Coincidences happen all the time- unless you believe in fate, that is.

Some people believe who they meet is usually just because of coincidence- that what they did with their time and the choices they made is the reason they're here. That the only reason that they meet anyone is because of their choices- they make the rules.

Others, though, believe that fate is a thing, and it's real. That, yes, they make choices everyday, but they were meant to make those choices. They were meant to meet who they have met for some reason or another, good or bad.

And this, leads you into our argument for the day. Was it fate that brought them together, or was it coincidence?

"I can't believe you're saying this right now!" Mina cries at Bakugou, who's just shaking his head.

"I'm not sorry for not believing that some weird all-knowing thing is controlling my life! I make my own damn choices, and I have my own damn outcomes!" Bakugou growls at three of his friends sitting on the opposite couch in front of him.

"Yeah, guys. We make our own choices. We're not "destined" to do anything- we make our own destinies. Has Disney taught you nothing?" Jirou says, making a face.

"Disney has taught me to hope that one day that a prince will come and sweep me off my pretty princess feet, because that's my destiny! My fate!" Kaminari screams, tears in his eyes as Kirishima and Mina try to calm him down.

Bakugou blows a raspberry. "It's your decisions that led you to that point- just like how Flynn Ryder made his choice to climb the tower. It wasn't fate. Just a mere coincidence."

The other three gasp. "You take that back, you friend-hating-Whore!" Kirishima says, pointing at his boyfriend.

"He doesn't hate you guys, he just thinks that we made the right choices to meet each other. We could have met anyone else in the world, but we met each other!" Sero finally speaks up, staying silent before only because he mistakenly brought up this subject in a weed induced high a couple days ago.

They have not dropped the subject since.

"No! We were all meant to be together!" Mina declares, throwing her fist against the arm of the couch.

"Mina, we made choices up to this point that lead us here. We're best  friends, so that's all that matters, right?" Jirou says, sighing slightly. She's been done with this conversation since the second day they had it.

"Wrong! The choices were our fates as well! It's all been decided for us!" Kirishima huffs, cradling a crying Kaminari.

"Kiri-" Bakugou is cut abruptly off my his boyfriend.

"No! No more!"

"Kiri!-"

"I said no more! And now you get no dick!"

Bakugou scoffs. "Yeah! Like I need it! You're not the only thing that can get me off, Kiri!"

"Well I'm the best thing." The red head says, pointing a finger at his boyfriend.

"My purple, sparkly dildo would beg to differ."

Kirishima gaps, jumping up, making Kami fall on his side on the couch. "You still have Gerard!?"

Bakugou chuckles. "Yes I do."

"I thought I told you to get rid of it!?"

"Guess it wasn't my "fate" to not have it." Kiri growls. "Oh wait, it was my choice."

"You. Bitch!"

Kirishima pounces on Bakugou, but the rest don't pay any mind. It's not like this isn't a frequent thing. They always end up having make up sex in the room over.

"Well, wasn't it fate for you to meet Momo?!" Mina counters at Jirou.

"No. I made the choices I made that lead me to the point when I met her. How many more times do I have to explain?"

Kaminari is still crying into the couch, and Sero has been groaning for a minute straight, staring at the ceiling.

"Well-"

"I swear if you guys don't shut up soon, I'm going to throw my head against the wall. I will detach my head from my shoulders and yeet it at the nearest wall if you guys don't shut the hELL UP!" Sero huffs, finally lashing out on everyone.

Everyone stares at Sero as Kaminari sniffles. "I thought me and you meeting was fate. You were supposed to be my Prince Charming!" Kaminari started off smooth, but as time went on his voice just getting higher and higher.

Sero sighs, going over to Kaminari and hugging him. "Y'know what? Let's just stop talking about this. Let's leave it behind."

They all agree and sit on the couches and chairs again- Sero still snuggling his boyfriend.

They turn on the TV to Peppa Pig and watch in amusement, making comments every now and then.

By the time it's four in the morning, they decide it's time to sleep, so they all get comfortable on the floor of Sero's basement in some way.

"It's was coincidence."
