Running through the parking lot with all of my work things in hand, I cant help but notice (Y/n) doing the exact same thing. My eyes roll, but my heart flutters at the same time. Ignoring my weird and annoying feelings, I go back to rushing into the building. Looking at my watch, I start to freak out even more and rush to the elevator where (Y/n) is also currently waiting.

We step in as the door opens and take a moment to breathe, or at least I do seeing as it looks like (Y/n) is holding his breath. Allowing my mind to wonder, I think about things not pertaining to work or anything in general. A loud and ear piercing screech can be heard from all sides of the elevator, causing my eyes widen and my body to jump.

I hear (Y/n) gasp and press himself against the wall of the elevator in an instant. I look over and see him in shock and terror.

"(Y/n)? I ask quietly, trying not to make it obvious I'm worried beyond belief. "Are you ok?"

His forehead glistens with sweat, and he places a hand over his chest, as if it's tightening up from the inside out. Immediately, I realize he isn't ok, so I walk the few steps to get to his side and help him lower to the floor of the elevator.

"Claustrophobia, huh? Nice once." I scoff as I try to figure out what to do. Too scared to say anything, he pushes his trembling legs away from his body, trying to touch the other side of the elevator.

His face goes pale and I immediately back up a few inches just Incase of vomit.

"Hey. Hey, (Y/n), look at me." I start, making him look at me with his ear filled eyes. "I'm gonna need you to calm down ok? You have too much adrenaline running through your body and you need to take deep breaths. Breath in for three seconds, hold for five, let out for eight. Can you do that for me?"

He starts doing what I tell him, his breathing starting to level with that of a normal human. After a few minutes he's stopped breathing heavy, but he still looks panicked. I give into the air around us and pull the quaking boy into my chest.

He closes his eyes for a minutes and immediately falls asleep in my arms, and soon I follow suit.

About an hour later the top of the elevator opens up with the groaning of metal and a man can be seen from the top.

"Coming an hour after we get stuck?" I ask, my anger boiling.

"Nice one." (Y/n) mumbles, causing me to chuckle.
