After a few days, the kagaya ubiyashiki told Yoriichi that he could join the corps again although he has to go to the final selection. He agreed immediately and left Y/n to Shinobu. He soon reached the mountain as there were teens joining. They are all random but he didn't mind them and finished the 7 days with ease. "Weak." Yoriichi said as the head of his recently beheaded demon disintegrates.

He soon returned back to the mountain to find that there were only 2 younger kids left. 'hmm? Just 3 of us?' Yoriichi thought as he left immediately after receiving a crow and picked an ore. He was on his way back to the butterfly mansion till he felt a feeling...the same feeling before.

"Michikatsu.." Yoriichi said then slowly turned to his brother. Kokushibo was traumatized, he couldn't believe what he was seeing. Good thing, Muzan wasn't looking at kokushibo's POV. "Nii-chan..." Yoriichi said. "I supposed it been along time brother for you..." Yoriichi said, kokushibo was so mad inside.

"You..you are supposed to be dead! I've killed you... What the fuck are you doing here?!" Kokushibo's voiced raced. Shouting at Yoriichi. "Well I suppose that I could finally beat you, and you die by my hands brother." Kokushibo said, only making Yoriichi sad. " Brother this isn't you, please come back. I do not wish to kill you but if I have too, I'll guess I'll have too, but the sun's rising so you better leave...." Yoriichi said in a depressing tone.

Kokushibo had no choice but to leave him, he would not win if suns up.

Yoriichi made his way back to the butterfly mansion. Only to meet Y/n following the butterflies around. Yoriichi could only smile at sight of her daughter playing around. " Ah your back Yoriichi-san! " Tanjiro said running towards him, followed by Y/n "Papa!" Y/n said as she hugged Yoriichi then was picked up by him.

"How are you Y/n?" Yoriichi calmly asked. "I've been great papa!" Yoriichi could only softly smile and lifted her up, letting y/n giggle. Tanjiro gently laughed at the sight. "It seems like she's very close to you Yoriichi-san!" Tanjiro said then Yoriichi let her down. " Aren't you supposed to be rehabilitation training?" Yoriichi said. "EH-" "TANJIRO GET BACK HERE!" Aoi shouted from the other room.

"Well, good luck I guess..." Yoriichi said then carried Y/n piggyback style. "AOI-SAN PLEASE LET ME HAVE A BREAK PLEASE!" Tanjiro's screaming was heard. "NO! YOU'LL HAVE TO TRAIN AGAIN!" Aoi scolded him a she dragged him by the ear.

"Ouch Ouch Ouch!" Yoriichi covered Y/n's ears as they both continued walking around the estate.

-15 day skip-

Yoriichi's sword had arrived and here's a short info of what happened :

"Hagenzuka-san! It's nice meeting you her-" "You! I am not here for you! Where's this 'Yoriichi Tsugunkuni?!'" Hagenzuka cut off Tanjiro as he marched towards Yoriichi, who's innocently playing with Y/n.

Hagenzuka gave handed him his sword and then Yoriichi opened it.

As soon as Yoriichi held it out, I changed into a deep black colour katana.

Hagenzuka again, was so upset that he didn't get a red blade.

Then chasing happened during the whole day, but Yoriichi was too fast for Hagenzuka.

• Did you know? Kokushibo couldn't even speak about Yoriichi to muzan, otherwise he would be scolded by letting him get away.

• Tanjiro had escaped training, but was caught by aoi again.

• Y/n spent the 7 days playing with Shinobu.
