Pranks

The three had their skates on so it was unfair.
"Will you two be staying at our place tonight as well?" I asked the two boys who both nodded their heads. Seeing as our house was the designated hangout spot, we always had movie nights because people were always at our house.

"Could you guys at least take our bags please. Seeing as your on rollerblades and we are walking, it would only seem fair." Connie asked with the puppy dog eyes and of course Guy said yes, and he immediately took the two bags that she was holding. Connie had that poor boy in a chokehold and she knew it. Charlie and Jesse groaned but agreed and took the multiple bags from out of my hands.

"Thank you boys." I smiled to them as they skated ahead of us because, again, they were much faster. Our house wasn't that far away so it didn't take too long for us to get back, but when we got home the three had already put our bags in my room and were huddled in the kitchen talking about something dumb.

We quietly walked inside and quickly hid behind the counter that they were standing at. I smiled at Connie and nodded my head at her. She nodded her head back and I put my hand up with three fingers up showing that I was gonna count down.

3..... 2..... 1.....
"BOO!!!" We yelled and jumped up from behind the counter. The boys screamed and each of them had fallen down to the ground.
"Oh your faces are priceless!" Connie managed to get out in between laughing and trying to breathe. I was laughing so hard that I had to lean on her shoulder in order not to end up on the ground with them.

"You two are so gonna pay for that." Jesse got up and started to chase us around the apartment.
"Connie, quickly!" I got her attention as we turned to run down the hallway and into my bedroom. We both got inside the room and made sure to lock the door before any of them could reach us. We locked the door just in time, as we heard the boys trying to knock it down.

"Leave us alone!" Connie and I leant on the door and sat down on the ground for extra support against them.
"Not until we get revenge!" Guy yelled back to her.
"Well then we might be here a while." I laughed and once I could feel that they had stopped trying to push the door in, I stood up and walked towards my wall.

"Maddi, what are you doing?" Connie asked me worriedly because she was still sitting on the ground and against the door. I walked over to my desk and looked over at the poster of the North-star players.

"How have I not told you this before? When Charlie and I were 7 we always wanted to stay up in each others rooms and talk but we were never allowed to so while Charlie distracted mom one day, I put a hole in the wall for us to crawl through when mom went to bed."

"She found out not long after it happened but loved that we were getting along and that we did it together so she let us keep it hoping we would fill it in or stop using it after a while. Well we still use it. And my guess is that in this moment Charlie has forgotten all about it."

I smiled and took the poster off the wall to reveal a hole leading right into Charlies room. All three of the boys were still at my door because as I said earlier, Charlie was to into trying to bask my door down, he forgot about the other way into my room.

Connie was smiling at me and was yelling back insults at the boys to make sure they were still at my door. I crawled through the hole and quietly made my way to Charlies bedroom door.
"Hey boys. Over here!" I yelled and before any of them could make their way to me, I had locked the door.

"Maddi that is not fair! You can not lock me out of my own room!" Charlie got annoyed but it just made Connie and I burst out into laughter.
"Maddi, how the hell did you do that?" Jesses was confused and questioned me through the door.

"I have secret passage ways all throughout the house. But this one is just a hole in the wall that Charlie and I always cover up with posters to make it look like it's not there." I explain to them and that almost seemed to confuse them even more.

I walked away from the door and back to my room before an idea popped into my head.
"Connie, I'm gonna go out the window and up the fire escape. So I'm gonna get you to close the window and then unlock both of the doors." I whispered to her and she agreed with a smirk. We loved messing around with the three of them.

I managed to open my window without making any noise and quickly climb out of the hole. Connie came over and waited for me to climb up to the roof. Once I gave her the thumbs up, Connie closed the window and made sure that she did it without any noise. I hear her yell out to the boys that we forfeit and that she was going to unlock both of the doors.

She unlocked the boys door first and then crawled back through the wall to unlock my own bedroom door.
"Wait, where the hell did my sister go?" Charlie walked into my room and noticed that I was nowhere to be found in either of the bedrooms.

"I'm not to sure. One second she was there and the next she was literally gone. I didn't even hear her leave." I didn't realize how well she could lie. I definitely owe her after this. I was hanging my head over the edge so that I could hear the conversation better.

"Oh c'mon Connie, she was just here. This room is not that big so you must know where she went." I'm pretty sure that was Jesse but I couldn't really hear anything seeing as I was on the roof.
"What a bet she's out here?"

Guy pulled the window open which made a very loud sound because of how fast he did it and I quickly pulled away from the edge so that he didn't see me. I took a deep breathe and made sure that I did not make a noise.
"You think she opened the window? It's a pretty loud noise and I told you I didn't hear anything. Besides you would have heard it from out there as well."

Connie explained and managed to get Guy away from the window. I let out the breathe that I was holding and once I knew all of the boys are out of the room I climbed back down the ladder and knocked on my window.

Connie looked at me and just laughed. She opened the window again, making sure to be cautious and not to make any noise so that I could climb back in.
"They are so going to kill you later." Connie smiled at me causing both of us to chuckle. I nodded my head and decided that we should probably go back out to the living room. We walked out of my room and noticed the three boys sitting on the couch watching a movie.

"Hey boys. Haven't see you three in a while." I smirked and jumped over the back of the couch so that I was sitting in between Charlie and Jesse.
"Yeah we can talk about that later. Let's just watch the movie." I've definitely annoyed Charlie enough over the past few weeks.
