The world's most popular hero. All Might!

Age unknown. Quirk unidentified.

He broke onto the hero scene and was an immediate hit, thanks to his abilities.

Ever since he appeared, crime rates have drastically decreased.

His very existence, a deterrent for many would‐be villains. The world's a safer place. They don't just call him the Symbol of Peace. It's what he is. And this pillar of justice said to me: "Young man. You Too Can become a hero" I needed someone to tell me that. And then... The person I admire most in this world did. Honestly. Part of me never thought I'd hear those words. Much less from him.'

"I deem you worthy of my power. My Quirk is yours to inherit." Izuku gasps "uh? Wait. What do you mean inherit? Inherit what?" AllMight laughs "You should see your face right now. Don't worry, I'm not gonna force this thing on you." How do you even Inherit a quirk? "Listen well, young man. This is your choice. Do you wanna accept my awesome power or not?" Wh‐What is he talking about? "There are a couple things you should know about my abilities." Allmight continues to talk about his quirk and I am sitting on the floor listening. Then he said the name of his power. One For All One. For. All It sounds... Funny

"I was on a long hunt for a worthy successor. And then, I watched you jump into action as the rest of us stood idly by. You may just be a Quirkless fanboy. But you tried to save that kid. You acted like a hero." Izuku started to cry again "Seriously! You gotta stop cryin' so much if you want my Quirk. Come on, kid." Izuku stood up and said "Okay, I'll do it. Yes!" "No reluctance. That's exactly how I figured you'd respond." I still sat on the floor too lazy to get up. "Hey Izu could you help-" I see them walking away together. "I- did he just leave me here".

"Ok See you in 2 days Allmight" "Goodbye young Midoriya". "Wow, That just really happened to me, oh yeah Ben you ready-. Hu? Ben?, where did you go?" "I'M STILL OVER HERE," I say waving my hand to him. "I- why are you still on the floor?" He ran towards me. "I was too lazy to stand," I say as he helps me up. "Well let's go, I'm starving, '' I say as I walk towards his house.

5:56 P.M

"Hey Mom, I'm home," Izuku says, opening his door. "Hey Aunty Inko," I say, taking off my shoes "Oh hey boys, how was your day," she asks from the kitchen. "It was good mom" "yeah it was fine, hey aunty whatcha making'' I say walking towards her. "I'm making some fish" "Yes," I say in delight. "Well it should be finished in about 30 minutes so why don't you go get freshened up and into so comfy clothes it should be ready when you are done" "Ok," me and Izuku say at the same time. "You go first I'm going to call my dad to see how he is doing" "Ok". Izuku walks into the bathroom and I walk into his room. I call my dad "Hey kid" "Hi dad hows is work going so far" "Nothing much, how was school" "It was fine, boring as always but fine" "Good to hear, You're staying at your friend's house tonight right" "Yep in his house now" "ok, I have to go" " ok dad love you" "Love you too." and the call ends.

After the showers, I and Izuku go sit at the Dinner table with Inko. "Thank you so much Aunty" "No problem Benjamin" "Thank you for the food," we all say at the same time then start eating. After one bite of it, I thought I was in heaven. "Aunty this is amazing" "Yeah mom that is good" "Why, thank you boys I did exactly the way Miles told me to"

After dinner, I and Izuku sat in the living room watching the little mermaid. "Damn I am so tired," I say yawning "Yeah me too I think I'm going to head to bed" "Alright Night Izu" "Night Ben"

April 9th

6:30 A.M

"Hey, Hey, Hey it's pretty comfy up here on this fridge," Allmight says as me and him sit on a big fridge. "Yea I could sleep up here," I say laying down a little. "how are you doing down there?". Izuku struggles to try to pull the fridge "People move these every day, y'know. And most of them don't even have any super strength." Allmight says to the boy. "Well, yeah, but...There's an extra 600 pounds with you sitting on top of it... Pulse Ben so that would be like 610 pounds" I sit up quickly "Boy I aint that skinny look at me I'm pretty muscular," I say flexing my non-existent muscles

"Nah, I've lost weight, so I'm down to 560 these days. In this form, at least.". "Great, much better," Izuku says, looking around him. "Why do you have me dragging trash across the beach, anyway?" "yea and so early to *Yawns* You know that this needs its rest to look amazing," I say gesturing to my face. Allmight just laughs while taking pictures of Izuku. "Take a look at yourself. You're not ready for my power." Izuku does a loud gasp "But I thought you said that I was worthy!" and he starts to yell. "I'm talking about your weak body. My Quirk, One For All, is a whole lot to handle. The combined physical abilities of everyone who's ever used it creates a hurricane of pure force. An unprepared body can't fully inherit it. Your arms and legs would shoot off if you tried to." That's terrifying "Seriously? Okay. So this whole trash thing is really some kind of hardcore gym workout. And... you're my trainer." "You got it. But there's another reason, too. I did a little online research yesterday. Turns out this part of the beach used to be beautiful, but it's been a total mess for the last few years." "Oh yeah you're right, Because of the ocean currents, anything that's dropped in the water ends up here." I say jumping off the fridge. "People take advantage of that when they're illegally dumping their trash. Now, all the locals avoid this place." Izuku said, I walked and stood next to him.

"Things were different before Quirks. Service was what mattered. Back then, heroes were those who helped the community. Even if it was kinda boring. You will restore the coastline for this entire section of the beach." Allmight then crushes the fridge "That is the first step on your path, young man. Towards being a hero."

"Um... All this?" Izuku said, looking around. I laugh "Ha! Good luck with that Izuku. I got things to do and places to be and this is not where I am supposed to be so Good luck and I will see you at school on Monday ok, ok see yall later" With that, I walked away and went to my house.

I would Watch Izuku train and encourage him to work but one day something amazing happened.

February 10th

"My milkshake brings all the boys to the years and they're like it's better than yours damn right, it's better than yours I Could teach you but I'd have to charge, my Milksh- '' I shut off my alarm.

I stretched and popped my back "ooh that felt nice" I got up and put on my blue bunny slippers.

I walk into the kitchen to see dad sitting at the table "Morning" I say walking into the kitchen to get some coffee. "Morning" "Did you just wake up," I ask he nods. "Me too" I sat down with my cup of coffee and a plate of pancakes. "How was work last night" "It was ok nothing happened" "cool," I say taking a sip of coffee. When I tried to put the cup down It would let go of my hand. I struggled for a second until dad said something. "Ben just put the cup down" "I'm trying," I say still struggling. "Help me," I say pleading. Dad grabs the cup and tries to pull it off. Nothing. I grab his arm for stability but that hand gets stuck too. "What the hell" "Benjamin let go" "I'm trying" Then I felt a sneeze coming up. "Ah... Ah... Ahchoow" I sneeze and bubbles were created and my hands detached from the cup and his arm. We just looked at each other. "Quirk doctor?" "Quirk doctor." We rushed to the doctor to get me tested.

"Look here you developed your quirk later in life, and there was a chance of this happening so there's nothing wrong, but we do need to give it a name and the doctors called it. Spider Pop, Now I don't like that personally but that's just me. Anyways heres a summery of your quirk, You can read it and try it out at your own time" The doctor hands us a small stack of papers with my quirk description in it.

When we walked out of the doctor's I immediately started to celebrate. "YES! YES! YES! I FINALLY HAVE MY QUIRK I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS, DAD CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS, THIS IS AMAZING" I say jumping around in happiness. I couldn't stay still because of all of the joy I was feeling. I got in the car and we drove home. When we got in the house dad immediately hugged me "I'm proud of you kid".

After I rushed to my room to text Izuku, I remember that he was training so I decided to text someone else. Kacchan. I text him that I was going to his house and he texted back and said no. I ignored it and ran to his house. "Bye, dad I'm heading over to a friend's house for a little," I said, getting my shoes on "Ok be safe" "I will." I ran out of the house.

When I got to his house I Was out of breath. I knocked at the door and Miskuni answered it. "Oh hi Ben what brings you to hear," she asked, bringing me inside. "I wanted to show kacchan something," I say. "yea he's in his room". "Thank you," I say going to knock on his door. but before I could I heard a voice say. "What are you doing" I turn around to see Kacchan with wet hair, Naked with a towel draped over his waist. I look at him looking down to see that he is naked. I yelp and cover my face. "O my god I am so sorry I- I-" "shut up let me get changed," he said pushing me out of the way walking into his room. When he was done he walks out. "I told you not to come here. but since you're here, what do you need if it's something stupid I'm going to punch you," he said looking at me. "Oh right," I grab his wrist and drag him outside."Oi what are you doing?" He said but we were already outside. "I want to show you something" "Alright go and make it quick. I have friends coming over and I don't want to be seen with a quirkless loser like you"." ok" I then shoot a web at a small can and put it in my hand. "I got my quirk," I said with a smile. "What, i- How your Quirkless-" "Na-a-a I said there was a possibility that I was going to be a late bloomer, and looks like I was right". "ok... Is that all you can do," he said. "Nope I can do so much more- ah-ah-ah chow '' I have bubbles come off of me. "I can make bubbles come off of me," I say smiling. "Cool, was that all?" he said. "IS THAT ALL, that's all you have to say" "I mean it's nothing that can beat me so there's nothing to be excited for," he said. "Fine give me your arm" I touch his arm and I stick to it. "See I can stick to things," I say looking at him. "alright now let go" "oh umm about that" "YOU DUMB ASS ARE YOU SERIOUS" "I'M SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS GOING TO GET STUCK! Wait hold up" I say about to sneeze "DON'T SNEEZE ON ME" Kacchan yells trying to get as far back as possible.

I sneezed and I was able to let go. I Was going to say something beeped. It was Kacchan's phone saying "Hey I need you to leave now my friends are almost here" "Alright I will see you later Kacchan" but he didn't look up from his phone. I started to make my way toward the beach to show Izuku.

"Heyyy Izu, Allmight how's the training going on," I say sitting on a tier. "Good, I'm just on a rest right now," Izuku says, laying down on the floor. "Greate I have something to show you," I say walking to Izuku. He gets up and asks what it was. Then I shot a web at Allmights phone and swung it back into my hand. "Pretty cool isn't it," I say with a proud smile on my face. "THAT WAS AMAZING WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO," Izuku said with excitement. As I was showing my quirk, AllMight was deep in thought. 'So I was right, he's back, If he is he probably has no memory of anything' "Hey AllMight here's your phone back sorry" I say handing his phone back to him. "Oh Thank you, Young Benjamin," He says, taking it from me. I and Izuku go back to talking before AllMight says something. "Hey, Benjamin" we turn our heads to look at him. "Yes AllMight"

"You remind me of someone I once knew"

"Oh, really who?" "An old friend I had when I was in UA, was one of the bravest people I knew, though he would get into some trouble with the teacher and public, he wouldn't let anything bother him. He was one of the people who kept me smiling through the hard times."

"That's amazing AllMight, so is he like a small pro right now or something?" I ask him. I and Izuku are now sitting on the floor wanting to listen to him.

"Sadly no, he passed in a battle when we were 17." "Oh I'm sorry for your lost" "it's fine he knew that that battle would be his last one so he made everything before that as happy as he could, he left me with some amazing memories."

"Oh well that's nice, anyways I should get going, you do have a lot of training to do Izu and I don't want to interrupt that," I say standing up. "Oh, yea well bye Ben" "Goodbye young Benjamin" "See ya" and I walk back home.

February 26th

6:10 A.M

It was the day of the exams, I was walking to the beach to see how Izuku was doing. As I was walking there I ran AllMight. "Oh hey AllMight" "Hey kid." "Hey, can I get a ride" "yea hop in."

When we got to the beach we heard Izuku screaming. He was standing on top of all the trash. 'Wow he actually did it' "Hey, hey, holy crap, kid. You even cleaned up outside the area I told you to. Seriously... There's not one speck of trash left on this beach. Only a few minutes to spare.". AllMight continued to prize Izuku. I walked to where they were and just listened.

"EAT THIS" I head swung to make sure I heard that correctly. He has to eat a piece of hair!?

"To inherit my power, you've got to swallow some of my DNA, that's how it works." 'that's disgusting' "This isn't exactly how I imagined it." "C'mon, there's no time. You'll be late for the exam." I started chanting "‐‐Eat. Eat. Eat!" He actually did it. "Now you need to get going. We need to eat something." "Oh your Right come on Ben" "Coming"

"Ha we made it just in time," I said breathing heavily. "Are you really out of breath" "Oh I'm sorry Mr trains for 10 months to swallow some hair I had things to do instead of training" "really like what" "Like sleeping or eating, heck even watching dateLine" "Really" "Yes really, now come on"

"Stupid Deku." Great "Kacchan" "Heyyy Kacchan." "Get out of my way, now, before I set you both on fire." "Well good morning to you jackass" "Um, let's just all do our best out there, okay? Good luck!" Kacchan just walks past us. Ever since the sludge villain attacked Kacchan has been taking it easier on me.

We continued to walk, and I was walking behind him. Then he tripped. I grabbed the end of his bag so he didn't hit the floor but then we both got lifted off the floor. "Heh. Are you okay?" A girl said. "I stopped you with my Quirk." She then deactivates it and we land on the floor. "Thanks," I say, letting go of Izuku. "I'm sorry I didn't

ask first. But.. I figured you wouldn't mind me catching you. Isn't this all, like, way nerve‐racking?" she says trying to start a conversation. I dint answer her but Izuku... tried "Uh, I, uh..." Yes, Izuku she understands you "Well, guess I'll see you inside." She says walking off.''Bye" "See ya." "Holy whoa, I just talked to a girl!" Izuku says and he started to laugh. "No, you just stuttered and stared at her," I say walking in front of him. "Oh, Hey wait up"

When we walked inside we went to our seats. I, unfortunately, had to sit in between Izuku and Kacchan. "What's up, UA candidates? Thanks for tunin' in to me, your school DJ. C'mon. And lemme hear ya!"

*Cricket noises*

"Wow, the tough crowd" I mutter. "Keeping it mellow, huh? That's fine, I'll skip straight to the main show. Let's talk about how this practice exam is gonna go down, okay? Are you ready? Yeah!" "not even a clap wow" I mutter more and Izuku mutters with me. "Will you two shut up" We immediately did. "Like your application said, today you rockin' boys and girls will be out there conducting ten‐minute mock battles in super‐hip urban settings. Gird your loins, my friends. After I drop the mic here, you'll head to your specified battle center, sound good?" Still silent "Okay?" "I see. They're splitting us up so we can't work with any of our friends." Kacchan says. "Aww man, and I was looking to beat your ass" "Shut the hell up."

"Okay, okay, let's check out your targets. There are three types of faux villains in every battle center. You'll earn points based on their level of difficulty, so better choose wisely. Your goal in this trial is to use your Quirk to raise your score by shredding these faux villains like a mid‐song guitar solo. But, check it! Make sure you're keep'n things heroic. Attacking other examinees is a UA no‐no, ya dig?" A kid with blue hair stands up and a spotlight goes over him. " Excuse me, sir, but I have a question." "Hit me!" "On the printout, you've listed four types of villains. Not three. With all respect, if this is an error on official UA materials, it is shameful." "dam does he have as tick up his as or something" I mutter. "We are exemplary students. We expect the best from Japan's most notable school. A mistake such as this won't do." He then turns towards me and Izuku. "Additionally, you with the unkempt hair. Huh? You've been muttering this entire time" then he points at me. "And you, with the unformal hair, You are also muttering and you also have been using unneeded languages, If either you can't bother to take this seriously, leave. You're distracting the rest of us." "All right, all right. Examinee number 7‐1‐1‐1. Thanks for calling in with your request." Mic kept talking "Unformal hair, I'll show you something unformal rich boy" I mutter about to stand up but Izuku and kacchan grab my arms to keep me down. "You dumb ass you're going to get yourself kicked out if you try anything" "Yea Ben it's not a good idea". I sit down. "Fine". "That's all I got for you today. I'll sign off with a little present. We leave to get changed into clothes for fighting. "Well good luck izuku," I say patting his back "Yea" "I will meet up with you after the exam maybe we can get some ramen" "Sounds nice" "Alright see ya" "Bye"

"I'm a little shaken up but everything is fine. I'm fine. Izuku is going to be fine everything is fine " "Hey You good there" I jump a little. I turn around to see a girl with pink skin, pink hair, and raccoon-like eyes. "Umm yea just a little shaken up that's all" "Well everything is going to be fine" she slightly hits my shoulder "ow" "by the way I'm Mina Ashido" "Nice to meet you Ashido, Im Ben" "Nice to meet you too Ben, I Wish you luck" "You too"
