If she's pale she won't be slightly tan. Maybe instead she is just has Naruto's skin tone or Rock Lee's.

Is there a reason why her eyes are like this?

Appearance: Akemi has long straight black hair that goes down to her waist and her left eye is white with a black ring around it while her right eye is black with a white ring around it that runs in the Kobayashi’s head family. Akemi wears a short light blue kimono that goes to her knees with a cherry blossoms at the waist down to the end of the kimono with black shorts underneath of the kimono with blue sandals on her feet when walking around Konoha. During training and missions Akemi wears a blue tang top with a white jacket unzipped overtop of it with black shorts like Sasuke’s. Akemi also wears her weapon pouch on her left thigh with blue ninja sandals.

How come this happens in the head family? Why is it only the head family that gets these kind of eyes? There has got to be a reason. The rest of her is great but the eyes are a bit confusing. For instance, if only Hinata's family had pupils and the rest of the Hyuga clan didn't, than there would be a reason.

That seems like too many releases. I know Sasuke and Kakashi can do it but it's because they have the Sharringan. So I would recommend having three at the max.

Past: Akemi’s parents, Asuka Kobayashi and Haru Kobayashi where 24 and 25 when Asuka discovered she was pregnant and they were beyond ecstatic, but sadly two months before Akemi’s father Haru ended up dying to an unknown illness that started to tear him apart from the inside out and killed him. So when Akemi was born, Asuka named her Akemi because it meant ‘beautiful dawn’ and Asuka and Haru’s first kiss was at dawn on a mountain and Haru thought it was beautiful, therefore giving Akemi her name.

That is a beautiful reason why she was named that and great job using a illness instead of someone murdering him. Good job.

Asuka also took up responsibility of the Kobayashi leader since Haru was the clan leader before he died. While growing up in the Leaf- where the Kobayashi clan is located Akemi had little friends, but some close friends like Shikamaru and Choji. When Akemi was 5, Asuka had people from the clan start to train her and she would be babysat by Itachi Uchiha and Shisui Uchiha because no one could watch her, also meeting Sasuke from being babysat by Itachi and Shisui and becoming best friends. When the Uchiha clan massacre happened, Akemi tried to help Sasuke but he kept pushing Akemi away so she stopped trying to help Sasuke for the most part. After that Akemi started to train even more to protect the people she cares about so she didn’t lose anyone she cared about.

Nice but how come Itachi and Shisui watched her? They were very busy as Anbu's and the only kid they always had around was Sasuke, so how come they agreed to watch Akemi? Also how about instead of them watching her, Their parents watch her which is how she gets closer to Sasuke and how she met Itachi and Shisui. Than when Shisui and Itachi watched Sasuke they watched her. That would make more sense.

Clan: The Kobayashi clan resides in Konohagakure AKA: Konoha. Everyone in the Kobayashi clan have black hair or dark purple hair, only the head family have their left eye have white with a black ring around it and their right eye have black with a white ring around it. The rest of the clan’s eyes are baby blue or dark blue.

Ok, the only thing I have to really say is about the eyes again. Also you should keep it one color. I would recommend black sense the head family has that color.

Final Analysis- This OC is good but has some things to work on. One is the eyes. We need a reason for only the head family's eyes to be very difficult than any other Naruto character. The other thing is her past with Itachi and Shisui, i would recommend doing what i said up there and having the parents take care of Sasuke and Akemi instead of Itachi and Shisui. This would give Sasuke and Akemi a good reason to be friends. That's all really for this OC. It was a honor reviewing her, thank you.
