Name: Hoshikuzu Hiroto

Name meaning: 'Hoshikuzu' meaning "Stardust" along with 'Hiro' meaning "Big" and 'to' which refers to a Chinese constellation.

Oh so she is slightly older.

Family: Hoshikuzu Tsukiko (mother, dead), Hoshikuzu Natsuki (younger sister) and Hoshikuzu Taiyou (father, dead)

Appearance:
- Part 1: Hiroto has short, bright red hair, teal eyes and slightly tanned skin tone. He wears a dark blue shirt with his clan symbol stitched on the back, dark blue shorts, dark blue sandals and blue finger-less gloves. He wears a Mist forehead protector on his right arm.

A simple outfit that has nice detail. It is easy to imagine. Thanks.

- Part 2: In part 2, he wears a dark green jacket with a black shirt underneath, black pants and black boots. A black Konoha forehead protector is stitched at the chest of his jacket.

Nice, not much of a change so that's good.

Personality: Hiroto is a kind, fun-loving person who knows when to be serious. He shows a dislike for the Mist village, mostly due to their rivalry with his own village. He tends to keep most things to himself and gives vague and cryptic answers to others for fun. He loves messing with people's heads. Being an experienced ninja, Hiroto has an air of maturity around him and, topped off with his natural-born leader ability, his orders are hard to ignore. He cares for his sister very much and sometimes even gets a bit overprotective of her. Hiroto tends to stargaze when in doubt or confusion, saying that seeing the stars calms him down. He is shown to respect his parents a lot and promises revenge for their murder. He keeps his past and abilities a secret from those around him. Hiroto doesn't respect people just because they outrank him, a trait he is stated to share with his father. He's a firm believer in "respect needs to be earned". He generally trusts people unless they give him a reason otherwise, but closes off when he learns that his parents were killed by their close friend, forbidding Natsuki from making friends too. Later though, he realizes that what he does is wrong and even states that he's thankful for the friends he has. Hiroto tends to be a bit mischievous at times. He is perceptive and good at reading body language, immediately able to how a person is feeling. He is really knowledgeable about psychology, which is a great tool for his fighting style. He thinks before he does something, not too much to slow him down but also not to little to make him reckless. Hiroto doesn't remember his birth village or his clan, aside from a few snippets, but does remember his parents.

Nice personality, it shows his character and how some of his experiences in life changed him. Good job.

Battle Style: Hiroto's battle style is mostly centered towards laying traps discreetly. While he isn't overconfident of his kekkei genkai, he is a bit dependent on it. Hiroto mostly lacks stamina and chakra reserves, which are eaten by his kekkei genkai. His taijutsu is alright, but a bit weak compared to his other skills. He is above average in ninjutsu and genjutsu. His speed is unmatched by his clan-mates, which enables him to lay traps quite efficiently on the battle field. He is analytic and uses his knowledge about psychology to predict his opponents next move, which is mostly right but there are a few cases where he's wrong.

There are only a few things. It is said that he is above average in ninjutsu and genjutsu and he is a little bit weaker in taijutsu but wouldn't that mean that he is just average in Taijutsu which wouldn't really be a flaw? Also if he is fast than he should have stamina otherwise it wouldn't make much sense.

Past: At the age of 12, Hiroto's clan was attacked by an unknown enemy, killing many of the clan members including his parents. Hiroto watched his parents be killed in front of him and was in shock for a while, not even flinching when he was threatened with a sword pointed at him. He did, however, react when his sister was attacked and the two managed to escape. The nearest village was the Mist, where they took refuge, having been allowed to stay since the leader of the Mist wanted to make them soldiers. However, when their kekkei genkai was made known, they were nearly attacked. At that time, Hiroto was 14 and was a trained ninja, so he managed to defend himself and his sister long enough for them to escape. It is stated that he suffered from a lot of damage from the fight.

It's good but when his sister was attacked was she injured at all? It just says she was attacked but was she saved from the attack or what?

Hiroto and his sister stayed in the forest near Wave for a few years, until they met Naruto, who was on the Wave Mission. After meeting Naruto, his surname reminded Hiroto of his village, Uzu. He started remembering things about his village but didn't mention it to anyone other than Natsuki.

So they met Naruto on the wave mission but when? When he also met Haku? When he was going to the bridge? When did he actually meet Naruto with his sister.

Kekkei Genkai: Hiroto's kekkei genkai is mostly related with psychic abilities like telepathy. It enables him to move objects without touching them and sensing the aura of those around him. It also allows him to distinguish between a real person, a clone and an imposter. However, it diminishes his chakra reserves and takes a lot of mental stamina, causing him a headache. His eyes glow and are a dead give away in stealth.

This is pretty good but you should get rid of figuring out who is real and who is a clone because you can do that without a Kekkei Genkai. Everything else is great with the flaws and powers.

There probably isn't going to be a story to Hiroto, but this was fun. I might write something about it or might not, but it's mostly a no right now.

Final Analysis- This OC has a couple flaws but overall is not bad. First I don't know how the sister died even though it says that she is dead. The past stops when she and Hiroto meets Naruto but it don't say when she died, or the cause of death. It says she was attacked but it don't say anything about a Injury which could have caused her to die. Another thing is the taijutsu still being average so it's not a flaw thing. Other than those this OC is pretty good. Thank you so much for letting me review your OC, it was a honor.
