Alex's POV

Bruce and I walked into the house followed by all the guests. We entered the main hall and sat down at the designated places, Bruce,Thomas and I are head of the table followed by Jonathan to my right and Alfred to Bruce's left. We ate the first course which consisted of tomato soup or vegetable soup. The main course was pork or beef and vegetables or if you are vegetarian pasta and sauce. The dessert was hot fudge cake and ice cream or for the kids it was fruit salad.

Bruce and I stood up and went towards the cake. Bruce and I decided on using our wedding colors which were Black and White, in the middle was Victoria sponge. I took the knife and Bruce held my hand as we cut the bottom of the cake, the photographer took a picture just as it happened. "Okay photos now" Emma declared we walked outside and I posed with friends and family then took a couple (loads) with Bruce and Thomas.

After pictures the party went back inside where the chairs and tables had been packed away leaving the wooden floor ready for the party and dancing. "Would Bruce and Alex take to the dance floor?" Bruce grabbed my hand and pulled me to the dance floor Ed Sheeran played through the stereo "can I have this dance?" He asked politely bowing. I curtsied "you may" we made our way to the dance floor where we swayed back and fourth rocking to the beat of the song. "Bruce. What happens now? We're married with a child and another on the way, what about the whole Batman thing?" I asked not wanting to put our children in danger. "Well I could do it occasionally without letting myself get injured or I could possibly quit" I noticed he looked upset with his words "hey" I titled his chin so we made eye contact "you'd still be my Batman" we then kissed and continued dancing.

Around 11pm people started leaving "goodbye and congratulations" some said but some just went without a word. Bruce and I put Thomas to bed whilst Alfred and Jonathan had already gone to bed. Once Thomas was asleep Bruce and I snuck off to our room and had a bit of fun.
