"Ugh." I grumble as I watch Evan and Zoë flirt and giggle like a couple. I roll my eyes and place my chin in my hand.

"What?" Connor asks, watching my somber and highly annoyed face.

"Nothing... let me be the lesbian I am." I grumble.

"What?-"

"Don't worry about it." I respond.

"You sur-"

"BuT cOnnOr sHes sO pRettYy!" I sob, putting my head on the table and quietly fake crying to myself.

"That's a homosexual mood right there." He chuckles, making me hit his arm.

"I hate seeing her like that.."

"Like what? Happy?"

"YeS!" I practically screech, making the people around the lunch room, including Zoë and Evan, turn with an expression of "Who's the fucking idiot screaming?"

Over the next few months, I continue to have mental breakdowns at Lunch with Connor over his sister. I'm surprised he didn't get mad with the amount of times I did it.

I suppose that's cause he likes Evan but-

One day, I see Evan sitting with Connor and talking quietly. I see Zoë sitting by herself. I quietly hope they broke up, but try not to get my hopes up.

Cause that's like- hella rude. Even when you have a hella huge crush on someone.

I set my things next to her and give her a small smile.

"So uhh- me and Evan broke up." She blurts, a slight sadness in her voice. But not much, which surprises me.

"Oh I'm so sor-"

"Because I'm lesbian and he's gay." She blurts again, looking down and making me smile. "I don't know any other open lesbians here so I really wanna be your friend- and I don't know.. maybe something more in the future. All I know is that I like girls now so-"

"Well." I laugh. "Isn't that just a homosexual mood."
