AKI: "There you are, Kasumi. Geez, the μ's and Aqours members already left and you're up here? I doubt you can see them from here."

KASUMI: *Giggle* "I've made coming up to the roof to check on my website a daily ritual."

AKI: "Come on now, you don't need to worry about it so much. You're slowly but surely getting new fan club members all the time."

KASUMI: "Right! In fact, I had another person register just now! *Sigh* I wanna get more members than the Ai Pals and the Ayumu Uehara Fan as fast as possible!"

AKI: "You can't stand losing, can you, Kasumi? I think that's one of your strong points, but that doesn't mean you need to be in a big rush to win."

KASUMI: "Telling me not to rush is like telling the sun not to shine. I'm aiming to be the CUTEST school idol in the universe. I refuse to lose!"

AKI: "Kasumi..."

KASUMI: "To be fair, I don't think I'll lose. My fans are total die-hards, after all.
They read my blog and send me messages every day. Have a look at some of the messages I got so far today!"

AKI: "Hmm..."

All of their messages are so warm and kind. They seem closer than just fans. If anything, they read like messages you'd send to a friend.

And not casual friends, either... Friends who talk regularly. This is what's so captivating about Kasumi. She's so easy to get along with, approachable, and fun to talk to.

And I of all people should know that. It's like we instantly became friends the moment I first stepped foot into the School Idol Clubroom.

AKI: "I've gotta say, they're all very motivating messages. You can really tell from reading these that your fans enjoy connecting with you."

KASUMI: "I know, right? You hit the nail right on the head. I must be the greatest school idol around to be getting so many messages like this."

AKI: "Uhh... Exactly?"

KASUMI: "Y-Yeah! *Giggle* Hearing you say it makes me so happy!"

Wait, she took that as certainty?

KASUMI: "Anyway, I'm not the type to sit on her butt and rest!
I need to work even harder and turn my fan club into a phenomenon that'll surpass both the Ai Pals and the Ayumu Uehara Fan Club!"

Why does it have to be a contest?

KASUMI: "I've been thinking... The main reason why membership is increasing so slowly is probably because people aren't aware of how marvelous my fan club is.
If I can spread the word more, I'm sure everyone will want to join! So I've come up with another brilliant idea."

AKI: "You have? Let's hear it!"

KASUMI: "I'm gonna write a song about how fun my fan club is and perform it at the Joint Solo Live Show!"

AKI: "A new song?"

KASUMI: "Yes the lyrics will be about all the different sides of my utterly adorable self you get to see if you join the fan club.
It might be a tall order, but I wanna make a song with my own lyrics that get the message across!"

AKI: "So this is something you wanna create with the members of your fan club, then.
Yeah, that sounds like a great idea!"

KASUMI: "I think so too! I'm asking you to help me out even more than you ever have before, Senpai!"

AKI: "Leave it to me, Kasumi. I'll give it everything I've got, so I'm counting on you to do the same!"

KASUMI: "Okay! Let's go all out! We'll have to do lots of training sleepovers at my house!"

AKI: "Um... Sure?"

KASUMI: "Really? You're the best, Senpai!"
