Name: Misaki Yuki

Cute name

Note: “Misaki” means “beautiful, blossom”. “Yuki” means “snow”

Nice, I see the name Yuki all the time from how common it is.

Gender: Female

Nice

Birthday: December 28

Cool

Age:
Part I: 12-13
Part II: 16
The Last: 18
Boruto: 32

Ok so Naruto group

Family: Hajime Hyūga (Father), Masaki Yuki (Mother), Haruto Hyūga (Half brother), Atsushi Yuki (Uncle, Adoptive Father; Deceased), Katsuro Rin (Husband), Riku Rin (Son)

Wait her and her mom have the same name or is that a typo?

Clan: Hyūga clan (formerly) Yuki clan

Ok

Kekkei Genkai: None; she was born without either the Byakugan or the Ice release.

Ok so even with a father of the clan she was still born without it. Interesting.

Appearance: Blue hair, dark teal eyes, thin eyebrows, long eyelashes (inherited from her mother). Her hair is in a loose ponytail over her right shoulder, tying near the end of the ponytail with side bangs clipped together by golden cylindrical clips.

Very nice general description. Really good.

In Part I, Misaki wore a grey, sleeveless shirt, with the front reaching mid-thigh and the back splitting into two tails that reach her ankles. She wore a pink belt with a ribbon tied on the front as well bike shorts and blue shinobi sandals. She wore her forehead protector on her forehead.
Two and a half years later, she sports a grey, short-sleeved kimono that reaches her ankles with a v-neck and a pink obi with two long ends that hang off. During the war, she wears the standard Konoha flak jacket and assorted clothing.
After becoming a jōnin, she wears a grey qipao that reaches her shins with a pink belt and short-heeled shinobi sandals. She no longer wears her forehead protector on her forehead, wearing the metal plate on her belt and eyeshadow. On the back of her qipao, she has the Yuki clan symbol sewn as well as the Hyūga clan symbol underneath.
As an adult, Misaki wears a combination of both her outfits from Part I and II. She has the top of her Part II outfit and the bottom of her Part I outfit, the front part being noticeably longer, reaching just above her knees and her belt having a low hanging bow on the back. She goes back to wearing dark pink eyeshadow.

This is beautifully described. Each outfit is really good. Again amazing description, I was able to imagine her in the outfits.

Personality: Misaki is laid back, kind girl and a bit of an airhead at times. She can be very blunt, often without meaning to and accidentally hurting someone's feelings, something she apologizes profusely for in the aftermath, serving as comedic relief at times. Her air-headed tendencies, such as her asking questions when the answer is obvious or her general ignorance to tension, earned her the nickname Miss Airhead (エアヘッド さん, Eaheddo-san English TV: Miss Ditz). She is noted to be a very warm and easily approachable person, something Atsushi noted would make her a great Academy teacher or jōnin sensei. Despite her kindness and somewhat ditzy nature, Misaki can be very intimidating and frightening when angered, and, in Part I, when she held a grudge against members of the Hyūga clan. She is noted to assume things, good or bad, about someone before actually knowing something. Misaki can be determined, focused, and have a somewhat intimidating attitude when the situation calls for it. As a mother, Misaki remains relatively the same, though she is noticeably more insightful and wise. She near constantly has a soft smile on her face, regardless of the situation around her, even while threatening the Hyūga clan after they wanted to seal Riku after awakening the Byakugan in his right eye. Due to her near constant smile, her anger and wrath is greatly feared throughout the household. When angered, she is shown to change her smile into a smirk. Misaki is gentle yet strict when training Riku, pushing him to be his best at his own pace and doing her best to teach him to master both his Byakugan and Ice Release, despite never having it herself.

Ok so when angered she basically just has the same "you don't want to make her mad with added smirk." Anime aspect they give to female or comical characters in a scene. Ok.

Abilities: One of her most defining skills, is Misaki's sheer speed. This speed is shown to become extremely handy when it comes to taking down her opponents from behind using her katana. During the war, Misaki is shown to be able to use the Body Flicker Technique without leaving a trace of her presence
Used to having to lug around several swords at a time, she has incredible natural strength, her arms having gotten used to the strain of swinging around two swords at a time. By adulthood, her strength rivals that of a Chakra Enhanced Strength user. (Note: she is a kenjutsu user) Choosing not to rely singularly on her swords, she is proficient in taijutsu techniques, having strong instincts in hand-to-hand combat. She is noted to be the best taijutsu user on Team 6, and she has strong hand-eye-coordination. Misaki is shown to have excellent teamwork and is able to work with most everyone, making it easy to send her on missions where she's needed without having to worry about clashing between teammates fight styles and personalty. She can easily adapt to her surroundings, being able to quickly switch between fighting in a large space with her katana and a small space with ninjutsu or taijutsu. While not shown in the anime, as an adult, Misaki has a high drug resistance and is immune to most poisons made out of herbs.

Lol I like how you put not shown in the anime. It made me chuckle a little like it was an actual description of like Naruto or someone. Just to be clear this was a compliment. Anyway this is really good she has her strengths and weaknesses as she grows up. She bas her way of fighting and it's honestly really good. Good job.

Background: She is the only daughter of Masaki Yuki and Hajime Hyūga and half sister to Haruto. Unlike most members of the Hyūga clan, she was born without the trademark lavender tinted eyes of the Hyūga. Over time, Hajime began to resent Misaki, as he was looked down upon by other clansmen for birthing a child without the Byakugan. At age 4, when Yuki clan members begin showing signs of possessing the ice release, Misaki did not show signs. At age 5, Masaki died of an unknown disease and Hajime took her to the Konohagakure Orphanage. Shortly before entering the ninja academy, she was adopted by her mother’s younger brother. While in the Academy, she was often bullied by other children for her unique hair color, (Blueberryhead). In order to stop the bullies, she grew out her hair from her original bob. (Note: as a child, her hair was cut chin length and looked somewhat like a blueberry) Around the same time she grew out her hair, the rumor that Sasuke Uchiha liked girls with long hair started to circulate. Stuck between either cutting her hair and being bullied for looking like a blueberry or being thrust into a competition for a boy between fangirls, Misaki pulled her hair into her trademark ponytail style, her hair being medium in length. In contrast to most of the girls at the Academy, Misaki was not infatuated with Sasuke Uchiha, but rather her close childhood friend, Katsuro Rin. She was often teased by another childhood friend of her's, Kiyoshi Sakusa, for her affection towards Katsuro. Alias (I forgot to add this earlier): Misaki of Kenjustu

Was it the same bullies that bullied Sakura? I don't know why but I can see them after what Ino did to them go for her. I don't know maybe it's just me but anyway this is really good. She has a past that makes her unique and it shows where she got her personality from.

Final Analysis- There is really nothing I can say. She is great, she has a good appearance, background, and personality that actually goes together. The only thing I was confused one was the mom's name. I didn't know if it was a typo or not because it's the same as the OCs. Regardless it's not important to go crazy over. Your OC was really good and again I'm sorry I forgot about it. Thank you so much for letting me review your OC. It was an honor.
