Prompt: 54, 53, 52
Plot: Michael and the reader are having sex and Jeremy walks in and froze. The reader see's him and stops Michael before pointing at her brother. Jeremy answers the question(prompt) and then tells them to countiue before leaving. Then a few weeks later the reader finds out that she's pregnant with Michael's babies(twins), but Michael doesn't want them and says he's gonna leave. Reader let's him before breaking down. After a few years the twins are four, Michael comes back and the reader let's him see the kids. He apologizes and they get back together.
Additional info: The reader is Jeremy's younger sister.

I made the twins older for more effect, just so you're aware.

"Come on girls!" I yell upstairs, hearing my twin girls giggle to themselves as they run down stairs. "We gotta get going! You better be dressed."

"We are mommy! I promise." Lily, the youngest by four minutes, yells as her and her sister Hazel run down the stairs.

"Good. Now come quickly eat your breakfast."  I smile, watching my two amazing girls run past me. The door bell rings, making me sigh slightly. "I'm gonna get the door, it's probably an amazon package."

"Oo!! Is it our new toys?" Hazel asks excitedly.

I open the door, but still look at Hazel.

"I'm not sure pumpk-"

Standing in front of me, was my everything.

"Hello." Micheal smiles awkwardly, his voice nothing more than a mutter.

I stare at his face, his slightly more manly features, and I feel betrayal, happiness, and rage at the same moment.

"Mommy? Are our toys here?" Lily calls out as Hazel runs towards me.

Micheal's jaw hangs open as he peers at our child. Hazel hides in my leg and looks up at the man she doesn't know, but I know all to well.

"Hello mister!" Lily comes up and waves to Micheal.

"H-Hi."

"He was just leaving." I say, my eyes sparkling with tears. "He's going to come back later, once I get home from dropping you two off at school."

"And when will that be?" He asks.

"An hour."

"I'll be here."
