I stared at the girl in front of me. She was naked. An arm covering her breasts was the only thing blocking my full view of her.

I removed the cigarette from my mouth, "Turn around."

She smirked and did so with a flirty roll of the hips.

"Leave."

Her face fell, "What?!"

I glared over at her, "Leave."

She took a breath in but then sat on my lap, "Laito baby~ We always do it though~ Aren't I a good friend for giving you a good fuck~?"

She took off my hat and whispered in my ear, "I'm ready, baby~"

I put another cigarette in my mouth and opened the door for her, "You know where to go."

She gathered her clothes and stomped down the hall towards the left. Just to spite me. I closed my door and counted in my head.

A scream broke through the hall. Twenty-two seconds it took for Kanato to hunt Kayleigh down.

I could hear her talking just down the hall. Laughing with Ayato....my older brother....

Her boyfriend.

I punched the door. How dare he steal her from me.....

'I think I have a crush on Ayato....'

'We've been spending a lot of time together and.... I sorta got this crush on him.... Could you....put in a good word for me?'

I laid down on my bed and covered my eyes with the back of my hand. Tears slipped from the corner of my eye.

You put your head against Ayato's chest. He stroked your hair lovingly.

"Why is Bella Swan an idiot?"

"Remind me why we're watching Twilight."

"To laugh at the scene up ahead," you said.

'I like watching you sleep. I find it fascinating.'

You snickered and tried to keep a composed face while you said to Ayato, "Do you like watching me when I sleep?"

He grinned, "In fact~ I do~"

You squeaked as his hand darted to your ticklish area, suddenly making your bladder weak. You screamed and laughed, finally able to kick him off I you.

He fell off the bed and landed on the ground. You stuck your tongue out at him, then grinned.

"Could you keep it down~?" sang a voice. You looked at the door to see Laito.

You smiled, "Oh hey~! Wanna join us Lai~to~?"

He gave you a look. You seemed taken aback by the expression he gave you. It could have been anger, but looked sad at the same time.

You were calmed by the smile he gave afterwards, "I'd love to."

You paused the movie and said, "I'm going to get some more popcorn~! You guys wait so we can watch this horribly disastrous movie together~!"

You hurried through the halls, not wanting to leave the two brothers alone for very long. There was something incredibly tense going between Ayato and Laito.

You knew about Laito's crush on you, and had ever since you told him about your crush on Ayato. What he said at fireworks festival didn't click with you until that confession. However, he said something that made you suspicious. For some reason, you forgot you jacket and were only wearing your Yukata. You sat next to him and asked to move in closer to him. He had said something to you that made his feelings apparent to you.

'Thanks for letting me get warm.'

'It's no problem.... Hey __________?'

'Hmmm?'

'I promise.... If you ever need anything.... I'm here.... Anything at all....'

'Pervert,' you smiled.

'I didn't mean that~' he teased.

You watched the popcorn and pulled butter from the fridge.

When the popcorn finished, you brought the bowl upstairs. You came into the room, smiling, "Hello~! Are you-?"

"Get out..." growled Ayato.

Your eyes widened, "AYATO!"

"Run away...." he choked, grabbing his stomach. "GET OUT OF HERE!"

"Ayato! What happened?!" you cried.

"Laito! Get away from her!"

"What....?" you turned around.

You seethed at the feeling of a blade cutting through the soft flesh of your breast.

"Gah...." you said. Your hand shakily lifted and grasped the one who stabbed you.

Laito stared into your eyes, "I'm sorry...."

"I guess.... I was kinda a bitch to you, huh? H-Hehe...." you whispered. "I shouldn't have played with your heart like that Laito.... S-Sorry...."

Your knees gave way and you fell forward on the blade. You put your hand on Laito's shoulder and smiled one last time.

Your strength left your body and you hit the ground. The sound of your heart throbbing slowly echoed in your ears.
