Ok, so I love villain AU's. The next Villain AU is not the same AU as the Villain!Deku AU, they're different universes. Just needed to clear that up.

GORE WARNING. DON'T READ IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE GORE. 

The heroes had finally located the base, but breaking in was no simple feat. This was the base of Deku, the world's greatest villain, they were breaking into. 

They had to though.

It all started when news articles reported that "Top Hero Ground Zero Kidnapped by Childhood Friend Deku," 

That was when Kirishima's world shattered.

Bakugo, Kirishima's husband, had been away on a mission. Everything seemed to be fine, until, of course, the news article. 

"Pro Hero Red Riot is looking to rescue Ground Zero,"

"Ground Zero presumed dead"

"Leads on Ground Zero's location,"

"Messages from dangerous villain: Deku"

"Red Riot hasn't been seen in a while: Was he working with Deku?"

"Red Riot sheds tears over Ground Zero's Kidnapping,"

Every title tore Kiri apart. He never stopped searching. With high hopes, he and pro heroes Uravity, Alien Queen, Chargebolt, and Invisible Girl. (Uraraka, Mina, Kaminari, and Toru)

~In the hideout~

"It shouldn't be long now, Kacchan. I'm sure your knight in shining armor is coming to save you," Deku leaned in close, "Too bad you'll watch him bleed out before I kill you too," Bakugo suppressed a shudder. He grimaced at how the TaBLes HaVE tUrNEd. 

"What happened to you?" He rasped.

"Oh, Kacchan. It's exactly like you said. I'm not a hero. I'm the opposite," Deku laughed.

"You where so- Why?"

"Why? WHY?" Deku laughed again, a malicious, hysterical laugh. "Because you treated me like shit. Because you crushed my dreams. Because Allmight chose you, a disgusting excuse for a hero!"

Bakugo strained against his restraints. 

"HE didn't tell you about One For All, did he? No. How's it feel, having you IDOL give your enemy his greatest power?"

"What? You- you killed him though. He was found dead,"

"Not before I tortured him. Forced the fight out of him. Let him have a slow, painful death. Drove him to a point of insane where he GAVE me his power," Bakugo's eyes were wide with fear and disbelief. 

"Coast is clear," Toru whisper-yelled. The group shuffled into the hideout. Everyone froze as they watched Deku's little speech to Bakugo. Eventually, Kiri couldn't take it anymore. He burst through the shadows, lunging for Bakugo. 

Deku slapped him out of the air like he was a ragdoll. 

"Deku!" Uraraka was not prepared to see her best friend as the insane thing he had become. Tears filled her eyes as she went to comfort him.

Deku leaped to Uraraka, pushing her to the ground.

She struggled beneath his grip for air. In the last ditch attempt to live, she activated his quirk to float them both up to the tall industrial ceiling. 

Deku laughed before dropping her to the ground. 

Toru caught Uraraka at the last second, but both girl where hurt. Deku turned on Kaminari, who was hiding and punched him in the face, knocking him out.

"Looks like it's just me and you now, Kacchan. And Red Riot," By this time, Kiri had broken the ropes that where holding Bakugo down. 

Bakugo went to attack Deku, grabbing him by the shirt collar. Deku barely reacted, smiling his blood-chilling smirk.

"Is that the best you can do?" Deku proceeded to punch Bakugo in the gut, forcing the Angry Boi to the ground. Kiri sprang into action leaping to Bakugo's aid.

Deku pulled a knife out on Kiri, a blade so sharp it cut through Kirishima's quirk. The redhead screamed, unused to the pain. Bakugo took a chance shot and tried to blast Deku, at least doing some damage. Deku grunted and kicked Bakugo in the shin. He continued to mercilessly beat the two of them. The others called out orders to retreat, but both heroes were too desperate and too stubborn to leave. 

Deku beat both boys unconscious, tied them to chairs, and waited for one of them to show signs of life. 

When both had woken, Deku began to pace before both of the chairs they were tied to. 

"Well, well, well," He drawled, "Two pro heroes, one of the best,  too! It's an honor, gentlemen," Deku laughed.

"Let. Us. Go." Bakugo was not happy to be tied up again. 

"I'm afraid I can't do that," Deku thought for a second, "But letting him go, that could be negotiable," He gestured to Kirishima. 

"BAKUGO, NO," Kirishima strained toward Bakugo, activating his quirk in vain.

"No one asked you," Deku snarled before dragging his dagger down Kiri's face.

"What do you want?"

"Simple, Kacchan. You give up, lose your spirit, your will to fight, and I'll let our dear Kirishima live,"

"You'll let him go? Let him leave?" Bakugo sounded desperate. 

"NO,"

"SHUT UP AND LET ME SAVE YOU," 

"KATUKI,"

"EIJERO,"

"I'll make this decision easy for you," both boys silenced themselves and looked to Deku, "I'll just kill both of you!" He said cheerily, "Let's start with you, Kacchan,"

He walked toward Bakugo, drawing his dagger. "Let's make this painful for both of you,"

GORE WARNING

Deku sliced through Bakugo, taking so much blood he was unable to use his quirk. The entire time, Kiri was straining to help him, pleading with Deku, begging. Deku smiled. "Don't worry, dear Kiri. You'll have your turn soon enough," 

Bakugo turned to Kirishima, wincing through the pain. "Eijro," Deku's dagger danced, drawing scarlet blood. He sliced through skin and flesh as if it was butter.  Bakugo kissed Kirishima's cheek and whispered, "I love you" before Deku drove his dagger into Bakugo's eye, delighting in the red liquid that bubbled up in the socket. He took giant, bloody shears (tokyo ghoul style, my dudes) and cut off limbs he deemed 'unnessasary' with a sickening snap, Bakugo and Kirishima's pained screams music to his ears.

 The light left his remaining eye and he went limp. Deku turned to Kirishima and laughed at his tears.

I kinda hate this chapter. Should I do a part 2? If I do, I have to make a happy ending or I'll cry :'(
