A Week Later....

Alex's POV

I rushed to the toilet and threw up, this was the second time today. I picked up my phone and dialled my doctors number. "Hi Doctor Moss its me Alex. I was wondering if you have any free appointments today?" I hung up, I have an appointment today at 4:30pm well the time was 3:14pm so I might as well get ready. I grabbed my leggings and a vans jumper followed by my Mickey Mouse Shoes. Going to my car I drive to Gotham General.

On the drive I was thinking about all the possibilities of why I feel ill. I found myself outside the hospital much quicker than anticipated. I got out of my car and walked inside, walking to reception "hi I'm Alexandra Crane I booked an appointment with Doctor Moss at 4.30 today" the receptionist looked up and nodded "go to room 312 on floor 2" I nodded "thank you" I walked to the lift and hit floor two. I got out and walked to room 312, finding the room I knocked twice "come in" I twisted the handle and walked in. "Hey Adrian how you doing?" I smiled at him "ah Alex I expected you to be along soon. I'm doing well what about yourself?" I nodded with a grin "apart from a stomach ache I'm good" I sat down "Alex I need you to pee into this cup and we can send it off to analysis to find out what's wrong with you" I took the cup and walked to the toilets.

After pissing in the cup I walked back inside the room and handed Adrian the cup. "Here you go" he nodded "it will take about an hour to analyse but do you wanna go get something to eat with me and catch up" I nodded "yeah that would be awesome"

Bruce's POV

I was sat doing nothing. It had been a week since she left and since then I had been down as ever, I clicked onto the news and watched but one story caught my eye. It read "has Alex Crane ex flame of billionaire Bruce Wayne had an accident after she was spotted outside Gotham General?" I turned the news off "Alfred I'm going to Gotham General. Alex is there!" I shouted "okay Master Wayne". I rushed down the stairs and to my car rushing to the hospital to see my love.

Alex's POV
Adrian and I walked back into the hospital and up to his room. Walking in I noticed a brown folder on his desk with my name on "Adrian it's here" he grabbed the results and handed them to me "open them then" my shaky hands took the folder and opened them. I glanced down at the words but one stood out. Pregnant. I was pregnant with Bruce's child.

"Thanks Adrian but I have to go" he nodded in a way of saying I understand "bye" I ran to the lift and hit ground floor. Rushing out the lift I bumped into someone "oh shit sorry" I apologised "no this is how we met" I looked up to see "Bruce" I hugged him "why are you here?" I stayed silent I just handed him the folder. He read over it and paled when he saw it "your pregnant!?" He whispered I only nodded "is it mine?" I nodded "your the only person I've slept with and trust me to get pregnant I'm only 23!" He pulled me into a long hug "hey come move in with Alfred and I we are moving back into the manor its nearly finished and I'm sure we can create a nursery built into the room next door with a door frame so it's conjoined to our room" I smiled "do you regret saying all that stuff about me" he nodded "I do so much the look you had was pained and it hurt me so much" I grabbed his hand "Lets go get my stuff and tell Alfred the news"
