Alex's POV

I watched Mr Wayne closely "Mr Wayne!? How do you know Batman?" He smirked "call me Bruce and he's an old friend" I grabbed his hand "take me too him" he pulled me close and bent down so his mouth was next to my ear "meet me at 2pm today on this roof and Batman will meet you here" I nodded "thank you. Bruce can I try something?" He only nodded I stood on my tip toes and kissed his cheek "thank you" I spoke softly. Bruce grabbed my chin and kissed my lips lightly "see you soon" I shivered and pulled away "okay bye Bruce" I smiled at him "maybe after we can go have dinner?" I nodded and smiled "I would love too" I then waved goodbye and proceeded to get ready. I wore a green Bralet top and high waisted leggings followed by a black pair of Doctor Martins. I glanced at the time and noticed it was ten to two, I ran up the stairs to the top floor I finally reached the roof and pushed the door open to see a cloak "hi Batman" his gruff voice replied with a deep "hello" I know I've heard that voice before "Bruce!? Is that you?" I asked quietly and reached my hand out he pushed it away "Bruce Wayne is at his home" he replied "no you're Bruce Wayne I know that voice anywhere and my lipstick is on your face from where you kissed me" I shot back he smiled "well Alex you caught me" I smiled and checked him out "you look hot in that suit" I walked closer and kissed him on the lips he grabbed my hair and pulled me closer "I only met you today and I really like you is that bad?" I asked softly "no because I feel the same" I heard a laugh that I recognised as the Jokers "now doll face why are you kissing a vigilante like him. Come kiss me" he puckered his lips and I looked away in disgust "no thanks you're an escaped patient" he frowned "now doll that isn't how you talk to your master" I gasped and noticed Batman had punched Joker in the stomach "hello sweetheart" I heard a voice say before pain erupted through my body.

Bruce's POV as Batman
I punched Joker in the stomach and hatred filled my body yet I failed to realise that someone had gone over to Alex "hello sweetheart" someone spoke and then a thump was heard. I spun on the spot to see Alex on the ground writhing in pain "Crane. That's your sister there" I spat angry "Crane isn't here at the moment please try again later" she whimpered on the floor "Jona-Jonathan p-please its me Alex" Crane froze and looked down "Alex sorry" he ripped his mask off and she scooted towards me on her knees not taking her eyes of Scarecrow she reached me and I scooped her up "Put her down" Scarecrow threatened "no" my gruff voice spoke. I grabbed my grappling hook and zoomed out of the hospital roof with Alex in my arms.

We arrived at the Tumbler and we got in. Driving back to the cave she was whimpering in fright "Alex stay awake" her eyes were closing "I'm sorry Bruce" she whispered before her eyes shut "ALEX!" I boosted the Tumbler to go faster we hit the cave and she was ice cold "Alex stay with me please" I couldn't loose her just as I have her, "Alfred call Fox and ask if he has any antidotes for Cranes fear toxin please" I begged with tears "of course Master Wayne" I took my mask off but kept my suit on "Master Wayne. Mr Fox is here" I heard Alfred call "send him down" Fox appeared out of the lift "ah Mr Wayne is this Ms Alex Crane your new interest?" I nodded "Fox. please help her" he nodded "here you go Bruce" I took the antidote out of his hands and injected Alex with it.

I picked her up and took her to my room and laid her down on the bed "please wake up Alex" I begged holding her hand.

--Two Days Later--

Alex's POV

I woke up on a really comfy bed and sat up I looked around trying to find hints on where I was. All I noticed was a figure and an alarm clock which read 6:28am well I'm up. I looked closer at the figure and realized it was Bruce, smiling I picked his head up and kissed his lips jolting him awake, he pushed me and I fell back on the bed "Who are you!?" I sat up again "Bruce its me Ale-" I was cut off by a pair of lips which belonged to Bruce. I'm laying there and Bruce is on top in his suit kissing me, I pulled back breaking the kiss "how long was I out?" I asked panting "two days" he looked down sorrowfully I reached up and tilted his head up. "Bruce can I say something?" I asked softly "you just did but yeah" he responded with a chuckle "I love you" he froze I dropped the three words on him. He looked up and grabbed my face kissing me passionately "love you too" he murmured, pulling apart "now Ms Crane would you do me the honor of being my girlfriend and come out to dinner tonight with me?" I smiled "yes and yes" we kissed again before he hugged me "I'm so glad you're awake" he was excited to see me. "Erm Bruce what day is it?" I whispered "it's Wednesday" shit. "I have work at 8!" I got up and Bruce pushed me down "no way are you going in today" he grabbed my wrists and held them above my head "kinky but I really need to get to work" I kissed him as a distraction. He loosened his grip and I slipped underneath him and ran to the bathroom "I have work" he sat up on his elbows and smiled "oh and by the way. Sexy suit" I winked "oh I know it is. But come back to bed" he begged "no can do Bruce I have work" and with that I shut the door and heard Bruce groan "you caused a problem" he shouted. I only giggled in reply.
