Appearance: Chest length, brown, curly hair along with chocolate eyes and pale skin. Athletic figure in Part 2-Boruto.

This is great but chest length to who?

Battle: She doesn't use chakra in battle, but she was confident in using pure spiritual energy. When she is confident in her chance of winning, she will use pure Taijutsu along with her spectre, but when she is serious she can summon her armour (no exact description yet) and use her weapons, along with spiritual spells.

I would replace the word spells with jutsus because no one in Naruto is a magician. Other than that this is pretty good.

Past: Hisano was a normal orphan who lived in a small civilian village. One day, she passed by an old man who was sat on the street, dehydrated. She bought a bottle of water for him and gave it. When he looked at her, he thanked her and smiled, taking the water. She was asked some questions about herself, until finally he gave her a gift, a blue pendant (which she always wears). When she put it on, the old man had disappeared and she got a wave of memories dating back to the Sage of Six Paths. She was the new Jinchuuriki Protector (the necklace gave her past lives much like the avatar) who would watch over jinchuurikis from the shadows, but she wasn't allowed to make herself known until it was urgent.

Oh this is interesting, I never heard of this idea before, it's unique, original, and I honestly want to know more about it. Amazing.

Personality: Sarcastic, overprotective, determined, snarky, mysterious, antisocial, patient but has a "long" temper.

Nice, and all of this falls into the same personality group.

Likes: Her necklace, tailed beasts, yaoi manga, any manga in general, sweets.

Cool

Dislikes: Arrogant people, weak willed people, people who tries hurting the tailed beasts, skirts, annoying people, loud noises, failure.

These are some pretty good dislikes.

Other: Hisano is a perfectionist and she one day wishes to befriend the tail beasts (if they even let her).

Her perfectionist style goes great with her personality. Great job.

Final Analysis- This OC has nothing wrong with it. The only thing I would say is change the word spells to jutsu. Other than that this OC is really good. I honestly couldn't find anything wromg with her. Thank you for letting me review your OC, it was a honor.
