I don't care if I have to wait here all night. I am going to set Setsuna straight.

Everyone except those who live in the dorms have to exit the school sooner or later.

SHIRO: "Hm, Akihiko?"

AKI: "Setsu-! Nah... Hey, Shiro."

SHIRO: "Expecting someone else? You were just standing here and I thought I'd say hi."

AKI: "Thanks, I'm just waiting for a friend."

SHIRO: "Wait a minute, don't tell me... This friend doesn't happen to be the Super Star Setsuna Yuki?!"

AKI: "Well, yes but actually no."

SHIRO: "Oh, right. That's right, nobody knows who Setsuna Yuki really is. But you do, right?"

AKI: "Right...?"

SHIRO: "You're so lucky! You're close with all those super cute school idols! I would ask if I can see who Setsuna really is, but that would just ruin the enigma."

AKI: "Thank you for respecting her privacy. Also, the posters you made were very popular with the girls."

SHIRO: "Really? Yes! That's so cool that they're praising my skills! Say... why do you support Nana Nakagawa so much?"

AKI: "That's uh..."

SHIRO: "Don't tell me that she's actually..."

Oh no, the secrets out.

SHIRO: "...A big fan of school idols, too?!"

Phew, that was close. But wait, that's still part of the secret!

AKI: "N-No, not Nana."

SHIRO: "I knew it, there's no way that someone like her would like school idols. She's kinda...robotic?"

AKI: "Y-Yeah."

SHIRO: "But still, why do you support her so much?"

AKI: "That's..."

I can't just expose my business with Nana/Setsuna. So I can't give my reasons for supporting her. But I have no problem talking about my reasons to NOT support Shioriko.

AKI: "That's because I don't want her opponent to win."

SHIRO: "Shioriko Mifune? I don't know, she's pretty confident and well-spoken. But I just can't get behind that 'taking the shortest path to success' agenda. People already criticize my high position in the idol fandom, all because of who my cousin is. Some people on the forums even call me names like 'Asakura'. But I hate Shiro Asakura and everything he did to his idols!
I didn't cut any corners to have the biggest network of school idol fan clubs. I worked hard."

AKI: "I believe you, Shiro. They're probably just jealous that your cousin is Honoka."

SHIRO: "You know, just maybe you're right about that."

AKI: "I also don't want Shioriko to win, because she said she'd consider abolishing the School Idol Club."

SHIRO: "WHAT?! That's an abuse of power!"

AKI: "I know, right? I'm not going to stand by and watch this school become a dictatorship."

SHIRO: "You're right, I'm right behind you! I'll do everything I can to fuel Nana's campaign further. I'll try to convince as many students as possible."

AKI: "Thank you, Shiro."

SHIRO: "So, you're waiting for Setsuna. Why?"

AKI: "Oh that? Yeah she's kinda busy right now in...another club. So I thought I'd surprise her by walking her home."

SHIRO: "I see... Please don't say that there's something going on between you two."

AKI: "What? Not at all!"

SHIRO: "That's a relief, idols aren't allowed to date, after all. Though... It wouldn't hurt if someone tries to ask them out, right?"

AKI: "I told you, it's not like that. I'm not here to ask Setsuna to date me!"

SHIRO: "That's not what I- Nevermind... Though, how long do you expect to wait out here? It's a cold forecast tonight."

AKI: "I don't know how long, but it could be a while before she shows up."

SHIRO: "Then here, take this."

Shiro took a scarf out of his bag and began to wrap it around my neck.

AKI: "Huh? Don't worry, that won't be neces-"

SHIRO: "No, I insist. I don't want you getting a cold and passing it on to the Nijigasaki girls before the festival."

So it's still all for the sake of the idols with him..

AKI: "Wait...festival? You heard!"

SHIRO: "Yeah, the announcement of it coming back made everyone so excited! I can't wait to see the Nijigasaki girls performing on the Main Stage!
I wonder who got the Committee to reconsider?"

AKI: "I wouldn't say it's the Committee that was reconsidered, but rather they agreed to be taken over."

SHIRO: "You know what happened? I guess you would have been notified about it all... What exactly went down?"

AKI: "The old Committee had venue issues and many of them were leaving. So, three idol groups teamed up to take over the entire operation."

SHIRO: "Three idol groups? But doesn't the Main Stage have three groups performing?"

AKI: "Yep, they are the groups that took over. μ's, Aqours and Nijigasaki are now in charge."

SHIRO: "Wow, that's incredible! There is no limit to what school idols can do! I wish I could do something, but I'm just a supporter."

AKI: "Well, the Chairman of the Board happens to be a big supporter of School Idols himself. And he needs more volunteers outside of the Main Council to help."

SHIRO: "He does?! Wow, can I apply for the volunteer job? How do I contact him?"

AKI: "You've already got the job."

SHIRO: "Huh?"

AKI: "As Chairman of the School Idol Festival Planning Committee, I welcome you to the volunteer team!"

SHIRO: "N-No way... YOU'RE the Chairman?!"

AKI: "Surprise."

SHIRO: "You didn't know about School Idols until a few months ago. And now you're the one in charge of them all..."

AKI: "They wanted me to be the one in charge. I couldn't say no to them."

SHIRO: "Your rise to success is a story for the School Idol History Books. I'm happy to help out with Nana's campaign and the School Idol Festival, I won't let you down!"

AKI: "Welcome aboard."

SHIRO: "One last thing before I leave... Ryu's been awfully silent recently, his nose looks broken, too. Did he lose a fight?"

AKI: "I guess he did. The Dragon was all talk after all."

SHIRO: "If it will stop him from harassing us, then I'm happy. See you later, Akihiko."

AKI: "See you, Shiro. Thanks for the scarf, I'll give it back Monday."
