All Might stood in front of the hero comity higher ups and was being given his orders by them.

"All Might, we know you do good hero work on our behalf and for the country. However, there is an individual in Musutafu that keeps stirring up too much trouble. Now ordinarily we would send officers or someone lower down the ratings to deal with them but this kind of vigilantism is nearly as bad as the hero killer. Now we are not asking you to kill him, just give him an understanding of why you are the Symbol of Peace. Then once it's over, bring him in. Vigilantism is a crime and he should be punished." One member of the board stated. Another then immediately spoke afterwards.

"He is causing more and more issues. His presence causes escalation. Pretty soon it will be an arms race and power struggle we will be hopelessly outmatched in. We understand you have tried to get him to step down multiple times but this cannot continue. Not anymore." She said with a stern voice. 

"She is right." A man in a white business suit with black hair said. "The arms race and power struggle will cause unnecessary deaths and we will all lose money. Lots of it." He said the last part quieter. All Might then finally spoke.

"I understand but he is not so easily defeated. He isn't just any ordinary person. He won't let me take him alive and his methods are too violent."

"Well then, it appears there's only one course of action. Do what ya gotta do." The man in white said.

"Very well." All Might replied, taking his leave. After he had been gone a while, the man in white spoke to the others and a monitor turned on to reveal All for One.

"There we go everyone, problem solved. That guy will believe anything if you make it sound like it will be heroic. About time the Bat is being dealt with, Cobblepot has been up my ass about this ever since he jumped on his trail. He's also been interfering with my drug production for too long and costing everyone here lots of money to keep going. Not no more, the Bat will not be a problem anymore and our empire will control all crime and then the cops too."

"Well done Roman Sionis, I believe this partnership will be a success. And with the fight, there is a chance at least one of them will be killed and we will have fewer bugs to worry about." All for One said, congratulating the man in white who was revealed to be Roman Sionis. A drug lord and crime boss who goes by the alias Black Mask. Other members of the board included politicians, the Commissioner of the Musutafu police, other rich secret mob bosses and All for One himself. All corrupt but not known to All Might or any other heroes.

Back at UA

Izuku is in the Batcave constructing and modifying his gadgets after All Might's words the other night when encountering Mr Freeze. Due to the increased amount of cold temperatures he endured, he had to alter his gadgets so that temperature would not be a factor in their efficiency. Some of his fabulous toys didn't have that problem but he wasn't as prepared as he should have been, something he would keep in mind for the future. He was finishing up on his disruption rifle when he heard the police radio on the Batcomputer which had tuned in to the frequency without them knowing.

"Attention all units, the Commissioner has put out an arrest warrant for Batman. Says something about the hero committee wanting rid of him. He also said something about getting All Might involved so give any information you have on him to All Might."

"Copy that, getting fliers and wanted poster ready now."

'Great,' Izuku thought, 'that's all I needed. Well, it's not as if  I'm a stranger to this. But All Might said that he'd come for me and take me down. Well then, better not disappoint him.'

"Batcomputer." He said clearly, activating the voice recognition.

"Online." The computer simply replied.

"Activate Babel contingency plan: Symbol. Authorisation: Batman."

"Confirmed, preparing contingency." While everything was being prepared, Izuku put on his Batsuit, did some weight lifting and exercise prepare himself and developed a few last minute gadgets which may help.

Later:

Izuku was stood armoured head to toe, ready for All Might. He was itching for him to dare show after everything that has happened between the two of them. He won't give up and All Might knows that. Batman was stood next to a flood light on a rooftop in his battle armour as he grabbed a lever and activated the light. Now, a giant Bat symbol was projected into the clouds as rain violently threw itself down and the Dark Knight. 

"Come get me you son of a bitch." He said, waiting for All Might and staring into the sky, fuelled by anger and a desire to bring vengeance.

Meanwhile at UA dorms:

Kyoka walked into the room to find Bakugo sat on the sofa with Kirishima, Momo, Mina and Tokoyami. They were watching Pokémon together until Kyoka interrupted.

"Sorry to bother you guys but have you seen Izu anywhere?" She asked.

"No, I thought you were sucking his face or something." Bakugo said, kind of rudely.

"I'm serious guys, I haven't seen him all day and I'm a bit worried. He usually tells me he's going or leaves a note."

"Don't worry Jiro, I'm sure he will be around somewhere or out doing his thing to criminals." Momo said, reassuring her and being the good friend that she is.

"Yeah exactly what she said." Mina added. "You shouldn't worry about dark and broody, you'll find him around here somewhere."

"Found him." Tokoyami said in his ever monotonous tone. Then Dark Shadow decided to emerge. "Yeah, he's right there on the TV. Also where's my apple pie Fumikage?" Dark Shadow said this last part turning back to the boy he is stuck with.

"You'll get your apple pie when you fix my damn door." Kyoka then told both of them to shut up and focused back on the news.

"Oh god what is he doing?" She asked. "Every cop and hero is after him. Especially All Might!" Jiro yelled with panic.

"Oh crap. He isn't. He isn't. Please tell me he isn't doing this." Bakugo repeated to himself.

Back at the Batsignal:

A news helicopter passed overhead and the light briefly shone over Batman. The rain pattering heavily on his suit, awaiting the man who was meant to either kill or arrest him. Neither was going to happen. As expected though, All Might arrived and stood only a few meters away from Batman. Thunder rumbled and lightning struck in the distance as the two stared each other down. Neither moved, neither spoke. Just a glare and clenched fists.

"Give up before I'm forced to do something I really don't want to." All Might said, finally breaking the silence and walking towards Batman. Batman then replied while slightly reaching behind himself to his utility belt.

"I'll give you one chance. Walk away, before all your fans see you embarrassed. Because that's all you big shots care about right?"

"I'm a hero, you're a vigilante. My orders from the hero committee are to either take you in or eliminate you."

"Last chance." Batman warned, tightly gripping the gadget he held.

"You brought this on yourself. Just remember that we didn't have to do this." All Might declared, he started to run towards Batman and reared his fist back.

"Sure we do." Batman replied, throwing some explosive batarangs straight at All Might who managed to barely avoid them as Batman grappled up to the wall and immediately to another in order to avoid a Texas Smash. Mid grapple, he batclawed onto All Might, pulling himself towards him and delivering a kick which caused him to stumble back and set off one of the traps. Some small devices appeared from the ground and released high pitched sonic screeches, disorientating the large man. The screeches were too much for him to handle so All Might collapsed to the floor clenching his ears.

"You and the other heroes target me because of your sense of justice and the authority. But they only want me dead because I'm an embarrassment in their eyes. Because I can do what they can't and what other heroes don't do. What kind of authority is that?" All Might simply replied by punching the ground and creating a shockwave that destroyed the sonic devices, knocked Batman off his feet and blew the news helicopters back a bit.

"It doesn't matter what you think child. It is up to the committee to decide who operates against crime. It's their world and they won't stand for you anymore. If it isn't me then they will just send another hero." Batman slowly rose back up from his back and to his knees, grabbing his batclaw.

"Really? Who do they send after you?" He asked coldly and then fired his bat law only for it to be caught and pulled. All Might took a swing at him but Batman managed to somehow avoid it and land behind him while activating the hydraulics in his suit. Just as All Might turns around, he is hit with a punch more powerful than any smack down The Rock had ever laid, instantly flooring him.

As soon as All Might got up Batman rushed at him and attacked with various punches and kicks to the body with only some being blocked. One punched travelled straight to All Might's face and broke his nose, making him bleed. He could feel the blood mix with the cold rain as both ran down his face. Deciding he'd had enough, he grabbed Batman's neck, lifted him up and punched him down and straight though multiple stories of the building they were stood on. Batman landed harshly on the floor, a deep pain running through his body as he felt his back impact the floor and the bruises beginning to form. His chest armour had become dented and had it not been for said armour, he may have died. Just as he was struggling up, All Might landed next to him, he was picked up and thrown through a wall into the empty streets as the storm raged on.

"Stay down. If I really wanted you dead, I would have done it already." All Might declared, stepping out from the destroyed wall. News helicopter flashlights illuminated the two symbols as their fight raged on. Thunder and lightning became stronger with each passing moment and rain threw itself harder to match. Batman took the opportunity to throw two batarangs at the lights on the helicopters, disabling them and warning them to go away. After the bulbs were taken out, they retreated as expected but All Might came seemingly out of nowhere and got Batman in a bear hug from behind. Using his elbows, he broke free and turned to punch All Might but their fists connected, releasing a minor shockwave. Unfortunately, All Might capitalised and threw Batman through a street light. As he attempted to get up, he pressed a button on his utility belt, causing a noise in the distance which caught All Might's attention as he saw what came around a corner to greet him.

All Might was sent back through a building and onto the next street over. He looked to where he was shot, expecting to find blood but to his surprise, it was a rubber bullet. Unfortunately for him though, he took too long analysing the situation and was struck full force when the Batmobile ran straight into him, pinning him against a wall with the afterburner engaged. Thinking quickly, he grabbed the sides of the Batmobile and swung it into the side of a building repeatedly then threw it onto the floor like it was nothing. The vehicle was now upside down and All Might's large fist punched the car in half as if it was made of paper. To his surprise though, the car was empty but there was a small spherical object. He reached out and grabbed it but once it was touched, the orb released a red mist that caused him to drop to his knees, coughing and feeling his power fluctuate. The device was a temporary quirk disabler that worked by releasing it in a gaseous form. As All Might was on his knees coughing and reverting back to his regular form, Batman emerged from the shadows nearby.

"Breathe it in." All Might could feel his strength leaving him as Batman talked to him. "That's fear. You think that you're brave Toshinori? You're not brave." This struck a nerve as Toshinori summoned the strength in his frail and bony body to stand and throw a punch. However, the punch was blocked perfectly and with little to no effort by Batman who didn't even take his eyes off him for a second. He stared into Toshinori's eyes and uttered  a few more words to him.

"Men are brave." Toshinori stared in disbelief which turned to frustration as he then tried to attack with more punches. This proved a mistake though as Batman blocked each one effortlessly and retaliated on the fifth with a headbutt. This stunned All Might temporarily but he then had the wind knocked out of him by a spinning back kick but enhanced by the hydraulics of the suit, sending him flying back 34ft. All Might rolled on the floor until he finally came to a harsh stop after hitting a street light back first. After a few seconds, he could start to feel strength coming back to him. He could feel One for All returning and flowing through him again.

Batman finally reached All Might who laid on the ground but when he reached out, his hand was grabbed and was met with All Might returning to his buff form and delivering a flurry of hard punches. The amount of power and accuracy of the attacks were starting to break down his armour. Batman knew he had to do something quickly but needed separation. Thankfully, All Might punched him so hard he was sent into the air but not so thankfully, he used his incredible speed to catch up mid air for a follow up attack. Batman was punched repeatedly as All Might spun around like a tornado repeatedly striking then elbowing him down into an abandoned construction site. Batman fell through an unfinished structure onto the ground but soon moved when he saw some support beams coming straight towards him. Thinking quickly, he rolled and flipped out of the way of them to avoid being hit. Batman then stood at the end of one of the beams as he saw All Might coming straight towards him with his arms crossed.

"California Smash!" He yelled but was stopped on a dime when the metal beam was kicked up at his face, knocking him into a wrecking ball. Batman followed close behind, throwing batarangs at the chain to release it and strike All Might with the ball. As he came around for another attack, All Might used a Texas Smash to shatter the chain and throw the wrecking ball at Batman who flipped out of the way in between two steam rollers. He gripped the large rolling parts of both and slammed them against one another to use the rollers as weapons. The two starred each other down one last time before they charged again, Batman swung his weapons for one to be blocked but the other connected. All Might put his hands up to guard as both rollers came at his sides and shattered on impact. He lowered to one knee, weakened from the strikes bu as soon as Batman tried a follow up attack, he punched him straight into the streets again.

Batman was getting frustrated and angry. It was time to finish this. All Might came charging at him with a flurry of punches. The two then locked themselves in a loop of punch then counter, neither giving due to their determination and pure will. 

"I bet that Shimura taught you that you mean something." Batman says as he continues to counter the blows of the One for All user. Right now, helicopters with news crew were arriving once again to record the action. "My parents taught me a different lesson. Dying in the gutter, for no reason at all..." Batman then ducked one of All Might's punches, punched and broke his elbow, kicked and broke his knee and then finally, punched his weak point on his left side as hard as he can. All Might let out a scream of pure agony as he clenched his side and fell to the floor, some blood coming from his mouth. "They taught me the world only makes sense if you force it to." All Might tried for one final time to rise up but was met with a swift boot to the face which burst his lip open and caused it to begin swelling.

The helicopters were still present in the sky, thunder and lightning stained the sky and the rain bled from the clouds all over the city. Everyone watching the news was in shock at what they had just whitnessed. The Symbol of Peace had been defeated. Not only that, but he was bleeding and broken. Batman walked slowly over to All Might and lifted him up, dragging him over to some steps nearby. He sat him down on them and then looked him straight in the eye.

"I didn't have to go easy on you All Might. I want you to remember that and I wanted to remind you to stay out of my way. In all your years to come in your most private moments, I want you to remember the one man who beat you." And then, smoke filled the air from behind Batman and he vanished. 

AN - Hey guys, hope you enjoyed this chapter. Tension and tension building between these two. Anyway, I will try update this and my other stories as much as possible or whenever I can but I have upcoming exams so I can't give set chapter release dates but it doesn't seem to bother you when I upload anyway so oh well.
