Appearance: - General: Tenshi has short dirty blond hair that stops just above his ears, baby blue eyes, slightly tan skin ( Naruto Skin Tone )
- outfit: Tenshi wears his ninja headband on his forehead, he wears a loose plain yellow t-shirt with a black jacket over top of it, black ninja pants with bandages wrapped around his left thigh where his weapon pouch is, and black ninja sandals. 

Short sweet and to the point, not to mention the outfit is simple but good too.

- weight: 108 pounds

Good height to weight ratio.

Personality: Tenshi likes to help people and when he sees someone who needs help he doesn't hesitate to do so. He is also rather polite and honest, and it is very obvious when Tenshi lies since his face becomes all red.

This is very nice, he has nice person personality with the fact that he can't lie well being an great flaw.

Battle: Tenshi tends to mainly use genjutsu and taijutsu the most, ninjutsu only when he has to, considering he isn't very good at ninjutsu. For weapons he uses kunai, shuriken, paper bombs, and paper smoke bombs.

Really good I don't really see genjutsu but it seems like it would fit him perfectly.

Past: Tenshi was born in The Hidden Village Of The Sand, but when he was three-four years old his parents moved The Hidden Leaf Village to be with his grandmother before she died. Tenshi grew up rather normally and met Tsuki and Shizuko when he was seven, who later would be his teammates. When he first met Shizuko, he was rather curious of why she didn't speak until he found out that she was mute. He became rather close with the two of them, closer to Tsuki than he did Shizuko due to how serious she was.

This is really hood and his past ties the other OCs together. Great job.

Final Analysis- This OC is really good for the amount that I was given. If you choose to expand on him than the moveset would be the first thing that comes to mind. This OC is really good, thank you so much for letting me review your OC, it was a honor.
