'BOOM did a bomb just go off in my head? No! It's the Devils when we beat you black and red. Call a nurse, call a doctor, call your mama too. 'Cause you're gonna need help, when we are finished with you. Gooooo Devils!' The cheerleaders recited as if it were a cult chant.

"ERICA! Please tell me you are not doing what I think you are doing!" Sarah begged

"What!? It's just cheerleading, I thought you said you wanted us to be normal."

"Cheerleaders are NOT normal, they are more evil than us and we're vampires for god's sake!" I said

"Guys, you know I've always wanted to be a cheerleader and now that I'm really hot, I CAN. Besides, these girls have been telling me to bite them for years" Erica winked with her fangs forming a smile.

"Yeah, I don't think that's what they had in mind" Sarah cringed

"Oh come on! Who's gonna miss just one?' Erica said in a demeaning manner as she walked off towards the sign-up table.

"I will!" Benny said as Erica stormed off

"Isn't this kinda like letting Magneto join the X-Men?" Ethan wondered

"I'll assume that's geek speak for a fox in the henhouse thing?" Sarah asked

"Yeah basically" I informed her

"If you have any ideas on how to stop her, I'm all ears"

"You could join too" Ethan suggested

'No no no, there has to be another way!' Sarah said

"You could do it together!" Ethan laughed

The boys had started to mimic the cheer dance shortly after this.

Sarah walked out in the cheerleader uniform five minutes later. Luckily, there were only three more spaces left and no uniforms in my size so I didn't have to join.

"COWABUNGA" Benny said to annoy her

"Do not say anything!" Sarah snapped pulling the neck of his shirt

"You look peppy?" Ethan smirked, attempting not to laugh at his friend's comment.

"I don't know whether to kill you or myself" I empathised"

"Well someone needs to make sure Erica doesn't do any...sampling and I am the only one that can squeeze into this thing!" Sarah whined before walking off. Clearly, Stephanie was not an impatient woman.

"God bless cheerleaders" Benny exclaimed

"Ew" I added

"Since when was Sarah a cheerleader?" Rory appeared, pointing at the brunette who had walked up to the sign-up sheet.

"Since a few minutes ago, I guess?" Ethan said awkwardly before the blonde had walked off once again.

"Benny, ew, stop trying to lerk on the girls!" I ordered

"But they're so hot!" he cried "You know I think Sarah might need some uh.. some backup"

"I think she'll be fine" Ethan rolled his eyes as we tried to pull Benny away from looking into the hall. Lucky or not he had bumped into Erica, his eyes rolling back and going white.

"Woah, I just had a vision!" Ethan exclaimed in a hurry

"I know, bud me too!" Benny exclaimed looking at the cheerleaders with heart eyes and his jaw practically on the floor.

"No, a real vision!" I shouted "Dumbass."

"Ow!" he groaned after I slapped him round the back of the head

"Erica is out for the head cheerleader's blood!" Ethan explained in a hushed voice so nobody would hear,

"See, there you go! Now we have to help those poor, hot, innocent cheerleaders. Did I mention that they're hot?" Benny empathised

"It couldn't hurt to keep an eye on them" Ethan agreed

Immediately, as suspected, they were kicked out and kicked in some other place.

"Or it could hurt, alot!" Ethan exclaimed in pain as the two leant against the wall.

"You two deserved it to be honest" I laughed.

"Those girls are never gonna let us in there, maybe a spy cam?" Ethan suggested

"No, no. We need to infiltrate" Benny smirked "Get up close and personal."

"And how do you expect to do that?" I wondered

About 5 minutes later, strutting down the hallway are Benny and Ethan in the last two cheer uniforms, makeup and cheap nylon wigs.

"Oh my god" I laughed "What the actual fuck have you done?"

"This is your worst idea yet" Ethan groaned

"Ditto" I agreed

"The underwear is riding up my butt" Ethan informed

"I find it flattering" Benny smiled

"TMI guys" my throat closes up quickly as I cringe.

"I wanted to date a girl in high school, not be one!" Ethan frowned

"Tough luck buddy. You won't get neither, that's what you get for being friends with Benny"

"Uh! Excuse?" Benny exclaimed

"Uh don't excuse me! Who's the one that has been ignored by the same girl after you ressurected her dog then killed it again!"

"When will you let that go?!"

"Guys! Shut up! Plus, nobody will buy us as chicks" Ethan added

"You kidding, they totally will!" He seemed a bit too enuthusastic and positive about this whole thing. "You're hanging a little low on the left"

Ethan begans to mess about with whatever they're using as fake boobs before actually realising what he's doing.

"Who cares! This just won't work!"

All of a sudden a familiar looking blonde appeared from around the corner, drinking what looked to be a blood subsitute.

"Well hello there foxy ladies and Willow" Rory faked a grin

"Good, you're finally picking up on my sarcasm, I taught you well young Padawan" I smirked

"Hi! I'm Betty and this is.... " Benny started

"Veronica?" Ethan finished and I couldn't help but laugh at their expense.

"Sweet! So much easier than remembering Angel 1" He lifted 'Betty's' chin up "And Angel 2" He did the same to 'Veronica'

"I'll see you gals around!"

"Bye!" 'Betty' sang

"'Low, can I talk to you?"

"Sure" I waved to 'Betty' and 'Veronica' whilst hiding a smile on my face "Bye!"

"How do you know Betty and Veronica?"

"It's Ben- ...um I met them when Erica was trying out for cheerleading." I said, trying not to expose them so eagerly.

"Cool, um.." he paused "Could you help me with Betty, she's kinda cute"

"Umm I guess" Of course I'd help, no matter how weird it was. It's not like I was jealous of Benny or was I?

"Also I might try to be the mascot! You know, to get closer with her?"

"Right, good idea Rory"

"Thanks!!"

"What's up! My main men!" Rory shouted across the cafeteria to us three "And the lady, of course"

"Rory, you're the mascot?" Ethan asked, a tilt in his head towards the left.

"Course! Best way to hang with all the hot cheerleading chicks and there's this one blonde hottie mclovely, names Betty. So into me!" Rory smiled, he seemed so happy

"Yeah, doubt that dude" Benny said, clearly disgusted.

"It's not like you have anyone" I smile, shutting him up

"What about Veronica? Seen her?" Ethan quizzed

"Meh she's ok."

"Just ok?" Ethan's face immediately turned to look offended and I was trying not to laugh.

"Her legs are kinda bandy" Rory admitted, leaving me and Benny cackling like witches at this point.

"But Betty!" A swish echoed around us "I just wanna sink my fangs-"

"Yeah, we get it" Benny was now the one with a look on his face, yet this time it was terror. I couldn't hold it anymore and I burst out laughing.

"What's got you giggling?" Benny quirked

"Nothing just when you got kicked by the cheerleader's earlier"

A shocked look loomed over Benny's face as if I'd just punched him in the stomach.

"God no need to be dramatic" I laughed

Randomly, a line of similarly blonde girls with high ponytails walked past us, leaving the three boys practically drooling.

"Hanging with those girls makes me want to stab myself through the heart" Sarah whines as Erica drags her along to the table where they all sat.

"Speaking of dramatic"

"Says the one who refused to join" Benny sneered

"And be objectified by the likes of you? Yeah no thanks" I bit back "Sarah wait up!"
