Appearance:
Since childhood, Jirou is often mistaken as a girl. Mostly due to having long eyelashes, long hair, and a soft voice. He was annoyed by it when he was younger, but he's grown used to it now and learned to use his looks to his advantage. His cheeks have always been rosy red, at least until part 2.

Oh this is different. He's a boy but he looks like a girl. That's different and unique.

Hair: Jirou's hair is naturally silky straight like his mother's, but white/grey like his father's. Though, at birth he was born with red hair, but it all fell out and grew back as white.

Oh that's interesting and different. But how did it change colors? When hair grows it comes back as the hair you were born with so how did it change to white?

Academy: Jirou wore his hair in a short ponytail and hair strands hanging in his face. Sometimes he even wore his hair down.

Oh, nice.

Part 1: the same hairstyle from the academy, but his hair is much longer. Sometimes he even wears his hair in pigtails. He gets teased about it by his peers though.

Oh so he likes wearing it in styles that he suits but people make fun of him for it. Mean but does happen.

Headband Location: right arm

Oh nice.

Accessories: he has double piercings on each ear and wears small hooped earrings. During the period where he goes through depression he wears a mask because he couldn't stand to look at himself and wanted no one else to see him either.

Oh so he goes through a phase. It's cool seeing he has earrings.

Clothes:
Jirou wears dark blue shorts with navy blue ninja sandals and bandaged ankles. He also wears a light blue jacket with white trimming and mesh armor underneath, and mostly has his jacket zipped closed. The back of his jacket has the Uzumaki clan symbol.

Oh ok. Nice, he has a good outfit that is easy to imagine.

Personality: Jirou is very polite, mannerable, friendly, kind, and loving. He is also very outgoing and optimistic, to a lot of people's annoyance. Jirou can be very psychologically and emotionally manipulative/influential if needed.

So he is emotional. That just means he takes being friendly, Kind, and loving to the next level.

Because of his knowledge in how the human mind and body works, this is very easy for him. He's very charming and charismatic. He is also highly intelligent, almost coming head-to-head with Shikamaru. When it comes to protecting someone or something he loves, he never holds back.

Oh so he is knowledgeable in the human body and body works. I would recommend making him as smart as Shikamaru when it comes to the human body but not in general.

His personality changes sometime after the Chuunin Exams when he learns the truth about his Father and finally understands the sacrifices and risks to becoming a shinobi. He becomes more distant, reckless, hesitant, and distracted. He is no longer the "happy-go-lucky" type of kid, and becomes increasingly more emotional.

Oh so he changes after a realization hit him in the face. That does happen so it makes him more realistic.

He questions and second guesses his strength, and even gradually slips into depression. His mother noticed the drastic change in his behavior and helps him conquer his inner demons. After that he gradually goes back to his usual self except increasingly more confident and focused.

Oh so a loved one helped him. This adds to the relationship with his mother and how even though he grew distant, she was still able to help him. Good job.

Extra: compassionate, honest, trustworthy, determined, passionate, funny, sweet, considerate, caring, cowardly (this trait might throw his personality for a loop, but is specific to when he is in battle. He eventually overcomes this though)

Ok, so he is more of a defender than a offender.

Chakra Control: Halfway Mastered (he began chakra control training shortly after joining the academy. He loved to help his mother, who is known as one of the best medical ninjutsu users, at the hospital and begged her to teach him. She of course said yes so he's been building his skills since age 6-7)

Good, and thanks for the explanation behind it. Again it adds to the relationship of him and his mother.

Weapons: Senbon needles, kunai, wire string, smoke bomb, medical supplies, chain & ball, sickle chain (weapon summonings)

Nice use of his own weapon and common ninja weapons.

Battle Style: Out of his teammates (Junko Yuki and Katsumi Kiyomizu), Jirou does the least amount of fighting but can take the hardest punch. He typically tries to refrain from fighting too much so he will be able to heal his allies during a battle. When needed in a fight, he usually uses (enhanced chakra strength) taijutsu or genjutsu to tamper with their minds.

If he is able to get close enough, he can puncture enough of his opponent's pressure points that they become completely immobile and/or unconscious. This technique is much like the Hyuga's "Eight Trigrams, Sixty-Four Palms" technique, which is where he got inspiration from. After Konoha Crush, he uses his Lightning Style a lot more and is incredibly skilled with it thanks to his older brother.

Cool, it's great to see he used the technique for inspiration instead of just copying. Good job.

Past:
Jirou was born the first son of his mother, Shitensei Uzumaki, and the second son of his Father, Bōfu Naosu. (Shitensei was from the Village Hidden by Whirling Tides, like Kushina, but moved to the Hidden Leaf along with her after their village was destroyed). A few months before his birth, Bōfu was unfortunately killed in the Nine Tail's attack.

Oh ok, his father was killed by the nine tails during the attack. That's different and can be related to Naruto because it was a big event in the Naruto world.

Several months later, Jirou was born in the Hidden Leaf Hospital with a full head of red hair, but when he was around three months old his hair randomly fell out in chunks and grew back as white. He had a normal life and childhood, and great relationship with his mother and older brother. At the age of 4, Jirou grew intrigued by his mother's ability to heal and asked her to teach him how to do it. She agreed on it as long as he agreed to become a ninja so he would be able to help comrades in the middle of battle. A few months following that, he met Katsumi for the first time in the park. Their meet was awkward though because Katsumi thought he was a pretty girl and had a crush on him for quite a while.

This is a good past and brings a comical set to the area. Good job.

Despite Katsumi's embarrassment, Jirou reassured him and they managed to build a bond and friendship. In the beginning it was hard to get along with him though because of his nasty attitude, but after awhile he managed to overlook it. The following year, Jirou met Junko at the park whilst she was talking to his mom. He invited her to play ninja with him and Katsumi, and from there their friendship only grew. The next year after that he and his friends were eligible to join the academy, and when classes finally started, Jirou did exceptionally well. By the time of graduation, Jirou had an A in ninjutsu, B in taijutsu, and C in genjutsu, A in classroom attitude, A in positivity, and A in cooperation.

Nice but I would recommend him being C in taijutsu sense he does fight the least and stays in the back to heal.

Relationships: Jirou's best friends are his childhood friends, Katsumi and Junko. He is also very close to his mother, they share a strong mother-son bond. He has a love-hate relationship with his classmates because they used to tease him growing up because of his attachment to his mother, nicknaming him "momma's boy', and the fact that he resembled a girl.

It's sad but it does happen. People are cruel but we have to deal with them. The fact that he also has to deal with those kinds of people as well, brings a realistic atmosphere to his character and the people around him.

He does not have a lover at the moment, but will sometime in the future. He develops a huge crush on Ten-Ten, but they probably won't end up together. He is very close to his brother, Keiichi. They share a strong and unbreakable bond. Keiichi is mute majority of the time, but only really speaks to Jirou. They are able to perfectly sync in battle and even have a secret handshake.

Cool and it's ok to have a crush on a canon character. Also to have your OC end up with a canon character because it is called fanfiction for a reason.
