The three W's that every new greenie asks when they are sent up in the box.

"We have three rules." Y/n started. "1. You do your part; 2. You never hurt another glader; 3. You never go beyond those walls."

"This here is Newt and Alby, they're gonna give you the rest of the tour, welcome greenie." Y/n brought him to the two boys and walked off towards the kitchen.

"Fry-fry." Y/n sang as she entered the kitchen. "I'm here for my daily coffee."

"You know those will mess with your blood pressure." He handed her the cup.

"Doesn't matter, we're stuck here forever, might as well die with coffee in my system." Y/n winked walking back out to see the greenie walking towards her.

"Why are we here?" He asked her.

"Don't ask me, ask the creators." She shrugged starting to walk away. She got a couple steps in before he grabbed her wrist tightly turning her back around.

"Can you tell me who is in charge here, I asked them." He looked over at Newt and Alby, "And they sent me to you."

Y/n was about go off on the boy, but she took a deep breath to calm down instead of going off on the boy. "I'm in charge here."

"Really." He chuckled. "There is no way."

"No way that a girl can control a group of boys, no way she has authority or no way you can't get your sexist mind to understand that a female is superior to you." Y/n said cooly.

"Newt!" She called. "I think greenie here will be a great slopper bring him to Ryan."

"You messed up mate." Newt walked next to him. "You're stuck."

It had been a few months since the greenie, Xavier arrived and had been causing problems throughout the whole glade, ignoring the rules from his superiors, picking fights with the other gladers, he spent most of his time in the pit than his hammock.

A girl arrived, Teresa and to make her more comfortable Y/n shared her room in Homestead with her.

"Where's greenie?" Y/n walked up to Chuck, Newt and Thomas. She never called him by Xavier because he never gave her respect, she didn't give him any.

"Not sure, said he was going to the bathroom and that was 15 minutes ago." Newt replied.

Y/n mumbled something under her breath before making her way towards the bathroom. She heard the water running and knocked. "Hello, anyone here."

"Just a minute." A more feminine voice called, Teresa. Y/n stood by the door guarding it, some of the boys couldn't keep it in their pants and thought watching Teresa while she showered was a good idea, a good idea that ended up with them spending 2 days in the pit.

Y/n scanned the glade looking for the greenie when she heard leafs crumpling behind her. She quickly turned her head and saw the top of someone's head, greenie.

"You got to be kidding me." She walked behind the building to see Xavier peaking through the wood to get a look at Teresa.

"Greenie." She grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground in front of the rest of the boys.

"What's going on?" Alby ran towards his first in command.

"Slinthead thought it was a good idea to watch Teresa while she was showering, disgusting." Y/n sneered.

"What do you want to do?" Alby asked.

"Throw him in the pit and gather the council." Y/n ordered.

"For how long?" Alby asked.

"As long as I want." Y/n replied and walked towards the council hall.

"There a few ways this will go, you will stay in the pit for the rest of the time you're here, you will become Y/n's assistant and do anything she asks or you get banished." Alby said to Xavier said he got threw into the pit.

"Banished?" He questioned.

"We throw you into the maze and let the grievers have you, and no one lasts a night in the maze." And with that Alby walked towards the council hall. Once he walked in, all the keepers, excluding Minho were there and Teresa sat on one of the stone seats.

"Teresa this decision is up to you, he was watching you and you can decide his fate." Y/n looked at her.

"Let him stay." Teresa answered.

"Alright." Y/n nodded. "Keep in the pit 2 days no food and we'll go from there."

"Thank you." Teresa smiled once the boys left leaving the two girls in the hall.

"Your welcome, we have to look out for each other, I didn't have someone like me when I arrived and I know what you went through, but you have a whole group of boys who will defend you if anyone even looks at you." Y/n smiled.
