"I'm close to Penguin's arms dealer's location. If I drop onto a roof nearby I can observe the deal, catch them in the middle of it and get my answers." Izuku said on his communication device as he jumped out of the Batwing and glided in the city sky, casting a shadow of fear below.

"Mr Midoriya, I urge you to come back here. All Might will have this handled without much trouble." Nezu said, trying to get Izuku to listen.

"I'm taking down Freeze, that's all there is to it. Just keep him out of my way. He can do things his way, I'll do it my way." Batman landed on a rooftop overlooking the dock, crouching down and concealing himself in the shadows to better observe the deal. The waves crashed against the docks and rain poured down everywhere. The streets stained with water and crime. Pipes creaking from pressure, droplets pattering against glass and rust tainting structures. Just like how crime had tainted the city and even the world. For the time being though, his prey was the unfortunate criminals trying to deal weapons in his city. And somehow Freeze had a connection to it. If Batman had a guess at what type of weapons they were, there'd only be one guess.

As the time came closer for the deal to take place, Batman grappled up to the arm of a crane, well above where some trucks were pulling up. He took out a collapsible rifle and aimed down the sight. This was his disruption rifle. Batman switched the ammo from tracking to sound device. Once ready and when he saw all members of the deal exit their vehicles, he took a shot which silently landed on the rim of one of the trucks. He then put away the disruption rifle, kept himself perched on the crane and observed from the darkness. He then tuned his comms to the correct frequency to hear what is happening. 

"So, where are the weapons?" One thug asked, getting impatient already.

"Woah, woah, woah. Slow down there. We ain't showing anything till we see the money."

"I ain't doing business with someone unless I know they have goods."

"You calling Penguin a liar?" Then, all of Penguin's goons reached to their sides and gripped their pistols.

"No. I just like to know what I'm getting into. How about this, we both show at the same time and no blood."

"Sounds fair." Both revealed their items. The buyers showed their money and Penguin's men showed off the weapons. It was as Batman suspected, cryogenic weapons like Freeze's ice cannon. He had everything to put them behind bars so he quickly took some photos and sent them to the cops. That was when he heard the police radio go off.

"All units, we got an anonymous tip about a weapons deal going down. Any available units head to the docks to intercept." The police dispatch said over the radio.

"Come in dispatch, not gonna be able to respond tonight. We got a hell of a lot of villains out here and a bunch of ice." An officer replied.

"Copy that. Reassigning to a pro hero. All Might is enroute to the deal now if anyone wants to clean up afterwards."

'Damn, that won't give me much time.' Izuku thought to himself. 

Batman threw some batarangs down towards the tires of the vehicles, letting the air out in a snake like hiss. This frightened all of the criminals who pulled out their guns and started shooting at the tires. But when they stopped, nothing. They all turned to each other out of worry but quickly turned to face a window that just shattered so the started shooting again. While they were in a frenzy of panic, Batman snuck up behind and quietly took out 2 of them. Fortunately there was only 8 so just 6 more to go. Once they were unconscious, he retreated back into the shadows. The remaining thugs turned to find the 2 unconscious bodies and tried to make a run for it. Unfortunately for them though, this was what Batman wanted.

Three of the criminals headed through an abandoned building holding their guns in their hands and frantically running. They eventually stopped in the middle of a room to catch their breath. Suddenly, they heard creaking above them and unloaded all their bullets into the ceiling which just opened up and let rain pour in. The three were now very on edge. Just then a hand came up and grappled one by the ankle and pulled him straight through the floor. The other two jumped back and ran deeper into the abandoned building and to another room. They stopped once again and aimed their guns around even though they were empty. One of them pointed their gun to a dark area and would soon come to regret it. A bolt of lightning shot through the sky, illuminating the darkness for a split second and in that split second a masked demon was coming straight for him:

The other turned once he heard the scream and tried to run once again but was stopped when a wire wrapped around his throat and yanked him back over into the shadows screaming for help. But none came.

Back down at the trucks, the remaining three were breaking into the weapon crates to retrieve the cryo guns. The three were now armed with the power to turn even Endeavour into an ice cube. They wouldn't get much time to prepare though as almost immediately some micro flash bangs went off in their faces. Batman dropped down on one and then lifted them up with him and threw them into an electrical fixture which sent shocks all through the body but non lethally. The other two had recovered from the flash bangs and took aim as they powered up their ice cannons. Batman rushed to one however and jumped on their shoulders. The other fired and Batman flipped off, safely avoiding the blast and incapacitating another opponent without even trying. There was one left and he charged his gun up again to fire but Izuku threw a batarang at the tank containing the cryo fluid which cute into the tanks and engulfed the criminal's lower body in ice. Izuku then snapped the actual gun itself, grabbed them by the throat and forced them against a wall.

"The weapons came from Freeze right? Why is he giving Penguin weapons like this?" Batman asked, let's say calmly but we know it was anything but calm.

"Freeze didn't give us them... th-they came f-from Gothcorp..."

"You're lying! Gothcorp doesn't make weapons."

"W-what... no... Gothcorp I swear!"

"Tell me the truth!"

"THAT IS ENOUGH. YOU GOT YOUR ANSWER." Another voice came from behind. It was All Might and he placed a hand on Izuku's shoulder as he tried to get him to ease up. However, Batman responded by grabbing him with the other arm and doing a shoulder throw, sending the Symbol of Peace into a truck. The criminal took this as his chance to try escape but Batman threw a brick without even looking and knocked him out.

All Might stood up after pulling himself out of the truck he hit.

"I'm getting sick of this All Might. I told you to stay out of my way." Batman said, turning to leave.

"WE NEED TO SPEAK, NOW." All Might replied, all matter of fact unlike his usual self.

"I'm working." Batman replied, now walking away.

"THIS ISN'T UP FOR DEBATE. I'M HERE FOR ONE REASON. YOU NEED TO SHUT ALL THIS DOWN NOW. THE HERO COMITY HAS HAD ENOUGH OF YOU AND YOU NEED TO GO." This caught Batman's attention.

"Or what?"

"OR I'LL SHUT IT DOWN FOR YOU." This didn't sit well with The Dark Knight.

"I decide when I'm done."

"DON'T TEST ME, BOY."

"You really want to do this? Once the hero comity is really done with my shit, then come ask me where. But as far as this thing between us goes, remember that you're the Symbol of Peace and supposedly the world's greatest hero. Maybe start acting like it and you may convince yourself Toshinori." Batman then turned and threw a smoke pellet straight at All Might and as the cloud formed around him, he disappeared onto the rooftops.

'Gothcorp involved with weapons? There has to be more to it. I'll need to look into it once I stop Freeze. So for now, I need to head to Gothcorp and find Ferris.'

Batman arrived at the entrance to Gothcorp which wasn't too protected. The only thing was a security code panel but he just ripped it off with his bare hands and rewired it so he could get in. Once inside though there was security robots armed with wrist mounted machine guns. As soon as they spotted Batman, he dived behind the reception desk as they opened fire. The rapid firing guns were shredding the reception area to shreds and Izuku knew he had to move. As the robots advanced, Batman fired his grapnel gun onto a metal  beam above and was pulled into the air. Once mid air, he threw some explosives at the robots which blew up on impact, leaving two operational. Just as he reached the metal beam, he attached the batclaw to it and pulled it down with all his strength onto the remaining robots, crushing them.

Once the security robots were done with, Izuku looked around and noticed that every door was encased in ice so thick that nobody would be able to break through. Fortunately for Batman though, he had just the thing for situations like this. The Extreme Environment suit at the Batcave. However, he has no time to go back there now so he'd need it delivered. So, he walked outside and grappled up to a rooftop where the Batwing could land. Then, he contacted Kyoka.

"Kyoka, can you hear me?"

"Yeah I'm here Izu. What do you need?"

"I need to to load the container marked XE into the Batwing."

"Ok, I will." As she was doing this she decided to ask him some questions. "How are you getting on? Have you found the large fridge yet?"

"Yes, Freeze is in Gothcorp. Some information I negotiated out of a criminal says that Gothcorp is involved with some type of weapons so I need to check that out too while I'm here. How are you and everyone else doing though Kyo?"

"We're all ok. A little shaken, but ok. Ok, it's loaded and on its way now. I love you."

"I love you too." He replied, hanging up the call. Within a minute, the Batwing flew to Izuku's location and landed on the roof so he could suit up.

"This should help with any ice I encounter now."

Batman entered the reception area again and turned on his detective mode to scan for enemies. There were some near the Propellant Lab. Izuku activated his thermal gloves and held them against the ice until a crack was heard. Once the ice cracked, he punched and broke through no problem. To keep the element of surprise, he decided to stick to the shadows and the rafters. Once he reached the Propellant Lab, he heard gunshots. Fortunately, he was up in the shadows and could watch undetected. Batman looked around and analysed the situation in front of him. Freeze was being shot at by Penguin and his goons while Cobblepot had Boyle hostage.

"Give me Boyle or I will freeze this entire room with you in it, condemning you all to a cold and harsh fate." Freeze yelled, getting annoyed.

"I know you won't do that. I'm not leaving 'ere until Boyle gives me what he promised you." Penguin yelled back.

'Wow, he gives no respect and betrays people but expects the exact opposite to happen.'

"What's behind this door is of no concern to you Cobblepot." Then all of a sudden, Batman dropped down and started taking out Penguin's shooters which got his attention. 

"Oh god, not this prat again! Kill 'em!" Penguin yelled as his men opened fire but none of them noticed Freeze so he started freezing people in place. When he froze Penguin however, his gun was still firing and it kno led a container of cryo vapour onto the floor. Freeze simply walked over to and grabbed Ferris.

"Now you belong to me!"

"I'm gonna give you one last chance to let him go." Izuku declared.

"Threats are meaningless to a man who has lost everything Batman." Freeze replied, shooting the cryo tank, releasing a glacier that encased practically everyone except for Batman, Penguin's head, Freeze and Boyle. The latter 2 were on the way to the Cryogenics Testing Facility.

"What is Freeze after?" Batman asked Penguin, who was just chilling.

"Some kinda super weapon. And you let 'im 'ave it. But if you wanna stop'I'm, you're gonna need that cryo drill." 

"You better hope it works." Batman dryly replied as he picked up the drill to examine it but realised something in a scan of it. There was no fuel source. So, he decided to bring up Gothcorp file and found that he would need a supercoolant to power it. The supercoolant created for it is in Gothcorp and was created by...
