For thousands of years, the world was divided into Parallel dimension, Earth and Heaven.

'Earth' is where Humans live, and they have an average lifespan of 70 years. 'Heaven' is where Immortals live, and they have an infinite lifespan. It is mainly impossible for a Human to become Immortal in the 21st century. They were only created by being born into an Immortal family.

Humans and Immortals lived side by side in a parallel dimension, but time worked differently in both dimensions.

In recent years, Immortals have taken a liking to the 'Earth' dimension, and they would frequently walk among them. Humans didn't know about them, and Immortals were not allowed to use any powers outside of their 'dimension'.

Earth had all the latest technologies while Heaven was still stuck in the 'early 2010s' technology era. This was also the reason why Immortals enjoyed visiting Earth. But there were also rules and regulations regarding their 'visits'.

'Heaven' had a strict rule, Immortals won't be able to stay on Earth for more than 48 hours, and they were only limited to visit 100 human days out of 365 human days. These rules were set to prevent immortals from overstaying on Earth and then ditching their roles and responsibilities in Heaven.

When infants were born into an Immortal family, each of them would have their own unique role to fulfil. It also depends on which clan that they were born into.

Dong Hua was the first heavenly emperor of the Heaven Clan and the oldest Immortal. Also, the man who united the world. But now, he couldn't be bothered about anything, and he just spends his free time relaxing and fishing. He also appeared cold and indifferent to everyone, except towards his wife, Feng Jiu.

Dong Hua also created a 'School Of Magic' for the younger immortals to learn how to use their powers, but he left it to Si Ming to handle it. At the same time, they were learning about the latest technology and how to survive in the 'modern world'. As humans are slowly losing beliefs in gods and immortals, they have to find a new way to sustain themselves.

Feng Jiu was the youngest female monarch of Qing Qiu and the only known nine-tailed red fox in the world. Fengjiu is mischievous and naive, and she has excellent culinary skills. She would often sneak out into Earth when Dong Hua wasn't around.

Dong Hua and Feng Jiu have been together for the past two thousand years, but Feng Jiu was mainly stuck in Dong Hua's Tai Chen Mansion because he didn't want other guys to have a chance to see her beauty. Many had heard of her being Dong Hua's wife, but not many people had seen her face, especially the younger immortals.

Although they were already married for many years, they still didn't have any children. Feng Jiu insisted on waiting because she wanted to have fun, and she was considered young at age 32,200 years old. She wanted to wait until she was at least 50,000 years old to have kids. Dong Hua wasn't in a rush as well because he wanted Feng Jiu's time and attention to himself. He also knew that her attention would fall onto their children if they do have any.

"Xiao Bai, what do you want to do today?" Dong Hua asked. She pondered for a while and replied, "I want to go to Earth!"

Dong Hua immediately furrowed his brows and replied sternly, "No. It's dangerous there, and isn't it nice to spend time with me at Tai Chen mansion?" Dong Hua didn't like it when Feng Jiu sneaked to Earth because he was afraid that she would be hurt and he was also possessive. The last time she went to Earth alone, wild animals almost attacked her, and luckily Dong Hua saved her in time. I guess it was because she had a 'fox scent' on her, and it attracted those animals.

Feng Jiu thought to herself, "How boring. It's either fishing or riding bikes around the area. I hate it!" Then she glowered at Dong Hua, "I don't want to. I want to go to Earth to eat some nice food."

"Wait, how did you know that Earth has nice food? Did you sneak out again?" Dong Hua asked sternly.

Feng Jiu had an inner panic attack and stuttered, "No...No. I heard about it from Cheng Yu. Lian Song brought her on a date there for their wedding anniversary."

"Oh, I see. So what else do you want to do other than visiting Earth?" He put down his newspaper and looked up at Feng Jiu.

Feng Jiu thought for a while, and she suddenly came up with an idea. She excitedly told Dong Hua about it, "I want to go visit your 'School of Magic'! I heard Si Ming is teaching there and I would love to visit it. Please! My husband is the best in the whole wide world, and he would definitely bring me there, right?" Then she started to pout, tugged on Dong Hua's sleeve, and using her cute puppy eyes to melt his heart.

Dong Hua then shook his head lightly, and replied lovingly, "I can't say no to my little fox, huh? Especially when she's acting this way." Then he started to squeeze her face and kissed her lips gently, "This will teach you a lesson for being this cute."

Feng Jiu hopped around happily and then she went to give Dong Hua a tight hug. "My husband is the best! Yay! Let's go now." Then she dragged Dong Hua out of his seat and to leave the Mansion.

"That's my Xiao Bai." He thought internally and smiled to himself.

"I'm not letting you drive this time, Xiao Bai." Dong Hua said while they were getting onto their car.

"What, why?! I'm such a good driver." Feng Jiu protested and stopped Dong Hua from opening the car doors on the driver seat.

"Good? It's only good if you were riding a bike, you went far too slow the other time. Do you remember causing a huge traffic jam because you were driving under the speed limit by more than half and then you still managed to crash into a car in front of you?"

"Hmph! That was just one time! You can't hold it against me like that! We are still both safe now, aren't we?"

"Oh. How about the time where you accidentally stepped on the gas pedal instead of the brakes? The poor car was in a total wreck."

"That's only because you were talking to me, and I was distracted. That doesn't count." Then Feng Jiu pouted and folded her arms across her chest.

Dong Hua then leaned in to kiss her pouty lips, "If you pout one more time, I won't stop kissing you. And if you say one more word, we are heading back into the Mansion, and you'll see how I punish you." Then he smirked at her.

Feng Jiu immediately pushed Dong Hua away and replied shyly, "You're always teasing me, and I can't win against you! But I still love you the most." Then she giggled to herself and ran over to the other side of the car and sat onto the passenger car seat.

Dong Hua then smiled at her and replied, "I love you even more." Then he started the car engines and drove off towards the school.

It was the first time that Feng Jiu visited the 'School of Magic' and she was taken aback by how huge the campus was. It was three times the size of their Tai Chen Mansion, and it was fully equipped with all kinds of sports facilities.

"How I wish I can attend school here. Back then, when I was still in school, there wasn't anything like this. It was extremely boring, and I would often fall asleep at school because Shi Fu (teacher) taught us about buddha scriptures and poems. Shi Fu (teacher) would often reprimand me for slacking as well. I also skipped school occasionally, but my aunt, Qian Qian caught me, and she would rat me out to my dad! If my school were anything like this, I wouldn't even skip school!" Feng Jiu said, and she excitedly looked around while dragging Dong Hua along.

"Slow down; I'm old." Dong Hua said calmly. Feng Jiu then giggled and replied, "Yeah, now you need to go to the gym. If not, you won't have any stamina to catch up with me someday!"

Dong Hua smirked and swiftly carried her up in his arms, "No stamina? Are you sure about that? I'll prove it to you tonight."

Feng Jiu then started kicking her legs and said, "Put me down! It's so shameful to be carried like that, and I'm no longer a baby!"

"Oh? You didn't seem to mind that when I was doing this to you last night. Feeling shy now?"

Feng Jiu blushed and replied softly, "But... that's totally different. I mean this is a public place, wait till we are home." Then she gave a shy look.

Dong Hua then tried to kiss her, and she covered her mouth, trying to tease him. "Dodging my kisses, huh?" Then he put her down and pinned her against the wall. "See how you can dodge this." Then he leaned in and kissed her passionately, Feng Jiu also couldn't resist the urge to kiss him back even though they were in a public area.

Right at this moment, someone cleared his throat. "Sorry to disturb both of you from your lovey-dovey moment but I needed to update Di Jun on an important matter."

"Si Ming?! Why are you here?" Feng Jiu blushed upon getting caught by Si Ming. He then replied, "I'm sorry to interrupt, your highness Feng Jiu. But I really need to discuss with Di Jun about something important." Then he winked at Feng Jiu.

"Wait for me at the meeting room, and I'll come over shortly." Dong Hua replied coldly. Si Ming then bowed and took his leave. Dong Hua then turned over to Feng Jiu and smiled at her, "We can continue where we left off later. Even all night long if you want to."

Feng Jiu then smiled back softly, "Go now, and they are waiting for you. I'll walk around the campus while waiting. I'll miss you, though." Then she tip-toed and kissed Dong Hua on his lips and then she ran away shyly.

"So we would have new students for the next semester, that would be starting in two weeks. The only problem we have now is the lack of a history teacher because of Mr Fuzi. He would be taking a long leave of absence due to his health condition, and we don't know when he is fit enough to come back." Si Ming said worriedly.

"That's easy. I'll just be the history teacher until he comes back." Dong Hua replied calmly.

"You? But you have not been teaching for a long time, are you sure about that?" Si Ming replied with a faint smile.

"I'm Dong Hua Di Jun, and nothing is too difficult for me to handle." He replied coldly, and Si Ming snickered and murmured under his breath, "You only can't handle your highness Feng Jiu."

"Do you have a problem with that? You should get yourself a wife, Si Ming. You're still single after all these years. I think my future unborn son would attend this school before you would even find a partner." Dong Hua replied sarcastically.

"Yes, yes, Your Majesty. I will heed your advice. Hmm... but it's hard for me to go on a date when I'm so busy working here. Maybe, I'm just saying maybe, I could get an off day?"

"Oh? So you're saying that the reason why you don't have a wife was due to me torturing you at work?"

Si Ming replied nervously, "No Your Majesty, I mean everyone knew about how sweet you and your highness Feng Jiu are. And both of you are a match made in Heaven. I was just hoping to find my soulmate too."

Dong Hua felt satisfied with Si Ming's answer, so he replied, "Very well. You get one extra day off then. It's settled, I'm leaving now. I don't want my beloved little fox to wait too long for me."

Feng Jiu took a stroll around the campus. When she was walking past the soccer field, a ball rolled onto her feet all of a sudden. She picked up and looked around, and she noticed a guy running towards her.

She passed the ball to him, and he also thanked her for it.

"Are you a new student? I've not seen you around before. I'm a year two student, and my name is Wen Chang."

Feng Jiu thought to herself, "I look like a student? Aww. He's flattering me. Year two? He's probably only 10000 years old, so young!" Then she replied casually, "No, I'm not a student. But I would love to be a student here."

"Oh? If that's the case, what's stopping you from it? Just enrol yourself in the next semester, it would also be starting in two weeks. I await to see you around in school!"

"Oh? I didn't know that. Thanks for telling me!"

At this moment, Dong Hua came walking over, and Wen Chang also went back to playing soccer with his friends.

"Who were you talking to, Xiao Bai?"

"Oh, no one. Just a random stranger. I picked up his ball and returned it to him. He only said thanks and left." Feng Jiu knew that if Dong Hua knows about them talking more, he would definitely confront Wen Chang.

"Oh, I see. By the way, I have something to tell you. Starting next semester, I'll be working as a substitute history teacher. Mr Fuzi is on long medical leave."

"What?! You being a teacher?! Are you sure you know how to teach?" Feng Jiu widened her eyes, and she started giggling at that thought.

"I don't know how to teach? Now let's go home, and I'll 'teach' you a good lesson." Dong Hua then gently dragged Feng Jiu towards the car.

Feng Jiu sat in the car and pondered, "Hmm... I wonder if Dong Hua would let me enrol myself into school. I mean, he's going to work there as a history teacher too."

When they got home, she was still deep in thoughts. Dong Hua then smirked and pushed her into the room, "Are you ready for your lesson?" Then he started kissing her and pinned her down on the bed.

But Feng Jiu couldn't focus as she was too distracted by her thoughts. Dong Hua then noticed her being in a daze and he sat up. He then gently pushed her hair away from her face and asked concernedly, "What's wrong, Xiao Bai? Did you not like it?"

"No, no. It's nothing to do with that. I was just thinking."

"Thinking? Tell me, what are your thoughts?"

Feng Jiu then sat up and hugged Dong Hua tightly, "Well... I was just thinking about what you said just now about being a teacher. I want to enrol myself into school too, and I just want to relive my school days."

"Why? Do you feel bored with me?"

"No, no. I don't feel bored at all! I love being around you, Dong Hua. But I just feel something is empty, and seeing how beautiful the school was, I really wanted to attend school there."

Dong Hua pondered for a while, "Hmm... Should I grant her wish? I mean, what if there are other guys there trying to snatch Xiao Bai away?" Feng Jiu immediately knew what was on his mind and she added on, "You'll be in school as well so we can still see each other alot. It's lonely in here when you're gone for work. And I'll miss you way too much." She then pouted and hugged Dong Hua even tighter.

"Oh? Can't live without me, huh?" Dong Hua said cheekily. Feng Jiu nodded her head and smiled brightly, "Yes! Can't live without my best husband! Please, just let me enrol in school. I promise not to keep anything from you, and you'll always know about my whereabouts. Oh! And I would also hide my identity. I don't want people to know how old I am."

Feng Jiu then pouted and acted cutely, then she pleaded and said sweet words to Dong Hua to convince him.

"Fine. I'll allow you to enrol in school, but you must also promise me not to get too close with other guys. Also, make sure always to keep me updated on your whereabouts."

"Yes, best husband! I'll listen to every word you say." Then she smiled brightly and started kissing Dong Hua all over his face.

Dong Hua then remembered that they were in the middle of their 'lesson', and he replied, "But first, I'll need to see your performance today." Then he started kissing her passionately, and Feng Jiu sat onto his lap, kissing him back.

"Tonight you'll learn a good lesson from me." Dong Hua then used his powers to turn off all the lights in the room.

"I'm so excited for school, and I feel like I can't breathe with all this excitement!" Feng Jiu happily hopped around the kitchen, while having breakfast with Dong Hua.

"Come here, Xiao Bai". He then grabbed her arm gently and pulled her over to sit on his lap. Then he said, "Open up, I'll feed you your breakfast." Then he held up a spoonful of food and Feng Jiu leaned in to eat it. Before she could eat the food, Dong Hua sneaked a kiss onto her lips.

"You're teasing me again!" Feng Jiu pouted.

"Oh? But I can be your 'food' too." Then he bit on one side of the baguette and 'feed' her with his mouth.

"Not now. We still have to go to school. We can do it tonight, I promise!" Feng Jiu pushed Dong Hua's hands away from her body. He was a 'hungry' beast for sure, and he couldn't keep his hands off her.

"Fine. You better make it up to me then." Then they smiled at each other sweetly.

Feng Jiu then looked at the time and realized that it was time to leave the house. She excitedly finished up the rest of her breakfast and started dragging Dong Hua out.

Then they arrived at school.

"You better miss me, Xiao Bai. Don't let me caught you flirting with other guys, if not you'll know what punishment to receive tonight."

"Why would I flirt with someone else when I already have the world's best husband? Nobody could ever replace you in my heart. Don't worry about it! But can I still get the 'punishment' tonight?" She winked.

"What do you think?" He smirked. Then Feng Jiu nudged him to get going because she didn't want others to see them together, and then her identity would be exposed. Before Dong Hua left, he also cast a protective spell over her, making sure that she would be safe without him being around.

Dong Hua then went to the teachers' meeting room, and Feng Jiu went to join her class.
