Robin quickly lays his bike down and runs up to the entrance of the Tower. " Titans, I've found some leads. " Robin says across the communicator. " Really? Where are you. " Raven says. " I think shes in the Tower with whoever has her. I'm not sure yet, " " We are on our way. " Cyborg says. Robin puts his communicator away and activates the huge T shaped door to open. Walking in, the door closes behind him. Taking out his bow staff he concentrates on his surroundings to find starfire. Walking into the living room he sees Starfire chained down to a chair, struggling to get out. " Starfire?! " Robin drops his bow staff as he rushes towards her. Puzzled he waves his hand across her face and the Starfire image disappears. " Hologram? " Robin says confused. The hologram disappearing caused the tower to shut down, all doors and windows throughout the tower close causing the entire Tower to go black. " Its a trap. " Robin says to himself angrily. " Titans, titans. " Robin tryes to contact the titans, static is all he hears back. Starfire screams from another room. Panicked Robin shouts her name as he desperately tryes to find a way out of the living room. " There's no way out Robin. " Robin hears from behind him. " Who's there?! " He says picking up his bow staff. " I've got you this time, you will fall, and if you don't fall, I have your friends life in my hands. " " Where is Starfire! Leave her out of this. " Robin yells angrily. Slade comes into the very dim light in the room. " Slade. " Robin says lightly and a bit worried. " Robins communicator went offline. " Raven states through her communicator. " The towers on lock down. I cant get in " Cyborg says worried. " Don't we have an emergency panel on the roof? " Beastboy wonders. " Well do you?! " Batgirl shouts. " Batman places a hand on Batgirls shoulder to calm her. Raven creates a black circle. " I think we do, get on. " On the roof, Cyborg tryes to open the panel with his saw of a hand. " Slade, just leave us alone! " Robin shouts. " Taking you down will make taking over the city so much easier, I've tried taking care of you with my own hands, but apparently that doesn't work. " Slade pulls out a gun and points it at Robin. Robins yes widen as he jumps out of the way of the shot of the gun. " Now if you would just stay still!!! " Slade shouts as he continues to shoot at Robin. Robin jumps out of the way, coming to close calls. Slade goes into the dark, Robin makes his way back over to the living room exit and tryes to beat down the door. " Starfire! " He yells. Robin looks around for Slade again. " Where are you. " He says. Slade comes out from the dark and punches Robin in the face. " Ugh! " Angry, Robin punches back but misses. not able to see his target. Robin hears the click of the gun. Standing still, trying to figure out where it came from and what to do next, his mind went blank as he fell to the floor in pain. " GAAH!! "  Slade laughs, " Got you. " Robin puts his hand over his bloody wound, the bullet had impacted him on his far right of his chest. Breathing heavily and gritting his teeth, he speaks up. " Now, what, S, Slade? What, do you, want now that, I, I'm down. " Robin struggles. " Your down, That's all I came to do, Tell your parents I said Hello when you see them. " Slade presses a button and the windows and doors open. " Guys?!, Someone just jumped out of that window?? " Batgirl says. Beastboy jumps off the roof and fly's off after as a hawk. Slade jumps into the water and Beastboy doesn't see him again. Flying back to the top he turns back to normal. " It was Slade, the windows broken, we should go there. " Batman jumps down with Batgirl and shoots their grapple to the open window, everyone else following. Robin had struggled to get up and find Starfire, Slowly he uses one hand to balance himself against the wall to walk and the other to hold the wound. " Starfire?! " Robin shouts and winces. He goes down a different hallway. Cyborg turns on his light. " No ones in here. " Raven states. " Wait, Cyborg over there. " Batgirl points. Cyborg shines the light to the door. Batman and Batgirl walk over. " Its blood, there's a trail leading out. " Batman says. Batgirl panics and runs out of the room, following the blood on the floor. The others follow quickly. " Robin, deep into the tower, opens a door to the  huge gym room. Starfire sits in a chair chained up, just like in the hologram. " Starfire! " Robin says happily as he makes his way over to her. " Robin?! Oh, thank heavens your here. Slade, hes in the Tower. " Robin cuts her words short. " N, no, Star, hes gone. " Robin turns on a light to the room and begins to free Starfire from the chains. " Robin? You are injured! " Starfire looks at him confused. " I'm fine Star, " He replies in pain. " but, you are bleeding, allot, you couldn't be okay. " Starfire says worried. " There, chains are broken. " Robin stands and holds his wound. Starfire stands, rubs her wrists and examines Robin. Removing his hand from his wound and placing her hand gently over it, getting blood over her fingers. Robin flinches. " Star, stop, That makes it worse. " Robin backs away. Batgirl runs into the room, seeing the light and the others gather behind. " Hey, g,guys, found Star. " Robin says smiling the best he can. " Dick? " Batgirl runs up to him, noticing his wound. " Are you okay? " Batman asks. " I'm fine. " Robin states. " No your not, what happened, being fine isn't the result of bleeding everywhere. " Batman narrows his eyes. " Slades gone, I was shot, that, that's all. " Robin states like its no big deal. " Dude, you need to get that fixed up. " Beastboy states. " Seriously. " Cyborg adds. " " Are you okay Star? Did he hurt you? " Robin asks. " Robin, I am fine, " She says. " Take off the hoodie. " Barbara says as she yanks the hoodie off his arms. " Ouch! Okay, chill out Barbs. " Robin says as he removes the rest of the hoodie. The power goes out caused by the lock down earlier. Batman grabs Robins good arm side to support him. " Lets get back to the cave, now. " Batman says as he walks out with Robin. " Your acting like I'm going to die any moment. " Robin says pulling away from Batman. " No, you will be fine, unless you loose any more blood, but you will start feeling dizzy and could pass out, so your coming with me. " Batman says grabbing Robins arm again. The two walk out of the room. Beastboy chuckles. " Its a father and son argument. " " Except they arnt father and son. " Batgirl states sternly as she walks out. " Not now beatsboy. " Cyborg says. " Whatever. " Beastboy says being the last to follow out. Robin rides in the bat mobile with Batman and Batgirl ans everyone else rides back to the cave in the T car.
