Author's POV

The birds were chirping out loudly outside Yeji's room as it eventually woke the girl up. She heaved off her bed and head to the bathroom to freshen up. It might seemed weird, but the whole showering periods, Yeji was thinking of Yeonjun. What if he felt betrayed afterward? Would he end their relationship, broke their promises?

Anxiousness slowly developed inside Yeji as she thought of Yeonjun's response about her twin had acknowledged their relationship they were keeping for over a year.

"Noona, let's head to school. Hyunjin hyung had gone to school early because he had something to do" It was Ni-ki, her half-brother who lived along with them after abandoned by his mother - Yeji's and Hyunjin's step mother. They decided to take him in since Ni-ki is too young to live alone.

"Okay, go ahead. I'll be back in a few", Yeji tried to pull up a smile. She didn't want the youngster to worry much about her. He had gone through something tough alone, and letting him know about the fight she was in would made him felt worried. Deep inside, she knew why Hyunjin headed to school before them.

He still felt upset about her secret. He tried to avoid looking at Yeji, afraid he might said something that would hurt her. He wasn't the type to take a revenge on someone. He decided to sort things out with Yeji later on after school. He indeed wanted to ignore her, but he, at the same time, felt guilt rushing down his bloodstream as he made Yeji felt pressured by his act.

"I'm a coward, I am supposed to be protecting my siblings, not avoiding them"

"Right, students. Make sure to pass up your work by Saturday, thank you", as the teacher walked out the room, the students began to head to the canteen for their break, except for Yeji and Yeonjun who were glancing at each other with guilt messing up their emotions.

"We need to talk", Yeonjun got up from his desk and went straight to the rooftop with Yeji tailing him from behind. Feeling nervous and scared, Yeji fiddled her fingers as she look away from Yeonjun's gaze. It sent him the clue of something that he needed to talk about.

"So, our brothers knew all along, huh?", Yeji's eyes widened, looking at Yeonjun in shocked.

" Your brother too?"

Yeonjun just nodded his head, exhaled heavily as he subconsciously mentioned about his brother too. The girl of his life then had stared at him in disappointment. She never knew it would became this worst; especially with his brothers knowing about this. Specifically, Taehyun. His brother you had liked her way before she met Yeonjun.

Unknowingly, her tears started streaming down her cheeks as guilt rushing down her body. She felt ashamed and humiliated by the fact that the possibility of Taehyun feeling betrayed was high. It was so stupid of her for not telling Taehyun that her heart was belongs to his brother, not him.

"What about the others? Lia, Ryujin and Chaeryeong? Do they know?", Yeonjun asked before facing his girl who was bailing her eyes out. Part of him didn't want to see her crying, but part of him wanted to clarify things so that their relationship would stay healthy.

Yeji shook her head, she didn't had the gut to look back at Yeonjun, deep inside, she knew she would melt under his gaze. (Who wouldn't 👀) For her, it would've been better if her friends found out as soon as possible. They would obviously felt upset since she had kept this secret away from them for so long until yesterday.

"Yuna was the only one. The rest was still clueless", she managed to reply him in the middle of her sobs. She was scared and exhausted. What if her friends didn't trust her anymore? That was what she had been thinking the past few days.

Yeonjun pulled his girl and gently rubbed her back. Yeji returned his hug and buried her head on his chest, trying to hide the fact that she just cried like a baby in front of her boyfriend. He enlightened up the mood by slightly chuckling at Yeji. He would be lying if he didn't find Yeji cute for the moment.

"Uljima! Even if I found you adorable right now, you should stop crying. It breaks my heart, you know", he teased the girl only to earn a tiny pinch on his waist by the lovely girl he was hugging.

Both decided to head to their class which was about to start. Little did they knew, someone had been watching them all along. For sure, that person was not please by the truth they hid from him. He felt his heart was being stomped onto the ground. As much as he wanted them to be happy, but he couldn't control his emotions by the time he knew the truth. His jealousy was enough to drive him crazy; he was eager to break the two apart. But he needed help in order to do so.

" If I can't have her all to myself, then no body can"
