Amaimon[Halloween]

"I'm too old for this," you muttered.

You escorted your younger cousins down the road. Winnie dressed as a princess, Nick as a pirate. Winnie's feet started to ache from the plastic shoes, but fortunately hadn't said anything about you carrying her.

You walked the two kids down the last road, and there were only two houses with their light still on.

Nick groaned sleepily. You smiled, "Come on, just a little further and you'll be home."

He nodded, eyes starting to droop.

You grinned and grabbed his hand. These kids were cute though, that made up for being forced to escort them throughout the neighborhood.

You felt something against your back. It resembled the front of a gun.

"Don't move or I'll shoot you."

You stood absolutely still. The nearest house was just 30 feet away.

"All right, now give me your money."

"I don't have any."

"Liar."

"I don't have any money."

"SHUT U-"

The man grunted. You turned around and saw a boy with green hair, styled abnormally, squatting on top of the man who tried to mug you.

"That was very rude ya know."

"Thank you!"

He looked up at you casually, "Have you got any candy?"

You were confused but reached into Nick's halloween bucket, pulling out a sucker. The green haired boy swiped it, "You're kind of cute."

You smiled, face feeling warm, "You too! I like your costume! Anyway, thank you again! Winnie, Nick, tell the man thank you!"

"Tank you," the two kids said sleepily.

"I should get them home," you said. "Thank you so much."

You turned to leave, when his hand shot out and grabbed your arm. His fake nails scratched your arm. He had a crushing grip that made you feel like your arm was going to break in two.

"What are you doing?! Let go!"

"You're talking to me so casually."

You were shaking, "E-Eh?"

"I've always wanted to speak to you like this. Just so normally."

"What the hell are you doing?! Get off of me!" you wrenched your arm from his. You grabbed Winnie's and Nick's hands and pulled them down the street hurriedly.

You felt something go into the crook of your neck. You swatted at it and you heard the sound of glass breaking against the ground.

You looked and saw the needle, then you looked at the mystery boy.

"Who are...."

"Amaimon, my darling."

You scowled at him before hitting the ground.

You were shaken awake by small hands, four of them.

"Auntie, wake up."

You sat up and looked around. The walls were stone, the floor was a harsh carpet that you would find in a library. There was one bed, pushed up against the wall, with one blanket. There was also one small, barred window, peering down from nine feet.

"Hello!" you called, tugging on the knob. Hopefully the bastard would at least have the decency to visit.

But he didn't. Time went by, Nick and Winnie said they were hungry. So you rationed them their candy(which you found under the bed) and gave them two Reese's cups. You settled for a sucker, hoping it would last.

You eyed the door expectantly, waiting for Amaimon to appear.

You curled into a ball, eyes puffy and swollen. You had covered their bodies with a blanket, but you knew you would need it that night.

The candy didn't hold out, and while you somehow survived, Winnie and Nick died of malnutrition.

Suddenly, after seven days, you looked up to see the door slowly open.

You were shaking from hunger, "Where were you....?"

"I wanted the brats dead. I didn't want any blood though," said Amaimon, biting into a lollipop.

"Who are you?"

Amaimon walked over to you and placed an apple in your mouth, which you hungrily devoured.

Just as he was about to leave, he stopped in the door, "A distant admirer."

Now more clueless than before, you watched as he left with the frail bodies of the two twins. He gave you one final glance before slamming the door closed with tremendous force.

You stared at the door, eyes heavy, "I just want to go home."
