*EARLIER THAT DAY*

MAKI: "You're shooting a self-introduction video of me? I've already done one of these, though. Do we really need to do it again?"

NOZOMI: "Come on, Maki we need to show our fans how joining an idol club can change them."

MAKI: "What? You want to know how my feelings have changed after all this time in the club?"

HONOKA: "It's for the fanpage my cousin owns, uh... what was it for again?"

UMI: "These videos can help idol clubs all across the country with recruitment!"

MAKI: "Fine, fine. I'll talk just a little, then. Make sure you listen well."

NOZOMI: "Camera speed. Action!"

MAKI: "I'm in charge of composing μ's' songs. I generally make my music alone. Though, the gang sometimes comes to cheer me on, and I'll ask for opinions, too.
I used to think I'd just do it all by myself. That I COULD do it all by myself.
But ever since someone came to support us, well... I think I've changed a little.
He's skilled at composing, too. Playing piano together on occasions isn't half bad either. Since we're both composers, I feel like we can get along pretty well. That I can talk another pianist to give and recieve advice from."

NOZOMI: *Chuckle*

MAKI: "Huh? L-Look, I don't mean to say that we're especially close, or anything!
Yeesh, Nozomi, don't get all weird on me! We're stopping that camera, now!"

MAKI: *Sigh* "I wonder if that was a good enough introduction?
Well, whatever. I mean, my view on composing has expanded since I met him."

KOTORI: "Oh, Maki! Have you finished shooting your intro movie?"

MAKI: "Pretty much. Can't say if I put it all into words well enough or not, though. And you're done with yours, Kotori? Looks like we can begin practice soon."

KOTORI: "Oh, I was going to think up ideas for our next ideas with Akihiko. I think he'll be here any minute now."

MAKI: "Hold up, he's coming?"

KOTORI: "Yeah!"

MAKI: "Doesn't he have an issue to resolve with Setsuna?"

KOTORI: "About that, he's still pretty sad about what happened with her. His classes got canceled today, so he's coming here to distract himself."

MAKI: "I see..."

KOTORI: "His visit gives me a great opportunity. I've wanted an outside opinion on costumes for a while now."

MAKI: "So you mean he can make costumes, too?"

KOTORI: "I'm not sure. But he looks like the type to come up with fresh ideas, so talking with him could give me some good ones."

MAKI: "Oh yeah?" (He's helped me out with piano before, but I completely forgot that he was helping everyone else, too...)

KOTORI: "Maki?"

MAKI: "W-Wait, this makes it sound like I'm trying to keep him to myself!"

KOTORI: "Huh?"

MAKI: "Nothing!"

KOTORI: "If you've got some time, we could discuss ideas, too?"

MAKI: "N-No thanks! Today, I'm a little, ah, busy. Sorry, but can you ask again sometime?"

KOTORI: "Thanks! Let me know your ideas next time. Anyway, Hanayo said he'd be back around about now. So I'm going to go get him."

MAKI: (Now I feel kind of off...) "Tch, why do I keep thinking about him?!"
