Oh ok, so he's a little older than Boruto.

Appearance: He is fairly tall (178 cm) with fair skin blue eyes and violet hair that he inherited from his mother. He wears a ring with the Hōno Clan symbol (reference to his mother and his Viking heritage) on the front and the kanji for love in the back (reference to his father). (His face claim is Kija from Akatsuk no Kuna) He also wears a fur cape to Vikings event and has a variety of outfits.

That is very unique, I have yet to see a viking OC. It is actually pretty good considering that Vikings don't have technology and uses similar weapons to naruto if not some of the same. Good job and the appearance to reference his parents is great. Not to mention the reference to another anime is great as well.

Nice, thanks for the role they play and their names. With such a big family I can tell that they will be featured with him at least once.

Personality: Hakare got from his mother a vivacious personality and bubbly personality along a with a warm side. Unlike his brother Shinki Hakare is more rebellious and put himself in dangerous situations regardless of his abilities. His cousins Hijoke and Shikadai pointed out that he tends to put his priority in the wrong places such as going on A rank missions (which wasn’t assigned to him (the mission was last minute and he just joined the team) instead of assisting at his brother’s chunin exams. Despite his questionable choices he truly cares for his brothers and see them as his duty. He is proud of both of his paternal (Sunugakure) heritage as well of Vikings heritage but the emphasis on muscular physical strength pressure him a bit. 

Wait I'm confused. So Hakare is said to be this bubbly person like Hinata than out of no where he is rebellious? I just read that he got his mother personality but literally in the next sentence it says that he was rebellious? Was it a typo? Did you mean Shinki? Because rebellious and bubbly does not go in the same category. That's basically taking Hinata being bubbly and Naruto being rebellious and not knowing which personality to choose. I'm sure it was a typo so please let me know.

Battle

Skills:

Taijustus: Hakare is extremely good as taijustu being trained by his mother since a young age.

Nice

Magnet Release: Hakare rely on his sand combined with Taijustu for fights. He spent a lot of time practicing techniques.

Cool but what did that have to do with a magnet? It just talks about sand and taijutsu, is it a release that pulls people towards him or items like a real magnet?

Kenjutsu: Hakare is really fond of kenjutsu as his main weapon is a katana. 

Nice, did he get it from someone?

Strength: From his Vikings heritage he has a tremendous capacity of acquiring physical strength. And is working on developing it.

This is really good and actually shows how Vikings are. Vikings are known for sailing the seas and their overall strength sense any viking can be found with bulging muscles.

Berserk Mode: Being from the Hōno heritage he can go into Berserk mode which augment his stamina/endurance strength and rapidity. However he still t trying to do basic control because Berserk mode isn’t easy to control. 

That's cool, how is it activated? How did he learn it? Who taught him it? These are just a few questions that need answers.

Past: Hakare is the first born of Gaara and His wife Ryoko. His vivacious personality was showing at a young age and despite him being relatively different from Shinki in term persona he grow up really close to him and his other brother Yukare. His mother trained him very young explaining and he was sent to his mother’s native country to experience (and to learn) about Viking culture but also Vikings combat style. He came back to finish his shinobj training and graduated at 10 due to his training which started early and his Viking tutelage. He’s currently under Haki tutelage along Naro Orokawe and Makato Kumage. He mentioned that after his Jonin promotion he plan to return to Land of Purple to further his Viking tutelage under his Grand uncle. Saōro. Under Haki’s tutelage he perfection his techniques and works very hard to better himself. It’s also known that he also met his cousin Shikadai and visit them bringing him gift. 

It is a nice past and a great summary but did he ever meet Gaara? If he can use sand did Gaara train him? Also I know that Vikings are strong but he would have to learn the ninja abilities to graduate the academy. Especially if he planned on graduating early at 10. It didn't say anything about him going to the academy or what age he started. If he is 15 and he graduated at 10 than how old can he possibly be when he was sent to learn and be a viking, mastered some of the art than mastered of being a ninja to graduate early. He had to be around 4 or 5 when he was sent, I am assuming, otherwise he couldn't know that much about what him wanting to do something like a goal and that means that he must have mastered viking teaching at 6 or 7 and came back to be a ninja and somehow mastered that by 8 or 9 to have graduated at 10. The timing and age is off because no mere child unless a special snowflake can master such things at a young age. Remember not only is he your character but he is also still a kid. And kids don't pay attention well, fight the best, or even master anything in two years. So remember as you make him that not only is it his personally but the life stages.

Relationships
Family

Parents: He’s very close to both Parents. His closeness to his mother is due to them to have similar personalities. And he shows a lot of respect and admiration for his father. He did admit to be scared if his mother when she is angered.

That is great but you can't just be close to someone just because you admire them. For example, you can admire a singer, NBA player, or any famous person but that doesn't mean you two are close. You might know them but they don't know you. A better example is let's say it's me admiring my mom. I may admire my mom but that wouldn't mean we are close it just means I have respect for her. Though she might not admire me. (Not true at all. Just a example). Plus admiration is won not given. So what did Gaara do to make Hakare admire him and if they are supposed to be close than shouldn't he see Gaara because not once have a read that Gaara and him even glanced at each other.

Brothers: With Shinki despite them being different at first they both complete each other. Shinki more calm attitude complete with Hakare’s more “jump into it” attitude. With Yukare who share a personality closer to him they tend to have a somewhat invisible Lin to each other.

So it's Hakare that has a jump in attitude but is like his mother. His mother is bubbly and vivacious and when vivacious is looked up it also means energetic and dynamic so that would also means he is reckless if he just jumps into things going off of anime logic. Is this what you wanted for him or was it something different?

Final Analysis- This OC is actually really good with a few bugs here and there. One thing is the magnet release which doesn't even talk about a magnet but about sand and taijutsu. Another thing is personality which I believe are a few typos. Another thing is the past which really needs to get looked at for mastering viking things and shinobi things at the age of 10 is impossible. Not the mention the ages and him being a kid don't add up. The next thing is admiration and his relationship with Gaara, if he is close than why not include Gaara in the past besides saying that he is the father of your OC. Remember closeness comes over time from months to years and so one day can't make two people close. The last thing is the questions which I asked many of and need to be answered to improve your OC. Like I said this is cool and has a very unique and creativity take to him. The fact that he is a viking alone is unique and I am surprised no one else even though about that. You have a creative mind and I want to help you improve your OCs and the more you make. Thank you for letting me review Hakare. It was a honor.
