certain occasions. When the time calls for it, she is a perfect little angel.

Another cliche "Can be this when they want to be." These cliches are so overused it doesn't make sense. Even saying that she is a perfect little angel could give someone the expression of a mary sue.

Kanade hates her doll-like appearance since many people underestimate her because of it. She even states that she doesn't get why people consider her pretty even with her eye patch.

Another cliche. I'm just going to state it now, and this doesn't go for just Naruto OCs, it goes for all. The OC doesn't know what makes them beautiful or why people say they are beautiful, most of the time it is also a OC girl with some type of scar, or mismatched eyes, or something. This is one of the biggest cliches.

She fusses over her cousins' appearances a lot but doesn't give a care in the world about her own. In spite of her love for ticking people off, she is also great at comforting them.

Wait so she complains about her appearance, But doesn't care about her appearance, But will talk about her cousin's appearance? Other than this she is pretty cool.

When it comes to Jiro and Shu's rivalry, Kanade can either add fuel to the fire or act as a peacemaker between them depending on her mood and the situation. She is always willing to cooperate with others unless they manage to tick her off. She often relies on her shadow's judgement while it should be the other way around. In part 2, Kanade had grown considerably. She no longer plays pranks on people and is a lot more mature than before. While she still retains her mischievous nature, she has taken it down a few notches. She doesn't go out of her way to annoy people and knows when to speak and when to stay quiet. She is a lot more diplomatic and soft-spoken and doesn't add fuel to the fire when it comes to Jiro and Shu's rivalry. She gets noticeably flustered when alone with Jiro at the beginning but after realizing their mutual feelings, she often tries to get him flustered and uses them to get him to agree to stuff.

She really has matured, her way of changing from Naruto to shippudden is great.

Kanade has an interest in medical ninjutsu and loves to take care of people. Since she no longer acts like one of Sasuke's fangirls, she, Sakura and Ino are able to work out their differences and become friends.

Cool, and the fact that she has a common interest gives them even more of a reason to become friends.

Kanade still has no hesitation when someone is being stupid (usually Shu) and can hit them out of annoyance. While still friendly and mischievous, Kanade tends to take things more seriously.

So she starts hitting people over the head? Ok, just know this cause I seen it to many times. If your OC hits people out of annoyance, but you hate Sakura, you are a hypocrite.

Battle Style: Kanade's battle style is more focused on grace and fluidity. She has a certain crafty way of fighting, with no particular style. In taijutsu, she mixes different styles so that they seem imbalanced but are actually coordinated. She is a go with the flow person so her reaction is often varied and not a typical one. She has an amazing reaction time and a sort of a sixth sense when it comes to being in danger. Kanade's ninjutsu is above average but not the real focus of her battle style. Her speed and stamina are unmatched by most of her year and her movements are often compared to flowing water, fast and flexible. Genjutsu is one of Kanade's weakest points because while she has the craftiness for it, she can make it so unreal that it becomes obvious.

Ok this sounds very OP. Her ninjutsu is above average she's basically a assassin, she has a sixth sense, Her Movements are flawless, and she only has one weak point. Her Appearance and stuff wasn't the Marysue part, it's this battle. She should have more flaws in her battle. She only has one and that's genjutsu which you wouldn't even use in a large crowd.

Weapons: Her weapons are a pair of tessens with the Akiyama clan symbol carved on them. She considers them to be a symbol of her bond with her cousins because Jiro gave them to her as a birthday present, Shu gave him the idea and Kanade wields them.

Ok, this cool.

Shadow:

Name: Phoenix
Appearance: Phoenix is a huge bird with red feathers. When she comes out, she has a temporary rainbow color around her.

Personality: Phoenix is a wise shadow who is responsible and knows how to keep her cool in the heat of the battle. She always thinks things through and has an amazing judgement. She is usually seen giving Kanade advice. Despite her mature personality, Phoenix can also sometimes crack jokes and even get into verbal fights with Minotaur. In part 1, she has a habit of calling Kanade "Master".

Ok Phoenix sounds good.

Past: Kanade was born in Konoha, a few months after Jiro and Shu. She lost both her parents when she was a few weeks old in the Nine Tails attack. Later, she lives with all three of her cousins with Ibiki.

Nice, short sweet and to the point.

When she was four, in an accident, Mei lost her life and Kanade lost her left eye. As a parting gift, Mei activated her kekkei genkai and gave it to Kanade. Kanade started wearing an eye patch because she couldn't inactivate it.

So that's why she has mismatched eyes. Cool

Kanade was devastated about the accident but Shu managed to keep her spirits up. Jiro, on the other hand, locked himself in his room, making the two drag him out of there.

Ok

At the academy, Kanade became friends with Naruto easily because of their mutual love for pranking and annoying people. She could see how Sasuke's fangirls would act around him and since they and Sasuke's "I'm better than thou" attitude bugged her, she would pretend to be clingy and latch herself on him and go out of her way to annoy them. After Shu and Jiro would return from training with injuries, Kanade would give them the verbal trashing of their lives.Later on, she is put on the same team as Shu and Jiro and declares that she's gonna go insane by the end of the year. The year changes to a month when she hears that Anko is going to be their sensei

This is pretty good, and the fact that the canon characters are part of the past is great. This is what I meant for Jiro to have them in the past to justify how they got that relationship with him.

Final Analysis- This OC is actually pretty good but does have a few flaws. One is the battle, she is nearly unbeatable. She is amazing in each category and that doesn't make sense. She shouldn't be that strong. The next is her appearance of being pretty, like I said before it's all about perspective and what you think is beautiful could be different from someone else. She has 3 cliches in her and they are very big cliches, they will need to be changed or she won't be interesting. There are also tons of questions that I asked that need to be answered.
