"Koga.... Koga.... Long time no see....."

Glass broke from down the alley. You just stared up at the bubblegum noise sky. You got philosophical now and then, as philosophical as any homeless person would be, but now you were drunk. Usually meant you were philosophical in the most twisted sense. Not right now though. That rice wine the elderly woman had dulled your senses and you were remembering that guy.

"Mishi..... Mishi..... Careless as can be....."

You hiccuped and threw up. Again.

"Ya..... Ya..... Come back home...."

'Koga Mishi Ya.'

Footsteps began and stopped. You looked up, eyeing that guy. You stood up and hiccuped again, "You.... You bastard!"

You tried to punch him but he simply scooped you up, in a bridal like hug. You pounded on his chest and managed to get him off you. You hit the ground hard and screamed in hysterical sobs, "Koga! Koga!"

He hushed you and said, "Why are you here _________?"

"Why? WHY?! I came looking for you! I became broke, trying to follow you! Look at me! You did this to me!"

Blaming him was getting all of the pent up rage from the past ten years.

"I wanted to be strong for you! But you can't be strong without leaving home!"

"Why didn't you go back?" He asked, quietly.

"Because! BECAUSE MY OWN PRIDE WOULDN'T LET ME!"

Kogami covered your mouth, "Stop yelling...."

Kogami picked you up on his back, "Let's get you back to the house."

You stared at your lap and put your ear against the door.

"Kogami.... Thank you for bringing her back...."

"Uncle, why didn't you contact me sooner?"

"Because..... You were in college, studying. You didn't have time to deal with her..... We didn't want to bother you...."

"When she runs away again, call me as soon as possible...."

"I cant believe.....I just cant believe you found her so quickly...."

"....I was lucky."

You rested your head against the wall, ready to close them and nap in the sun.

Kogami was sitting behind you, shoes off, knees folded under him. He sat there, waiting for you.

"___________, why won't you answer me?"

"You went away."

"For you."

"The house bullied me."

"The servants love you."

"I was vulnerable."

"I'm aware."

".....Worst bodyguard ever....." you whispered.

"___________....."

"What did you want to do out of your fancy school? Become a police officer? A detective?"

"......"

".....I want you to do those things....." You teared up. "But you left without saying goodbye....."

"_________," he hugged you from behind and whispered in your ear. He held you so close to him. He comforted you so sweetly, "I won't leave you again..... Ever....."
